“The app is now deleted. Every order I’ve made has been wrong. This last time the app said “due to past compensation, they are unable to issue a credit or refund” So it’s my fault they can’t get an order correct? Had to spend 32 minutes on phone to get refund.”

“I specifically ordered food with no tomato. They sent it with tomato although that was an allergen. I also asked for nachos with cheese. They sent three nachos with no cheese. I also requested a bean burrito burrito had nothing in it but lettuce and tomato. Do not use DoorDash. They are not accommodating when you ask them for a refund although it is there a fault that the order was messed up stick to Uber eats if you know what’s best for you this is the most cattle Company I’ve ever dealt with in my life.”

“The driver was taking my food to the wrong address. I tried to get ahold of the driver by the means provided by Door Dash and none of the provided methods worked. I tried to get ahold of customer service to get you guys to tell the driver but the only thing customer service could do is verify that the order was going to the wrong address... can you get the driver to bring it to me? "I see your driver is going to abc street.." o.o Zero help. I get to eat $40 'cause I cancelled an order there was no chance I was going to get. Make it make sense. o.o How exactly do you get ahold of a person to fix an issue when the means you give us to handle it ourselves fails to work?”

“Ordered from Subway and it was delivered by DoorDash missing items. I called driver and told him I was missing part of the order and he said “No speak English.””

“U guys never got my food and I was forced to cancel and now I have to wait 3 business day to get my money back ….that not right if u took my money I should get refund right away….what if that was my last dollar to eat food do u guys take that into consideration”

“I only received part of my order, the rest was left at the restaurant. I called customer support and was told that the driver was going to pick up and deliver the rest of my order. One hour later, the restaurant is closed, and the rest of my order hasn’t been delivered. I contacted customer support again for a refund for the missing items, door dash fee, and driver tip….yes, you have to ask for all of it or the driver will get paid.”

“Door dash sucks after 6 pm. They take your money and order. But they don't have drivers. They should not accept order if they don't have drivers. I had to argue to get a full refund and they do not care if you get it or not. Spoke to imchis hard to understand”

“We have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars using doordash and all of a sudden they only have one restaurant available. They told me. It was the restaurant's issue and I spoke to the manager of the restaurant and they said it was because of dordash. Doordash usually gets our orders wrong. But the restaurant we were trying to order from always gets it right. But now dordash says they don't deliver here. And they have no explanation. Take your business elsewhere. If I could give a 0 star I would.”

“FIRST AND LAST! I got a $25 dollar gift car. I wanted to please my family buying pizza for them at a local store and order on the app and online. I had to go to chat support in the app, because I couldn't redeem the gift card at the payment checkout. Well, I had to eliminate basically almost the whole order in order to get ONE $9.68 dollar pizza to redeem it and Doordash kept $15.32. RIP OFF. 100% RIP OFF, even when you get a gift card from them. I would never recommend this ever.”

“Do not work for Doordash. Customers service is rude and incoherent. Poor communication. They told me to identify myself, even thoe I have been working for them for over a year. Then turn around and deactivated my account without any reason. Then lied and said the my account wasn't deactivated. Pay and trip doesn't add up. You waste way more in gas then you actually make. Would not recommend you work for them. Its not worth it. And I'm have 5 star rating.”

“1st purchase wasn’t what I ordered the runner didn’t notify me that he substituted 5 of the items I ordered until after they were dropped at my door. Door Dash wouldn’t return or refund me”

“DO NOT USE DOOR DASH!! THEY DON’T DESERVE YOU!! RUDEST PEOPLE EVER!!! BAD SERVICE!! I CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP! The driver delivered to wrong apartment and then told me I was lying!”
