Multiple and I mean 5 out of 7 orders were messed up. Missing items or wrong items delivered. Instead of door dash making the restaurant’s accountable… they refused to refund me, even though I sent photos of proof. Do NOT subscribe.

Going to the restaurant myself, my meal comes to $12. Ordering through doordash, my meal is $27 with the $2 tip included in that price. The restaurant is on 3 min away and I'm being charged as if I'm buying 2 meals. They increase your meal price. Then they hit you with taxes and fee's. Then they hit you with delivery charge and then ask for your tip amount. Will not be using it again. Oh, and the dashers don't be asking the restaurants if everything is in there. They bring you your food with missing items. Over charged with missing items.

We will never use door dash again. A driver named swathi either delivered our food to the wrong address or ate it himself. When we called him, he was evasive, completely unhelpful and never called back when he said he would. Door dash customer service was also less than helpful. It’s been a nightmare even trying to get a refund. What a dishonest, incompetent company. They either stole from us or completely failed at their job. Either one is horrendous and inexcusable. Don’t use them! Ever.

I ordered Chick-fil-A in Springfield, Ohio today for lunch. The doordasher went to the wrong address. I got a call to connect me to her to give her directions to get to me. Told her to going south down Limestone to Leffel lane, turn right be up on the left. She went back to Chick-fil-A instead. My order got transferred to another dasher, she called me after she was there for awhile to see if I received my order, told her no and what happened. Doordash called me and said they were canceling my order instead of putting it through again to Chick-fil-A. Nafeesa should not be a doordash driver, she probably kept my food and ate it. First time I've ever had an issue with this company. Really disappointing.

Ordered from Popeyes and door dash driver calls me an hour later saying my order was cancelled because he accidentally gave my order to another customer. Are you serious? Then has the audacity to ask do you want a refund or your order, wtf, I wanted my lunch. Had to go to Popeyes directly and do another order myself and pick it up. Ridiculous!!

I have ordered DoorDash for years out of convenience and necessity (lack of transportation) and have had many issues over the years, which often times I have reported and been able to receive some kind of comparable compensation or solution for. However, I just had an experience that was truly very poor customer service that I feel warrants a review. I submitted a dispute today, 11/30/23, for an order from KFC. I ordered a 12 count nugget meal and a bottle of water. After finishing my meal, I went to take some medicine for the evening (I am sick), and realized I never received the bottle of water. I went back into the app and reported the item missing. A pop up window then comes up saying something along the lines of me having a high volume of issues with my orders lately - which I have not, by the way. The last time an issue was reported on my account was on 11/13/23 for a Dollar General item being out of stock. I have used DoorDash 12 times since then and have not reported any issues. I also had an order cancelled on 11/6/23, which resulted in a refund to my debit card, as well as a refund on 11/2/23 for another out of stock item at Walgreens. NONE of those refunds were requested. They were all directly related to the store itself cancelling or refunding the item due to availability and my order being adjusted accordingly. Following this pop up message, I am required to add a photo to my dispute. I included the photo the dasher sent me to show my food had been dropped off, with the water bottle very much not pictured. They immediately offer me $0.94 in return. Now I don’t know what anyone else thinks, but DoorDash is not cheap. As I said, I often use it because I don’t have access to transportation, but it is an expensive service. The water bottle I ordered cost $3.59. The total order - which again was a standard 12-count nugget meal with a drink and two sides and the bottle of water - was $21.25 with tax and tip. And that is fine, I am perfectly okay with paying for the service. What I am not okay with is how this issue was handled once reported. Offering me 30% of the item’s original cost (less, actually) due to the fact that DoorDash has not yet developed a proper system to verify my claim is incredibly poor customer service. I recognize people probably report missing or incorrect items in order to receive store credit and that is something they have to be diligent about. However, stating I have a high volume of “issues” and not properly compensating my request is not the solution, especially when the last 3 refunds issued on my account were directly related to partner companies not being able to provide the item, or order, requested. Figure out a better system and properly compensate your customers AND your dashers in the meantime. You have more than enough funds to account for missing items until you resolve the structural problem with your business model.

