As many have stated, if I could give a -100 I would! This company ridiculously over charges and the service is horrendous Avoid at all costs literally!!! Customer service is terrible!

Had a delivery from Applebees. In Pooler Georgia Excellent service from Michael at doordash Efficient and very courteous A pleasure Will use again

Missing my check blamed my bank hung up on my then emailing me to drive cause it’s a busy time , Uhmm I’ll drive when I finally get paid ! Ridiculous then the foreign guy like everyone else says hangs up on drivers ! Should have employees that care about DoorDash! This will put this company’ under if it does not change soon !

They got some foreign rude people working in the offices. Especially when you call to make a complaint, like how you rude but I can’t understand you. SMH . Like, I am done using DoorDash. Nothing but rude people with Indian accents

If i could give a no star review I would. The customer service is one of the worst I have ever had. Trying to get an address for their company they gave me nothing but to go online and find it. I asked if there was a way to access a paystub on their Door Dash pay site. She did not even know what a paystub was. Asking to speak to a supervisor did nothing. She would not even give the call to another representative. I can't believe it.

Just don't, DoorDash is a joke. You barely make any money most the time and they don't pay you anything for orders that are far away it’s just a waste of gas and you just end up ruining your car in the long run.

First and last time using door dash. The order went to the wrong address after I gave clear and easy directions. The door dasher waited for ages at the wrong address for a long time and then took as long to come to my address which was close to him. By the time I got my delivery my food was cold. I have some of it to him to confirm it was cold. The guy seemed very un interested in the situation. I said give me my money back or replace it with hot food. Didn't hear from him again. I called their office and they refunded me but I will never use them again.

It should be against state law that this company expects for riders to deliver for 3 dollars they need to be put out of Business

The first time I order from DoorDash and they rob me. Not only did I not receive my food but they still took my money and refused to give it back. The customer service agents are incompetent and un-knowledgeable about the place they work. They don’t even know the corporate number. DO NOT DO DOORDASH.

Delivery was on time HOWEVER, since I failed to tip the “suggested” amount of $12 on a $45 food charge with “free” delivery they left my food in front of my storm door so I couldn’t grab it without knocking the food over. NICE!

As a driver calling in about a missing payment that I never received.. I went through 5 different customer reps and had 2 of them hang up the phone in my face. I was completely calm and never once raised my voice. They definitely need more training.

DO NOT EVER ORDER THROUGH DOORDASH. Missing items in my order and they refused to do anything about it. This was my first order with them and what an awful experience this has been. Their customer service is horrible!!! You pay them to deliver your order but they have zero accountability to their customers.

I have been an avid DoorDash customer for years, but their service has gone straight down hill the last few months and I won't use this service again. I travel and use doordash when I get back to the hotel for dinner. I have had doordashers never show up, I have had the 'estimated time' exceeded by over an hour on multiple occasions and this evening, the doordasher just cancelled my order after I had already waited an hour for it. Doordash help support always wants to give me a credit, but I don't want a credit...I just want my dinner in a reasonable time frame....that's it. I think that is exactly what Doordash is supposed to be in business to do right? But they don't seem to be able to pull it off anymore. I'm moving on to another service.

I'll never use doordash again! My order was left 40ft from my place of business and Doordash's response was "sorry" here's 6$ back for your 20$ order.

So each time I’ve used DoorDash my food is cold or old and everytime i wanna refund or credits I’m getting denied and I think that’s mess up because you would t eat cold food or old food so why not give me a refund or credits towards my next order I feel like Uber eats are way better when it comes to meeting customers needs

Rated high so it is seen! Horrible customer service. Anytime I have a problem with food quality or anything wrong they always refund partialy and not the full amount when all the food was bad. And then they add it back to credit instead of the original payment method. Then after they do that, they deactivate my account due to "suspension " how pathetic. I'm so sick of having to reactivate it everytime I want to use it. Door dash sucks and alot of their dashers are just up right horrible at delivering the food. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to deliever my food after pick up when I live 5 minutes down the road. I'd pick it up myself but alot of times it's late and I have kids that are sleeping. I even tip pretty well. But most of the time food is ice cold and gross.

Not a fan of DoorDash. Recently had food delivered when I was visiting Las Vegas. The delivery time kept changing, food was ready and then DoorDash couldn't find a delivery driver. I called the customer service and complained. The food was finally delivered an hour late, so it was beyond cold! Then they gave us a $5 dollar discount! Keep in mind we order $160 worth of food. The drivers tip was $22 and you give us a $5 discount!! Yeah, deleting app now. Goodbye 👋

If I could give no stars that’s what i would’ve given! Service is horrible, an order I didn’t order was placed and I was charged and when asked about the order, the representative canceled the order and disconnected the chat without me even responding. I cashed customer service and was told I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund and that there were no supervisor’s available. This company has gone down the drain. I’ll never use door dash again!!!!
