Absolutely horrible. I’ve given them so many chances to make up for deliveries being delivered late (sometimes over an hour late) and they continue to do it. The last order was 20 minutes late (not a huge deal), and then I find out it was delivered to the wrong address. When getting a refund, I wait an additional 30 minutes for it to be reviewed. They then issue me a refund, with no apology or anything. I guess my hour and a half of time wasted isn’t worth any addition credits or even a simple apology. Horrible business, do not order through Doordash

I am beyond disappointed. They are horrible and rude. 2 incidents one week with driver. One driver said she handed me my food and texted me after saying she left my food at my gate because she couldn't get in when I left the call code on my order instructions. Then doordash 2 agents told me the same thing to only find out they also lied. What horrible experiences with no resolution but run arounds.

I had a charge come out of my bank from you, and I don't even have an account with you. Now, my bank has been informed and there will be a fraud report pushed through. I can't believe y'all would steal from me. I want my money back, and y'all need to check whoever ordered, because it was not me.

If you live in Fayetteville NC, definitely DO NOT use doordash! Use Grubhub or Uber Eats! I just had this happen for at least the 10th time, only brought part of my order. I know from prior experience that calling them is pointless. They will not refund you or take accountability at all, instead they will blame the restaurant and try to push you off on them! Now they do a text with the drivers number so I called her within 30 seconds of her all but running back to her car and hopping in and driving away and told her what I was missing and her response was "that's all they gave me" and told me to call doordash for a refund! No accountability! It tells you on the app how many items and what they are! You know when you pick up the order if something isn't there! Instead of telling them that or asking, you deliver part of the order and then play dumb and tell the customer to call doordash?! Unacceptable, absolutely unacceptable!

Been ordering door dash for 3 years to my location without issues. Dasher couldn't find my place. Customer service reached out to me to put me in contact with dasher. When connected the dasher said " he was returning my food to the restaurant and hung up." After trying to tell him to meet me on the main road. Shortly after customer service hung up with no explanation. I had to reach out to customer service they offered me a new dasher with cold food, ordered 2 hrs ago, a 5$ credit. I dash pretty regularly and this killed my experience and will be going with a different courier.

Never ever again will I order from Doordash. They charged my credit card for food, but never delivered it. Calling their 800 customer service number is useless. Their support people are overseas and refuse to refund or re-deliver the food order. They keep telling me that my issue is being reviewed by a so-called team and will get back to me in 3 hours. It's horrendous. They could care less and since they've already charged my card, there's no urgency to make good. They're a disgrace. Be forwarned, if you have a delivery issue with Doordash, they will NOT make good on their mistake.

The order was missing an item. There was only 7 items to bring. Asked to bring sauce from Arby's,again none. Texted the driver within seconds of her leaving and she lived up to the name'door dash". Then I text customer service. Before you even talk. They offered me a 17 credit. That tells me this happens a lot. But what can I do with 17. You pay prices that are raised from regular price,don't believe me. Go under tacobells website. If offers pick up or delivery above the menu. Switch back and fourth,and watch the price go up 2-4 $ and item. Then if you don't buy there pass they charge a service fee usually between 4-10$ depending on size of order.Then there's the tip screen. Paying for service B4 you've been served. And if you hot 0. I've actually had it come back no drivers have picked up order. So on the cheap side 4 +17=21 so 20% of 21 is around 4. So 25. So I pay out of pocket for there mistake. Now at this point my wife isn't going eat without me. So the foods getting cold. So I don't take the 17 but I have pizza oven so will heat it. All I need is the missing items. Which is replied with. I'm sorry for your inconvenience I can offer you 8 dollars in credit or 3 days to put back on card. Lmao šŸ˜‚ I can't make this s#@t up. So I replied," your pre screen offered me 17. I explain the whole situation through text,and how I don't need,or want a credit. Just bring the items. I'm sorry there's no drivers in your area,would you like the dollars in credit or returned in 3 days. I reply,that doesn't reimburse my missing food!. Again on text so I'm not being abusive,and he can't my anger. Even though I was eclipsing an 8 at this point bc of his callous, no apathy for the situation. If you go to a restaurant and your waiter pulled that.And in are new age of life that's what this is. Anyhow I assume this is the ahole of the bunch. So I ask to speak to a manager ,which he replies in callous undertone prewritten garble. It will take up 24 hrs to speak to a manager. He also responds with. This is for the double roast beef,right? Wow,well at least he's mixing up his vocabulary. I say no. I selected the 1/2 lb beef and cheddar. That's why it offered me 17. It shows it was selected so now he's just grabbing at straw here. Bc the double roast beef on dd is more than 8$ and you can clearly see the option I selected. The message I wrote B4 you even get a agent. So now I'm a 10. He offers me 24. It's getting late my wife's hungry and if I keep going something bad is going to happen. Guess what pops up next. Would you like that 24 to be instant credit or 3 days on card. I choose the latter. I'm done. But I ask his name,and before I can get it he disconnected. I scroll up,and no name....I try to let it go. But at this point I was done. I go back into talk to someone else. I tell them I'm done the foods a wash. Just come and get or don't it's on my porch. I want my money back. They say let me review your texts. So they come back and tell me ,we can see here that your account has been credited for 24$ have a nice and thanks for choosing door dash and disconnects. Wwwwwwttttffffff! It's like they don't even read the message. Again no engagement. Just a cold callused,I don't give a fuggg! No I'm of the rails. I go back in . This time I got someone with a name I can pronounce. Joy. Now finally someone that at least has some manners and knows how to deescilate a situation. I put it all out there. She allows me to vent my frustration. She speaks with me and not at me. She figures out how to credit almost every dollar of the meal. She puts in for me to talk to a manager. Which was never done the first 2 ppl I texted with. Oh and ahole #1 put it in for a store credit and not a refund,yeah she had to fix that. Id talk about my experience with the manager when called but he was just another que card reader. You know what I'm talking about America. That in genuine, cold, read it of a que card song and dance that alot of businesses use. Kinda like when you here,I'm sorry let me "escalate""" this. I'm convinced if it was possible they hire monkey's to save a buck. Bc they don't care. Just the fact that they have pre-authorized amounts of money. Again tells me that this happens alot. And they haven't fixed it. What's worse is all the companies around are switching to dd. Soab! I'm done ranting. Terrible service,food was cold,missing items,customer service had an attitude and couldn't care less. System in place to fix problems is awful. Id put 0 if it allowed. Just get your lz ace up bc it'll save you a headache.

