“Someone needs to let this company know they can't keep treating their customer the way they do. Door dash is not the only delivery service out there. Boycot doordash. Use another delivery service. They have the worst customer service I have ever expirenced in my entire life. They are rude unhelpful and down right nasty. I can. See why though. They can't fix a thing in the program when it doesn't work right all they can do is say sorry were working on it and don't know when it will be fixed. They don't even give their managers the power to make any corrections. So the customer suffers for this. Bottom this horrible company they are not good at all.”

“If I could give -5 stars I would. Horrible company that doesn't offer any assistance when issues arise woth orders. I had a restaurant change one of my items due to being out of stock to a completely different item I didn't order and I didn't want. No choice for me at all they just did it. When I combined to Door Dash and asked to be refunded they refused me any compensation. A complete rip off company that takes peoples money and doesn't help customers in any way when their vendors screw up an order. You suck Door Dash.”

“My order was placed at 5:58. At 7, I called the store. The dasher had canceled & none had been reassigned. So, I spent from 7 to about 8:30 trying to get CSR understand what i was saying. Then he told me they couldn't reassign another dasher because the original dasher. I received my order at least 3 hrs after it was ordered. They offered me their usual $10 refund. I asked to speak with supervisor. One would call very soon. It's been over 2 hrs with no call from supervisor. I attempted to reconnect with your chat. Twice your employee disconnected thr chat before even speaking with me. I told the CSR that I was pretty sure he hadn't escalated it & I'm almost positive I'll hear from no supervisor ever.”

“I had to wait for a long time to get my food and by the time it got here it was cold. It was all because the driver chose to do multiple deliveries and I was the last one. I could see that on the tracking map. Never again from DD.”

“The delivery driver Kay Kay sent me a photo of the highway and said my prescription medication was delivered in a safe location. I'm looking in the ditches up and down a busy highway but I haven't found my medicine yet. Someone probably picked up my medicine from the ditch. Good job assholes.”

“Door Dash failed to delivery my order. The driver stated they dropped off my order, but did not! This happened in the pass with door dash and thought would give them another chance. Will not make that mistake again.”

“I went to order breakfast for my family and it’s not cheap and it’s not easy with the different dishes everyone has to be difficult if you have kids you know .. anyway I’m trying to order and the door dash pass won’t stop popping up everytime I tried to put the order through after the 4 th time I’m irritated but I try and I put the order through I’m good food on the way it’s all good no a few mins later I get a notification thank you and enjoy WTF 96$ gone so I don’t panic I go and request a refund everything good 🤦🏽‍♂️ .. no mind you I did my refund on the November 9/2023 today is the November 20/2023 so I called today and they telling me I have to wait another 7/10 business days and the have no supervisor to talk and the lady hung up on me rushed me off the phone and everything like really I’m the one out of 96$ the first 10days was my fault for sure but 20days plus it’s another holiday this week WTF 🤬 DoorDash should be a shame as fast as y’all grab my money out my account the same speed should be there to refund it smh 🤦🏽‍♂️ never again”

“Horrible customer service. They should know if they have dashers or not before they plane the order. My order was going on 1 hour and 10 min and still they couldn't find a dasher. Sonny finally offered me a full credit that will take 3 days to receive. This happens alot. Then he hung up on me. Very rude! I think i might check other services and not use doordash.”

“They are stealing money from customers. Drivers are stealing people's food, and DoorDash is not refunding the full amount for items not received. They are also only issuing in app credits instead of depositing the cash back to your payment method. I'm sick of DoorDash and their drivers.”

“I constantly get drivers who don’t understand a word of english, which means when they ignore my delivery instructions and i have to call them they have no clue what im saying. The driver sat in the driveway for 30 minutes in his car and I couldn’t understand a word he said. Finally went out and got it he was again at then end of my driveway in his car. Stop hiring anyone with a pulse. Pay a little more to have competent drivers who can at minimum understand the native language. Especially for the price we pay.”

“Avoid door dash. I ordered food in Anderson South Carolina and they delivered it somewhere in California. They won’t refund. I never entered anything about California. Don’t use door dash . They cut me off in the middle of the conversation. Very rude.”

“I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order online, only to find that my order was consigned to Door Dash. Well, half of the order arrived and 20 minutes later I received a call from Walgreens telling me that the Door Dash driver left one of my bags in the store and could I come get it. I asked Walgreens to call Door Dash and get the bag delivered. They said they have no contact with Door Dash and I would have to call them myself and I confirmed that everything had been charged to my credit card. So, there are my goods, all paid for, sitting in a bag at Walgreens. Why was the second bag not given to the driver???? I called Door Dash and they said there was nothing they could do, I had to call the store. I asked them to dispatch another driver to pick up and deliver the other bag and they said they couldn't. My husband had to drive 30 miles to pick up the bag. Outrageous!”

“These drivers doing multiple orders is asinine. My food should have been here an hour earlier. But they dropped off the further delivery first. This has happened multiple times. I don’t want cold food. I’m never using this trash service again.”
