Doordash black driver stole my food said she was outside because she couldn't walk upstairs but there is a elevator when I went to lobby of apartments she wasn't here and she told me to F myself she was going to eat my food when my 3 children were waiting for 1hr and 45mins and customer service said they weren't going to refund me or take action I will never use door dash they are so unprofessional they hire the wrong people and sometimes it says it is a women driver and when u walk up for order it's a man, but in this case the women was the actual driver and she went off on my wife on phone and threatened my wife's safety this app is a danger to our communities

Tatiana the door dasher responsible for my order was rude and unprofessional and obviously uneducated. This unacceptable experience occurred after I reported that my order was never delivered. I communicated with Tatiana through text messaging. She said she delivered per my instructions. Well the order never reached its destination. I don’t care what she says about GPS and how it reveals that she was there. Does GPS reveal that the dasher upon arriving to the location, got out of her transportation with my order? Nope. A dishonest person will build excuses after excuses up and in their heads it becomes this false truth. In a dishonest person’s eyes they are the bearer of truth. Tatiana has all the makings of a dishonest person. Door dash needs to get rid of her expeditiously. Below I have provided screen shots of my interaction with this despicable person name Tatiana.

absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Didn't recieve an order the first time and it was almost impossible to get my money back and then got penalized the next time when I recieved someone else's order from a completely different resturant. Doordash is incompetent and there are plenty of other delivery services that aren't going to screw up your order, and if they do they will compensate you for the food you never recieved.

My account was hacked they spend 1500+ dollars I reported it and made a case for them to say it isn't fraud because it's from one device and IP adress. So they were no help and I will never be using this again.

We received raw chicken from a restaurant and Door Dash would not refund our money. My child got food poisoning.

Took my order to someone else's house gotta put it in review I'm so over Door Dash Uber Eats never has this issue then you get on the phone with Ying Yong Kong long and the nightmare really begins OVER IT!!!!!

I just saw that DoorDash is warning customers that if they submit a low tip it will take longer to get the delivery. They up the menu prices, charge a processing fee, a delivery fee and expect you to tip as you place the order. There should be a national boycott of DoorDash. Plus I have seen several videos made by the drivers eating customer's food. They should be criminally charged for tampering with the food. I hope they have at least been terminated.

Doordash customer service has really crashed recently. I spoke to the same woman multiple times. She kept refusing to connect me to her manager. I paid $40 for my order and everything was either wrong or the food had gone bad. After intially offering only $7, and 3 days of calling trying to get a true refund, Doordash only gave $7 more. I have been a subscriber to DashPass for over 3 years but will now be cancelling it and switching to UberEats. Sad to see such poor treatment of loyal customers.

Our order for dinner was cancelled for a second time after the promised delivery time. They just care about money and nothing for the patron so you lost my family! I hope those that read this just try to order direct from the restaurant so you aren’t left w a hungry family really late trying to find dinner. Martins soul food was the restaurant that just didn’t care for our business.

I ordered on two different occasions, it showed the food was delivered, but I never got anything. I filed a complaint on the app stating I have proof on home camera of no delivery, the support staff said they see no fault and wouldn’t issue any refund. Thanks door dash for losing business….

If I could leave no stars I would. It doesn't matter whether you order from the door dash site or from the actual restaurant. The door dasher works for door dash and when they are rude it falls on door dash not the restaurant.

I ordered food cause I wasn't feeling well and didn't want to cook. Well half the order was missing and 2 of the 4 items that DID arrive were wrong. I called customer service and they wanted to give me a credit for only a fifth what I paid. I decided to just go through my bank and get the refund. Do yourself a favor and don't order through them.

I had ordered a breakfast sandwich I received it.. it was cold and the biscuits were as hard as a rock. I would have been happy with another sandwich. They had me take a picture of the sandwich they gave me a credit of $3 on doordash they put $5 back into my account which they said would take up to 6 days and mind you I paid over $12 for this sandwich I will never go through doordash again.(at first they wanted to give me just $3 credit, I said WHAT....)
