“He dropped my groceries at a location not on my preferences for delivery. Now I have to pay for it twice! The guy was rude, nasty, wouldn't explain or send s picture of where my goods are. I'm going to stop using you guys if something doesn't change!”

“I ordered food for my blind mother. I put in the instructions to ring the bell and hand to her. I got a text from the driver that it had been handed to her. An hour my brother checked on her and found it sitting on a cold, wet porch. I will NEVER use door dash again!”

“What a scam!! I used a loved ones card to place an order on my Doordash account. Doordash then took it upon themselves to switch the monthly subscription fee of $9.99 to the other person's card that was only authorized to be used ONCE! They refuse to refund the fees. I couldn't cancel fast enough. How is that even legal!?”

“Worst service ever! Always late and always missing something or all of my order! My order had been dropped off across the street before my orders have been late a lot! My husband orders at work and has lunch break time so it never works! Either late or never arrives on time to get iy for lunch break! Denied my refund when i only recieved my drinks in a 5 meal order that the picture shows one bag! Would only give me a credit & got hung up on 3 times to get that credit refund!”

“I had a delivery through door dash and Tim Hortons go very bad. First, the driver said she delivered my food when she didn't. I had to call her to find out where my order was. She didn't answer then she finally did. I asked where my order was She left my order in the middle of nowhere. I had to contact her several times again with no answer. She then called me and was very rude she then swore at me and hung up. I was shocked and angry. I never received my order. I also didnt get my money back. I am extremely disappointed with no answer from anyone. I will never order from them again.”

“This is the second negative encounter I’ve had with DoorDash. Driver stole my food. The place I ordered from uses DoorDash for delivery and all DD support gave me was to call the restaurant because they took my payment. They won’t take responsibility for their drivers stealing food.”

“They charge you multiple times for orders and steal your money from your bank account. I was charged $400 for a $60 order and my partner had $90 taken from his account in the middle of the night when he had never placed an order.”

“I cannot believe that Door Dash allows their delivery drivers to smoke in their cars. You provide the worst service ever. I had a PetSmart order delivered tonight by DoorDash, and the whole order is garbage thanks to the driver smoking. When PetSmart contacted DoorDash, their answer was that they cannot stop their delivery drivers from smoking in their own cars. Well, I can say I will never use DoorDash again. This happened a couple years ago and their response was quite different than it is now. They used to have a zero tolerance policy for smoking while delivering. Thankfully, Pet Smart did the right thing and refunded my order, but the problem I have now is some of the items I ordered are sold out. Maybe they should contract with another delivery service if DoorDash refuses to change their ways.”

“Every time I have ordered from Door Dash there were items missing from my order. I just ordered and was missing one meal. Got a credit and had to reorder, which cost me an additional $6. I never have this issue when I order from Uber Eats. Last time I'll ever use Door Dash. I keep trying to give them another chance, but it never gets better.”

“Purchased $100 gift card as a thank you gift for a friend. When she attempted to use it received notification that it had already been redeemed. Someone apparently stole the numbers somehow. Went back and forth with DoorDash. Was told there was nothing they could do. Will never purchase another gift card or use this service again. Bad customer service!”

“My son put in an order for liquor. He's 21. Dasher shows up, she's telling me I need my ID though his is already uploaded to DoorDash. I told her it wasn't valid and wouldn't go through, she did it anyway. DoorDash cancelled our order, keeping $104 and the Dasher keeps the booze. They're just a scam.”