The driver was great but our order was gross, burnt and cold. The restaurant agreed to refund but door dash refuses unless we took 8t out of the trash and send pictures. This delivery services is the worst.

I have never in my life ordered from DoorDash yet on three separate occasions I have had to get a new debit card because DoorDash is taking money out of my account, my bank situated it and locked my card and when I receive my new card and I put my paycheck into my account once again, DoorDash is continuing to take money out of my account. I called customer service and they’re going to tell me I don’t even have an account, so can somebody explain to me why this dumb ass app which is never been downloaded to my phone is getting money off my bank account. This is highway robbery scamming at the most. I have six kids and I work damn hard for my money and I’m never gonna see that money again, because DoorDash stole it for me

Customer support suck, they don't care that there driver waits on other orders before they bring you yours, The food is always COLD, maybe because they don't give 2 shits about your order just the money on the back side. Food was cold, i was short for the second time from burger king ( missing items ). The bottom line is i wouldn't use these people anymore!

Your service is trash! I will be sure to do all I can to spread the word or your unacceptable business practices. One can only hope due to such said horrible service that DoorDash goes belly up.

They are a terrible company. They had a glitch in their system and it defaulted to delivery. Immediately realized and called . Per the rep the order was cancelled within 3 minutes. And they say due to their compensation policy, they are unable to refund my money. ā€œMy MONEYā€. This is not like food was forgotten. It was never picked up or delivered. It was cancelled per DD. Needless to say I have been in an ongoing battle to get my money back. They have been reported to BBB because you can’t just take someone’s money and refuse to give it back because of your system glitching.

Charged twice for same order. Left hanging on chat after they acknowledged what happened. Cut off when finally spoke to someone. Was told "too late". Never resolved. Rude. Terrible service.

I ordered food from IHOP using DoorDash and my food was delivered crawling with tons of black bugs the size of flies all in side the food containers with the food. My food was infested with bugs, I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life. It made me so very sick to my stomach, It looked like something out of a horror movie, of course I had to throw all the food in the trash that I had ordered, $70.00 dollars worth. Also there has been quite a few times that my food has been delivered reeking of cigarette smoke, totally nasty and disgusting, It seems the drivers are smoking inside their cars on top of customers food. All my food smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. I am going to stop using DoorDash, this is repulsive and totally unacceptable. I have never been more disgusted in my entire life for spending my money and being serviced like this. DoorDash really should be put out of business for the so called service they provide to their customers.

First time I ordered I waited over 2 hours for MacDonald which is a 10 minute drive from my house. The driver waited for the food at the restaurant for 1.5 hours according to the app. I rang maccas and they said the order was picked up by the driver hours ago. When it finally arrived it was so cold and stale. Decided to try it again a few months later. Same experience. Shocking!!!

Since DoorDash is warning customers that if they don't tip ahead of time your delivery might be delayed. We should boycott DoorDash. Demanding a tip before you order is extremely unprofessional. I always tip after I receive my order. Drivers are posting online they will intentionally do anything they can to make your order late and cold. I have seen too many drivers posting videos of themselves eating customer's food. They should be removed from DoorDash. Unfortunately DoorDash has been unreliable refunding for complaints. Boycott them to make them reconsider their incompetence.
