Recently I ordered food and the order had missing items. I sent pictures and the customer service person denied the request almost immediately. I went into the chat and the person spit out 3 paragraphs of text and closed the chat before I had a chance to talk with them. I reopened it and stated supervisor and within moments I ended up getting my account cancelled. They cancelled the account and since I had been a dashpasser (premium upgrade) they ended up not giving a refund of that. I may order 3 times a month at most and pay for their monthly subscription and have had tons of issues where the dasher didn't deliver everything that is ordered or the order has the wrong items. There are other apps out there that offer 10x better service. The customer service people they employ are from another country, they barely speak English (and use scripted responses to make them sound American) and have extremely HORRIBLE and RUDE customer service skills. They would rather you cancel your service with them, then for them to resolve the issues.

3 hours, 3 hours we have waited for our food, and we never got it, the first driver said they couldn’t find our place like there isn’t a big ass sign that tells you the goddamn location then drops off the food back at subway and then subway says they’ll hold for another dasher, 20 minutes nothing, 40 minutes nothing, an hour passes by then we call DoorDash to see what’s up, APPARENTLY they can’t do a re deliver and they only thing they can do is a refund WHICH WE HAVE YET TO SEE, 0/10 DoorDash only hires the finest of methheads!

Gave me an Uber eats order with someone else’s name. When I called for a redeliver or refund they escalated and then informed me I was not eligible for a refund???? Wtf? So I pay you $100 to give me the wrong meal and it’s my fault, my money, and no dinner? Wrong in so many levels. Done with this delivery service.

Took my money and then told me there was nobody to deliver my food. I have spent over 30 min on hold after reaching a representative waiting for a resolution. Their hold music is one crappy song on a loop. $hits maddening. I think they are trying to drive me crazy so I'll hang up.

The problem with Door Dash is the low quality people who are “Dashers”. They don’t follow instructions or even read the instructions you leave to make their job easier. The restaurants are fine the “Dashers” are idiots.

I have now had multiple issues with my 9rders being left at the wrong address or just not being delivered period. When I call the drivers they tell ne it's not their problem and to call customer service. Doir dash does nothing to these drivers and I have to fight to get my money back and the most disgusting part is the drivers who steal my food STILL GET THE TIP. They won't refund your tip. The chat rep also said it shows I have multiple refunds which was such not true. I order groceries quite often and if an item is unavailable that money is refunded if you don't choose an alternate product so of course my account shows multiple refunds. They are all for grocery items not available, but door dash will try to say your a "repeat complainer". I have stopped using them as I refuse to be accused of wrong doing when my food is being stolen by their drivers. Absolutely wrong. 💯

I placed an order and canceled it within 3 mins of making it and they refused to give me a refund. When I called customer support I even said complete the order now but no, they kept my $ and refused to to compensate me for my order that was canceled within 3 mins of placing it. I deleted the app and will NEVER use door dash again! Horrible company and I hope nobody uses them anymore. Do not use

Ordered a pizza from a pizza joint and I said for delivery instructions As soon as possible and no wait and it took over an hour and a half and called the pizza joint two times with in an hour span after the said delivery time twice to check on my order for them to get to my house. by that time I already went and picked up a replacement pizza from the pizza joint when my original order arrived at my house. If they do that again I will call the restaurants from no on and request to have their employees deliver from now on. What happen was disrespectful. Door Dash needs people that live close to the restaurants and KNOW THE AREA THIER DELIVERING TO FROM NOW ON.

They charge for food that often they don’t deliver. Refund 5 days later! Stay away from them. They are a scam.

I was a first time user of doordash. I will never use it again. After waiting over an hour after my order was supposed to arrive, I tried to contact the driver. It took three texts and one call for him to respond. He let me know that my order would not be coming because it had spilled. I then tried to get a reimbursement. I had a horrible experience with doordash support. They were rude to me, including closing the chat with me prematurely. I used a coupon on my order since I was a first time user. They were unwilling to let me reuse it, saying it had already been used on an order. But I had never gotten an order, so doordash basically took money away from me. I also ended up never getting food and spending over an hour trying to deal with doordash support, only to be treated badly by the support person. Doordash stole my money and I will never use them again. Everyone be warned, I would suggest using a different app like ubereats.

Stay away from door dash! Today I was charged 9.99. I had very little in my bank and was trying order breakfast my bank declined my order of DoorDash and I thought someone hacked into my bank account. I found it it was a DoorDash subscription! A what??? Who knew?? I have used Door dash maybe a couple times and never remember getting a subscription and what would that be for? I hate companies that do this. And for what reason? I will never use this company again. It’s sneaky and unethical.

DoorDash already makes your order almost double versus going yourself or eating at the restaurant. But now an additional $3 to have your food delivered direct? Sheesh…the service is getting pricier and pricier. Convenient, yes…but getting to the point of taking the less convenient route.

Will not support customers when issues with orders occur. I was overcharged and denied any support or refund by customer service even after providing proof from their own drivers photo on their website. Long delivery waits, delays, and food is often fully cold by the time it reaches you without even a bit of warmth. No thermal bagging used. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Skip or Uber are far superior.

You guys need to be making sure that your door dash drivers are able to speak and read English. They are picking up deliveries from businesses and can't read what they are picking up nor able to communicate with the employees who work there. I know the business I work for is having problems communicating with your driver's, and more than half of them that come in don't know what they're supposed to do, or how to read read their emails or the tickets. Putting more pressure on us to do what they are supposed to do and yet we're having to give out free things because of the door dashers mistakes.Fix the problem!

Doordash needs to require that the dasher take a selfie for each order they handle, pick up and deliver the same as Doordash requires paying customers to take photos of the food for proof of any issues with their order to ensure that the dasher is not allowing unauthorized people to use their profiles against Doordash Agreements stated when they originally registered to become a delivery driver. The amount of times the "wrong" person that has delivered my order and caused problems is insane.

You suck. I am no longer using your service. Everytime my order is not right and I end up waiting longer for my food and not getting what I order. I would rather go get it myself at this point. Very inconvenient do not use this service.

Horrible non-reliable service. You get over billed and have difficulty disputing charges. Use Uber Eats or another legit service!