Dasher stole my order including the alcohol!! When I reported it to door dash they said it wasn't available for refund and scoffed about it, 102 dollars out the window, lesson learned, they hired a thief and don't want to acknowledge it

Never got package from dicks sporting goods even though I got email it was delivered but no picture of the delivered package. Contacted Door dash said they will put in incident report and investigate. Had to get refund from dicks sporting goods but not shopping there in the future!

My order is never complete, and it's always something that runs my entire meal. Like, biscuits with my cracker barrel order, or taco sauce with my taco bell order, and the cinnabon (12 pack) and only refunded $9. Door dash charges a lot in fees not to be giving full refunds for missing items, or having a driver go back to get missing items. And there seems to be no other recourse to the decision of how much is refunded, no matter what is missing. Once, I was even given someone else's order all together, and didn't even get half my money back. DASHPASS IS A CROCK! Free deliveries is a lie, because dashpass doesn't apply to all restaurants. They charge for the pass, then add all these extra fees. But when my order is wrong (which has been 7 out of 9 orders) they never want to give extra back. I canceled my dashpass, and my 2 daughters have as well. I strongly advise anyone who is considering buying one, to save ur money. Dont buy the pass, dont pay the fees, believe me... you're better off picking up your own food. Especially if you want everything you ordered. Customer service is highly lacking, to say the least. They have less than a 2 star rating for a reason.

Ordered pizza and bottle of wine on their new multi location offering. Pizza came and they canceled the wine order after pizza arrived. No.one at Door Dash willing to rectify. There are 5 liquor stores within 15 minutes. Could have easily rectified and offered alternatives. Even phone help said there was nothing they could do. Had to separately re-order. Dinner is over, no need now! BEWARE!!!

I work for DoorDash. This company is a scam. They promise us bonus pay for completing more deliveries, but then worm out of it by claiming we turned off the app or refused an order when it's a total lie. Their app is complete garbage. They even force us to take orders that we didn't select by slipping them in on top of orders we did select. They send us *literally* over entire mountains to other cities for $8. Highly abusive company to work for. DoorDash knows they have their drivers by the balls. If we had other options we would all take them. Terrible company to work for. Total scam artists. If you can, choose literally ANYTHING else.

Wow reviews are terrible I know I had a bad experience when getting my food both bags were opened and DoorDash did absolutely nothing about it .I haven’t use DoorDash since.

DoorDash has held my money in an escrow account for over a month now. I’ve called and called and someone in the Philippines answers my calls and attempts to solve the issue with transferring funds but like I said I haven’t been paid at all. Thankfully I only work one time totaling around $120 but I will not drive for them again. Too much of a hassle, poor communication and unresolved issues when releasing earned funds.

For a driver to get knocked down for an order that was delivered to the WRONG address bc their GPS gave us 2 wrong addresses tonight but want to make me look bad . I have a 5 STAR rating and always go above and beyond and am very unappreciated on something that was not my fault but get threatened I am not doing right and against contract violations bc dor dash wrong addresses bc of their mistake and outdated GPS !! And the foreign ass I talked to was Rude!!! All out for the money not the delivery drivers who bust their hump for customers!! Also get it together on your 2 dollar 2 dollar orders way out of the area your in!!! Sad maybe you all need to learn how to treat the people who work for you and not dock them on stupid things out of their control!! Get it together before you are going under for your poor services!! Their are people who take this seriously but you need to give the ones who have high reviews a slack woth your violations till you know exactly what happened . The custome even stated to me not your fault!!! I even explained what happened when they asked about the order and stated we were given the Wrong address!!!

DoorDash app placed the order without me submitting the order. It was still in the cart. Realized it when I got a text message. Also default tip is set to a high value and gets submitted with it. Cannot cancel the order as app does not have the feature. No chat options. Tried to look for contact number online. But no luck.
