OK, so i had 2 orders same time, so i understand this could be confusing, but you delivered 1, did not deliver the other...luckily the one you delivered was the $131 one, but no biggie, i'll just call your customer support. hahahahah you gotta be kidding. they ask me to provide a photo - i asked how do i give you a photo of what i didn't get - then they tell me they are escalating it to their 'resolution team', because i guess resending what i paid for is too hard... so i go along and wait for the email (an email, you're kidding) and get this: You recently reported an issue with your DoorDash order. Based on the details you shared, we escalated your case to a specialist on our team for additional review. We're following up to let you know that we've concluded our review and have made the decision to deny your refund request. Never use this company. They steal your money and customer reps are rude. Dasher said he would not deliver my order even though I tipped him. Support said it was my fault because I had a c section. I’m reporting to more people and filing a suit

Your company is messed up! You can advertise peak pay, and then it changes overnight. After your workers are counting on it. That's BBB stuff.

The same trash everyone else deals with. Missing orders, lack of accountability, etc. You can't escape them even if you don't order from them because some businesses use them for their delivery. So congratulations, Panera Bread - I will never use you again because you use this hemorrhoid of a company that is DoorDash.

When ordering anything find out who is delivering. If it is door-dash do not order. These drivers can not find an address or care not to. You’ll receive a text they’re on their way and then a text it has been delivered. I have sat on my front porch waiting with NO delivery made. I’ve had to have repeated contacts to receive a refund after involvement with the business partner. I would rate a zero if possible. These drivers need to learn how to read a map. If language is a barrier....Doordash should provide interpretation as needed. If delivery is expected by Door-dash either pick up yourself or order from a different enterprise.

Some of the rudest non customer centric delivery people who steel part of your order and then play dumb....Door dash quit hiring ignorant teenagers to deliver your food! It is killing your brand!

I ordered food and not only did it take so long but out of no where when they went to the parking lot we lost our dasher and we had to get a new one waiting here for a hour after already getting one of our orders cancelled that’s it I’m going back to Uber eats🖕🏿

I do not know if Rita's Cantina in Jersey Village, TX is mad at you or me. I ordered one order of beef fajitas for one person, and one order of chicken fajitas for one person. When I opened the containers I found only 4 small strips of beef and 4 small strips of chicken. That is pitiful. Ordinarily when I order in the restaurant I have enough of each of the orders to have another meal at home from the to-go leavings. I will never use Doordash again if this is how restaurants short your orders.

Doordash has gone downhill. It is almost a guarantee that everytime you order through them something will be wrong. I personally have had dashers not show even though it says they are on their way. Items are constantly missing from orders. Receiving cold food is a huge possibility. Then when you ask for a refund, doordash puts up a fight over it. They're quick to take your money but not so quick to return it. They really need to figure it out.

My daughter ordered food and signed up for free delivery ( it isn’t free , they charge you $9.99/ mo)The very first order might as well have been delivered by a horse and buggy it was so slow. THEY cancelled us because they said we were too far out. Well I was just scrutinizing my Credit Card statement and saw a Door Dash charge for $9.99. I called them and they stated, a door dash employee has been using my credit card to pay their monthly fee and I should cancel card. My bank charges a $10 fee to get a new card. So I asked the operator who was paying for that? She stated I would be responsible for it because I was canceling it , ok so if your company steals my credit card info to pay an employees delivery fee , and the customer service employee told me it was compromised by a door dash employee but I was responsible for paying for a new card. This company should be shut down immediately until a full accounting and audit of the company has been performed. I read where a driver admitted to getting orders wrong on purpose. If you own door dash stock , sell asap because it is going to plummet. Criminal and Civil charges to follow.

Did not arrive. App has said order delivered but it NEVER arrived. Thieving person ate our dinner! Not impressed and never again!

Paid for a 30 dollar large pizza and received someone else's 5 slices. Door dash refused to refund my order. I never write reviews but this was so outrageous I had to vent somewhere. Never use this joke of a service.

The Dasher picked up two orders from the same place took my order to a different house and their order came to me. Once we figured it out the DoorDasher came back said he would go get the food from the people's house. That's unacceptable in today's times with COVID and other diseases I don't to eat food that someone else has opened and handled. It took them over an hour before they brought the food from the other house I didn't even know they brought it it was just setting outside. Obviously I didn't want the food wasn't going to eat it so I called DoorDash tell him what happened ask for a refund they would not give me a refund they want me to eat someone else's food that they handled. Do not use DoorDash unless you want to eat food that someone else handled

We started service with Doordash on September 15, today is November 22 and this time we still have not received any payment for all orders. so much so that we had to disable the Doordash service. Until we see the payments reflected in our bank account!

Ordered from a restaurant and was contacted by them to let me know they would not be able to fill my order. Doordash will not refund me and they lied to me and told me the restaurant got paid. Not true. They even kept the 30% tip I left for the dasher. I will NEVER be using the app again. Crooks
