I waited 2 hrs they had 2 drivers bail on my order . Talked to 3 separate people they said my food was picked up then the next lady when I realized they bailed on the order cancelled my order and everything before I was even able to pick any options they suck i will never use them again

Orders are frequently over an hour late. I ordered pizza from the block right behind me when I had a broken foot. Over an hour, no pizza. Dasher was double, triple? Dashing. Passed my house. Was in other towns. What am I going to do with ice cold pizza? Tonight I ordered chips and dip…yes, just chips and dips. 20 minutes. Over an hour and a half later no chips and dip. Had to cancel, no idea when it was coming. So I got a refund but no dinner. Where’s the chips and dip? According to customer service they were returned to the restaurant. Eew. What I’d like for the frustration and trouble is my food and a refund. This happens frequently. I always have dashers leave the food without telling me. On the steps in the freezing cold winter. Knocked over, drink spilled. One time everything in the bag was laid out across the entire front steps and the dasher is snapping photos on his phone like a photographer. Let’s try Ubereats.

What went wrong you ask. I waited 5 days to ask for my refund and they're telling me it's too late for me to receive a refund which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard so my mission is to post bad reviews about you guys everywhere that I possibly can and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

This is one of the worst company to have for delivery you’re delivering from one place and having issues with your order getting delivered and they cancel your order and there is issues getting your refund I had lost over 50 something dollars in one day by them telling me to replace my order and they will issue the refund. I’ve replaced the order several times and have not even get one refund from these people.

Order place on line for delivery from Pizza Hut 11.16.2023 .Received info that order out for delivery upon driver arriving he had wrong order. The order diver had was to be delivered across town. When asked driver stated that was his only delivery. Contact Pizza hut call center and was told the order was picked up by Door Dash and it was out of there hands. Even though customer rep call the number to the door dash driver (Ramon @936.243.1409) 2 times there was no answer. As well being called 3 times and message left on voicemail.And no resolve as of 11.17.2023

My experience with DoorDash is a problem that’s happened over and over. They keep charging me $4.99 for DoorDash Pass and I never signed up for a subscription. I cancelled one that was forcefully added a few months ago and they took money from me again yesterday for another subscription that I didn’t ask for. Be aware people! You’ll be paying for a subscription you never asked for.

It's now been at least FOUR times that Dashers have reported my food as delivered and STOLEN MY FOOD. Any merchant that uses DoorDash is enabling and contributing to this company's FRAUD. The fact that the dollar amount is so low means that law enforcement won't care about the crimes. Theft is theft. I'm sick of it.

If I could give them a zero I would! My order was scheduled to be delivered at 7:47 and an entire hour later the food hadn’t arrived. I called customer support to tell them and they informed that the food had been picked up by the driver at 7:38. When they reached out to the driver, she informed that I should cancel the order because my food would be cold and that they sent her to pick up someone else’s order. No one reached out to update or inform…they just kept pushing the time back. I even added a decent tip to ensure a prompt delivery of which now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund for food I never received. I will never order from them again.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE : This was very disappointing. They delivered me wrong item. I refused to take the delivery of this order; Doordash should have canceled my order or called me back to get my approval before delivering a different brand\Product to me. The delivery guys called customer service and suggested me that I should take the delivery of order and call doordash customer service. also mentioned that they will tell me where to return the order and get my refunds. Doordash refused to give me full refund; refused to take the item back; The response I received from them; I feel like I got scammed by doordash. This company is giving me so much stress, hassle, frustration as I am spending so much time either writing emails or calling you to solve the matter instead of doing my work. This is unbelievable, Pathetic. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THINGS FROM DOORDASH; THEY WILL DELIVER YOU GARBAGE; YOU WILL END UP CHASING THEM TO FIX THINGS AND THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE HELL. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT FALL IN DOORDASH TRAP. I JUST BURNT MY HAND.

I have been a loyal customer for years and a dash pass member. My account was immediately de activated no phone call no reason why when my dad let me use his card for an order (we have the same last name). I get they wanna make sure it’s legit, but a simple phone call would’ve fixed it? Now I can’t place my order and I called customer service who reactivated it and I can’t even log into my account for another two hours?! Soooo stupid. She couldn’t even tell me the reason why they deactivated it so fast… have some decency and call me and figure out what’s going on before you ruin my plans.

A 1.4 REVIEW RATING IS PRETTY BAD GUYS. I WISH I WOULD HAVE SEEN THAT BEFORE ORDERING FROM YOUR CRAPPY COMPANY. I had ordered $65 worth of food and left a $10 tip for the driver however the restaurant forgot part of my order which was admitted by them. When I tried to get my refund they said because it was 5 days ago they could not refund me. THE MOST ASININE THING I'VE EVER HEARD COME OUT OF ANYONE'S MOUTH. I'VE HAD A LOT GOING ON AS I'M MOVING AND GOT TO THIS TODAY. I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST TO ANYONE TO *NOT*USE THIS COMPANY AS IF YOUR ORDER IS NOT CORRECT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE YOU CAN'T GO THRU THE RESTAURANT TO CORRECT THE ISSUE YOU HAVE TO GO THRU THE RETARDS THAT DELIVERED YOUR FOOD AND THEY WON'T GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU CALL A FEW DAYS LATER. JULIETTE IS WHO I SPOKE WITH AND SHE SOUNDS LIKE SHE'S IN ANOTHER COUNTRY I COULD HARDLY UNDERSTAND HER. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I ordered a sundae from McDonald’s, their ice cream maker was broke. Door Dash refused to credit me the money back. They said I’d reached the limit on refunds. I’ve never used door dash before. Just a scam. Never will use again.

Worst customer service ever. Online agent blamed the store for over charging me. I finally just called doordash the agent couldn't explain why i was over charged . He gave me a 5 dollar credit. Which i will never get because I will never use them again. He insisted that the amount charged was a less than what i said. Told him to go check the online chat as i sent pic of the amount that clearly said how much doordash had charged me. Terrible support from both online chat and telephone. Please watch the charges should you decide to use this service. I never will again.

Order was never delivered. I could see on the map the dasher where the dasher was and they texted and said they couldn't find my address. I immediately responded to try and help and got no response. Tried calling and no answer. Order was changed to delivered and they refuse to issue a simple refund. Absolutely terrible!!
