I had ordered a breakfast sandwich I received it.. it was cold and the biscuits were as hard as a rock. I would have been happy with another sandwich. They had me take a picture of the sandwich they gave me a credit of $3 on doordash they put $5 back into my account which they said would take up to 6 days and mind you I paid over $12 for this sandwich I will never go through doordash again.(at first they wanted to give me just $3 credit, I said WHAT....)

Door dash app claimed food was delivered when it never came. Restaurant was kind enough to send out an employee to get it to us when that is not a service they normally provide. Will never use again.

Doordash is a scam, I have a gift card on my account with 22.63 credits and yet everytime I try to make a purchase it is showing decline. I spoke with Rc and he was rude and clearly don’t speak good English. He was not able to resolve my issue and I will be reporting them to better business bureau, I have my own transportation the only reason why I ordered in the first place was because I received this gift card as a gift, I’m beyond frustrated and I rather walk to the North Pole then to give doordash my business.

I placed an order on the 13th of October, I have not received my refund yet. Every time I call in I’m being told to contact my bank. My bank has told me the money has not been received. This is very unprofessional and I am not the one person it’s happened before.

They do not pay people all their money for what they work for. I’ve been calling for almost a week for too different recent dashes i did and has not got paid out for it. Two different people has told me wait 24 hours and the money will get deposited into your account and the other person telling me about a cash deposit that isn’t pertaining to the orders that I did. I really think they are charging people to use there service.

We are on vacation. Ordered once the night we got here and after waiting for hours, food was “delivered “ but not to us. This morning, we gave another chance and it’s been over 2 hours and just now “picked up”. I’ve been a loyal customer of DoorDash for a long time, not sure if it’s FloridaDoorDash or company going downhill, but customer service is terrible. Even though we reached out and said coffee and food can’t be warm or fresh at this point, plus we are late to leave for Disney park now, “support” said no refund and we have to wait on food regardless. I’m done with DoorDash.

I'm writing this review after an incredibly frustrating interaction with Doordash. I've only used their service once, and my second order was an absolute nightmare. Despite having a redeemed gift card and a credit balance of over $33, the app kept prompting me to use another form of payment, which was entirely unnecessary. To make things worse, I tried five different credit cards, all with correct information, and was met with the same error each time. This was not a problem with my cards, as they all work perfectly fine elsewhere. When I contacted customer service, the experience was far from satisfactory. The first representative I spoke to suggested I check with the seller of the gift card. This was a ridiculous suggestion considering I had already redeemed the card and my account was showing a credit balance. I escalated my complaint to a manager, hoping for a resolution. However, she was even less helpful. After explaining the entire situation to her, she suggested that the issue might be with my bank. This response was not only unhelpful but also showed a lack of understanding of the problem at hand. The third customer service representative suggested I delete and reinstall the app, try the website, and even change my web browser. I tried all these suggestions, but the same error persisted. The fifth representative, another manager, suggested I add Google Pay or Apple Pay. This was an absurd solution. Why should I be forced to use a different payment method when the problem clearly lies with their app and website? In conclusion, my experience with Doordash was a complete waste of time. I spent two hours trying to get a simple order placed and ended up ordering from UberEats instead. At least they deliver! To me, this is a clear indication of a poorly managed service that not only doesn't allow you to use your own money but also fails to effectively solve a problem. I would strongly advise against using Doordash. For me, this was more than just a negative experience; it felt like a fraudulent act.

Delivery was incomplete and when I complained to customer service I got an automated response saying they weren’t going to take any action due to their policies and procedures. Last time I will use doordash ever again! I can’t believe I wasted my money tipping a driver who couldn’t even make sure the order was complete.

The driver passed my house ended up walking back to my house looking at every mailbox it’s pretty cold my food was not so warm sad part I was standing at the door flashing porch light waved at him

Customer service is really bad. I asked for a phone call for my delivery and never received one. Saw that my order was completed and tried to call my dasher 10 minutes post completion unfortunately but the issue could have been resolved. They rejected my phone call and door dash had nothing to say about the fact I had put in my directions to CALL. Do not door dash. Use Uber eats or call the restaurant directly.

Like the service but not happy how they truck you into buying their dash pass at the final paying screen . Beware if you canceled , the question is tailored to be quick and in a common area to purchase. Now I have one month here a quick accident so click. Not cool.

One star is too much for them. As a dasher I have had my rating drop do their app not accepting the customer signature for alcohol..They did not correct the rating and the customer was rude because they were tired of me trying to get the signature..Bad company to drive for

Been using DoorDash for years. Will never use again. Now, if I want my order to show up on time or potentially warm, I have to spend another $3.00 per order. Otherwise, the overpriced delivery will allow your driver to drop off other order prior to yours. I have not received an order on time in the last year. My fault for thinking anything will get better.

I wouldn't even rate a star. Food is over prices, quality of food when delivered is cold or wrong, customer service doesn't help at all with refunds ( its to their opinion if they will refund for wrong delivery or horrible food). I tell everyone to not use door dash. its better to get it yourself cause then you know its the right food, right temp and your know it will taste good.

We ordered food an hour ago and it never showed up. Yet it said the food was on the way I called the place that I ordered from that uses DoorDash, the manager there said he felt that he had been bamboozled because two orders were missing and apparently didn't show up which one of them was mine. We had to cancel and go pick up our delivery ourself I would not use these people anymore as the last person from DoorDash that I spoke to that we used who was very nice said some people just don't want to deliver to certain places but I don't mind which was very nice of him but it is a hassle to try to order because with them they a don't get the order right or b it takes them forever to get where they need to get to to get the orders if they even show up so I say buyer beware. After a few temps we finally did get somebody from DoorDash and they are supposedly refunding our money will never make that mistake again.
