Rated high so it is seen! Horrible customer service. Anytime I have a problem with food quality or anything wrong they always refund partialy and not the full amount when all the food was bad. And then they add it back to credit instead of the original payment method. Then after they do that, they deactivate my account due to "suspension " how pathetic. I'm so sick of having to reactivate it everytime I want to use it. Door dash sucks and alot of their dashers are just up right horrible at delivering the food. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to deliever my food after pick up when I live 5 minutes down the road. I'd pick it up myself but alot of times it's late and I have kids that are sleeping. I even tip pretty well. But most of the time food is ice cold and gross.

Not a fan of DoorDash. Recently had food delivered when I was visiting Las Vegas. The delivery time kept changing, food was ready and then DoorDash couldn't find a delivery driver. I called the customer service and complained. The food was finally delivered an hour late, so it was beyond cold! Then they gave us a $5 dollar discount! Keep in mind we order $160 worth of food. The drivers tip was $22 and you give us a $5 discount!! Yeah, deleting app now. Goodbye đź‘‹

If I could give no stars that’s what i would’ve given! Service is horrible, an order I didn’t order was placed and I was charged and when asked about the order, the representative canceled the order and disconnected the chat without me even responding. I cashed customer service and was told I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund and that there were no supervisor’s available. This company has gone down the drain. I’ll never use door dash again!!!!

Door dash is absolutely the worst company. I feel bad for restaurants that must use this service to make a buck. I preordered my pizza to be delivered at a certain time. It still arrived 30 min late and looked like it was picked up from a trash can. The driver didn’t use heat bags or anything like that. Please don’t be lazy. Go pick up your order or use a reputable company.

Delivery drivers constantly stealing food, not delivering food in hand, not following delivery instructions, leaving food outside when not directed, etc. The chat people are rude & the phone customer service is horrible. They do not refund you for missing food or wrong food. They do not help much w/ refunds. For the $10 a month you would think the service would be better but it’s a mess. I would steer clear from this business.

I've tried with door dash at least 4 times. Each time they get my order wrong or don't bring something! IM SO DONE it's so expensive and not worth it! I'll be getting my food myself from now on!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY Don't recommend door dash!

Absolutely awful. I got an extremely confusing text message that I ordered something from DoorDash. Looks like spam because there’s no mention of a vendor name and the time seems totally wrong to have ordered food. This is the first flaw of their communications. Secondly their Dasher was completely negligent. He called me but then hung up instead of telling me where he left the package. Once I was finally communicated that this was an actual delivery from an order I made, then I was able to let him into the building. But by then all I had received was no way to call him back and a vague text message saying, “ Your Dasher, Sravanthi, has left your order in a safe location. Please reach out to Sravanthi at +16066033348 if you're unable to find your order.” Turns out this number did not even work. Thanks a lot, DoorDash. I’m upset that the company I bought from is using DoorDash because it’s clearly a trash service.

My order is always missing something that the driver didn't pick up. The customer service rep said that they contacted the merchant when they didn't and sent me on a wild goose chase. Plus I was charged a service fee for them messing up my order! This is my last time dealing with Door Dash. They will never get my money again. Uber Eats is much better.

Everything went wrong, they for one take money and don’t try help but get an attitude. Secondly they don’t allow you to lock your card that they are providing, to get your earned money faster. Which is the only way you’re able to get your money faster. They use fake unauthorized purchases and don’t give your full amount and blame it on Apple Pay which has nothing to do with Apple Pay. They pay little to nothing !

I deactivated my account with DoorDash after having an issue with a driver when driver went to wrong location, I called DoorDash to get assistance and tell them to call the driver since driver's phone wasn't listed. I cancelled order. The driver called me when he arrived at the wrong location and I told him that I cancelled the order because no one could contact him and it was late, and the food would be cold. I thought fine - he knows the order is cancelled. I told him several times "order cancelled" "do not deliver". To my stress an hour later the driver actually comes to my apartment door and buzzes over and over to get into the unit. Someone must have let him in to the front door and he left the cold food on my door. I cancelled DoorDash immediately because the customer service was outsourced to the Philipines and there was NO would could help me locally. It was horrible and stressful because I was sick. I recently decided maybe I will try it again. Just had an issue with logging into the DoorDash App after downloading it. And it wouldn't allow me to log in. I called customer service again...out of the country...and they were absolutely clueless and kept repeating the same nonsense without helping me. I asked if they had an IT staff person who could assist with IT issues. They didn't and instead of just saying "NO" we don't, the lady was trying to tell me what I was doing wrong etc, etc....and I wasn't doing anything incorrect. The app said "please call us if you have issues". I worked for a software development company who serviced individuals because our product was technology based. Any company that exclusively uses technology (online ordering) and/or an app as their business should have personnel to support technology issues. This is the most insane thing I have ever heard of. Nobody to offer support for IT issues, noone to call for help. Straight Stupid.

Very unhappy with an order from DoorDash last week. Ordered food for several team members, only two meals arrived. Contacted DD on the app. Was informed a refund was being handled. Well after the holidays I looked at the refund. Do the math I only received $32 worth of food. I contacted them today and got the old FU message. I am not able to respond after telling the agent I was still there Cheyenne

Have just uninstalled app as Doordash us so bad now. Dashers mostly don't speak English and constantly get lost, not reading street signs and not following instructions. It's just TOO hard and good constantly arriving late and COLD. Customer service is terrible, offering $3 credit without even an apology. Never again. Going to Menulog!

I canceled my order but they didn't refund me. They took my money from my account. I don't have any contact number to call them back. I canceled it because of the wrong address.

Absolute trash and a scam. Somehow got charged almost $10 for their service that I didn’t even use, for ordering online. Then got the run around from someone who could only repeat the same sentence over and over from a no English speaker.

The guy who did my delivery, Cdot, smelled like Marijuana and my bag of food also smelled like Marijuana. Was disgusting.
