They're constantly rude when they make a mistake. They apparently delivered to the wrong address but instead of fixing it, they don't. When you contact support , support just says "oh well" this is ridiculous

I ordered last night from DoorDash (2 separate ones) one with shoppers and one with Real Canadian superstore. Both orders I had to make adjustments (additions) because most items are not available. This means that DD charged me double on both occasions because of the price adjustments to the orders. The funny thing is they refunded the full amount of the first charge (for both) but the second charge (for both) is left. The thing is for both orders, again, most items are out of stock so I should be getting MORE refunded amount for those price differences. But no. No refund for those amounts. DD this morning was quick to charge me again a reversal amount of the actual amount I should be charged. So where is the refund of the second charges? Basically stealing consumers money if you don’t complain. And customer service is no help either. Basically at this point I have been charged the full amount of the adjusted price. I was also charged the reversal prices. For both orders. DD return my money.

Horrible organized thieves! Items are marked up 100% from merchant price, hidden fees even when you pay a monthly fee of $10 for an annual pass. Orders are cancelled and money is tied up for no reason. This should be illegal! Never can reach a real live person.

I ordered food with a tip from work. About a half-hour later I get phone call from driver who only speaks his native tongue and absolutely no English. I'm trying to have a conversation with this person and even get a translator to speak with him without a resolution. The driver texted that he dropped off the food at a totally different location and insisted "someone" gave him the wrong address through his texting translator app. The food arrives over an hour later and very cold. I do not understand how "DoorDash" could hire a person who is unable to communicate with the customer. I ordered for a coworker and personally I will never plan on using them -- ever. Unbelievable!

Horrible customer service they just lie to you I received 1 out of 56 of the quantity cancelled my account that day three months later still no refund and to top it off they try to take monthly payments still do not use this service it's is absolutely horrible

I would give a zero if I could. It’s a joke if you even get your food it’s cold or there missing something. But most of the time i never get my food and they cancel my order it’s ridiculous honestly

Terrible service. I ordered from Pizza Hut in Minneapolis. Was shorted 2 Pepsis and extra sauce. I will never use them again.

If you can use any other service, do it! I have perpetual problems with deliveries and service. I use Superstore's Click & Collect, who uses Doordash drivers, unfortunately, and they can't read instructions to leave my groceries at the door and end up driving them back to the store instead. It's been four hours now with no driver in sight to redeliver. Recently, I placed a $150 order, steaks, for my son's birthday, took two-plus hours to get here, super delayed, and everything was cold. Doordash refused to do anything but give me a $17 refund, after they promised to reimburse the full amount. They were subsequently nonresponsive to calls and emails.

I found it and it had been eaten by a rodent didn't touch it just left it there. Wasn't going to eat anything that was eaten by a rat would you???

I was trying to add to the tip I originally gave the delivery person. When they increased the tip they charged me the full amount again. When I contacted support they just kept telling me they just took the tip. Even when I provided a screen shot of the money coming out of my account. Then they try to get me to back off by saying escalating the matter will take so much longer?! It is a $50 order. And basically they are stealing the money. Then telling me I’m lying or stupid.

I ordered 2 items and only recieved one item and was told I could not get a credit for whatever reason. I have kids to feed this was a very big inconvenience!!! I’m sorry but after this I will not use this app again

Door dash is decent idea. The system is super flaud especially the rating system. Customer service doesn't speak English and you can't understand a word they say. I had issues with rating system as a dasher with customers that only rate you if it's negative put of a 100 rating system doesn't work well. Call customer service to fix rating out of my control. One says it will be fox in two days nope. Another says it will be fixed beginning of month nope still not fixed. The next tellse they can't do anything. Doordash is a joke as as job or for overly price food delivery. Save money just get yourself

I ordered a meal and a pie from Polly Pies. The pie came but the meal was left at the restaurant. I told the dasher and she said to call door dash. I was told the amount of the meal and tip would be refunded. Later I received an email that said they decided to decline the refund. So I paid $60 for a $20 pie. No food...no refund. Pirates hijacked me.

I order pizza for my children and myself and my order got canceled and I have yet to receive my refund. I have waited the 10 business days and still have yet to receive it. I wouldn’t use them if I were you they will take your money and give you the run around

I never use Door Dash because I am not a fan of ordering my food from one source and then relying on another source to deliver it. Well this past weekend I was at a conference in Houston, Texas and we were stuck all day in the hotel. I placed an order at Subway and used Door Dash, I am not sure who is the culprit, but the problem I have with Door Dash is once you realize a part of the order is missing don't just refund the money, send your driver back and get the rest of the order. I will NEVER use Door Dash again, NEVER.

I having a very good customer with them for a while, and I have spent thousands of my hard earned money on them.. I had an order come that was tampered with, and they refused to try and refund me my money.. I still do not get a full refund.. they are very pathetic, and I definitely will not be shopping with them no more after the way I was treated after being a loyal customer..

Why should i pay a tip BEFORE i get my food from the driver? I believe in the old days, a tip was for good service? The tip should be added AFTER the driver delivers. That way, it would be fair for everyone... including the guy or girl who may not have as much money as others. This is a perfect example of what this crazy world is coming to!!
