our dasher left our food at our neighbors, when my husband went to grab it the dasher acted like we were stealing it, snatched it from him and said he needed a PIN # or she would have to return it. the photo of the delivery is the neighbors porch, the dasher left with our Taco's and Door Dash reviewed and denied we should get a refund, I appealed and they still denied it. 32.98 someone enjoyed tacos but it wasn't us. We will never use Door Dash again.

as a dasher they have no system in place to help the dasher example they will. send you to a foodcourt macdonalds instead f the one out side the shopping centre this take the dashers a extra 10 min , we do a RSA course then we have to scan the person licence , again this takes time , dont blame the dasher we dont get the support they need

We ordered from Chili's and our food was cold I would not recommend to door dash Chili's for a while.

My last two orders from door dash has multiple items missing. Door dash already costs extra to order and wants you to leave a larger tip with their pre selected options which I usually do just to have my orders messed up. The dasher can see if the 2 liter is missing when they pick up a pizza and if there is no extra sauces which was the first messed up order from little Caesar’s. Then tonight we ordered Wendy’s and didn’t record the $5 bacon cheese baked potato or my daughters apple slices with her happy meal. Not to mention the fries were ice cold. They offer credits but this is ridiculous.

Today I ordered from Doordash. Like my last order, it had specific instructions to leave the order at my door. However, the delivery guy wasn’t ready to come up. He refused to come up. As I have a year old son who was sleeping, so I asked him to take the order back as I cannot leave him alone. Meanwhile I didn’t see my phone. There was a knock at my door and the guy was there telling he had a hip replacement surgery so he was asking. (Although all he had to do was to use lift and no stairs). I gave him my reason again that my son is sleeping and I couldn’t leave him alone. After eating my food, I looked up on my phone again and there was a message from the dasher that he isn’t my personal butler but a delivery guy who isn’t here to give personal favours. He messaged me this before coming up to my door but I didn’t see my phone at that moment. I replied to him that I have given specific instructions on the delivery portal. If you have issues with delivery then don’t pick my order. He kept on being inappropriate sending me love emojis, spicing it all up, not stopping and neither willing to accept his mistake. I reported this issue but guess what I received a warning that I was abusive and non-appropriate. Made my all day worse than before. To any single parent out there seeing this. Don’t order from doordash. They will blame you and only you. Don’t make yourself feel bad about this and avoid by not ordering from doordash

They cancelled my order due to their app freezing then told me to reorder which I did from a different store and when I tried to get a refund for my original order which they decided to redeliver without my knowledge I refused it since I had already received my second order they said it’s being investigated and I will hear from them in 24 hrs they are stealing 40$ from me this is the last time I get screwed over by them. They deserve a class action lawsuit, this company has no ethics whatsoever

DO NOT order from door dash, driver left our pizza at the wrong room doorbat the WRONG Hotel. only after phoning him, did he realize his error, even took a pic of the pizza (standing on its edge against the door at the WRONG hotel), caused its own issues! Door dash response, too bad! Received pizza cold They had no real response.

This company is the only customer isn't right. I'm being denied a refund for not receiving half of my order. They claim they need to investigate. Investigate what? The store admitted they forgot the item, the driver stated he wasn't handed the item. Which confirms the item wasn't received. But the denied my refund and told me I have to wait to be contacted by the escalation department. This app is trash. I will be uninstalling doordash and spreading the word on how horrible they treat people when there order gets messed up. Just horrible! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I have delivered 103 meals and I made $423.00 so door dash is about to be sued…they are paying under minimum wage.

For the second time I was screwed by door dash!!! I ordered food from a local Thai restaurant and said the food would be delivered in about 45 minutes which is ok. However after an hour still no food. I got an alert the driver was on his Way to the restaurant to pick up the food! Really after 1 hour??? I tracked the driver and he did not move for almost a half hour! Almost 2 hours still no food!! Your company is the worst trust me I won't get screwed a third time. You don't even deserve 1 star!

Overall, I’ve had a pleasant experience with DoorDash. Some things like dashers stealing food is out of their control. I do not think they should do business where the company delivers the food like Insomnia cookies. The company will take upwards of 2/3hrs to deliver even when I have tipped quite well. This has happened with a similar company and DoorDash says it is out of their hands because they don’t assign a driver to these orders. I also hate that I opt out of notifications and DoorDash is still sending me constant notifications even when all settings are off except to receive updates about my order.

Dashers steals food and lies a lot . Half the time the person who delivers my food and the name is not the same person . I’ve never met a man named Veronica before . Scammers you pay $3 more for an order that you can go to the restaurant and pay the exact price for . I’ve had orders stolen so many times and they only keep offering credits . 🗣️ I DON’T WANT THAT I WANT MY MONEY BACK ON MY CARD

We were missing an item from our order. The restaurant apologized and acknowledged that it was missing, but told us that our refund would need to go through DoorDash. DoorDash did not refund us for the item and denied our appeal. Here is their reasoning... Unfortunately, I am unable to provide any support or compensation with this issue due to our credit and refund policies. I recognize that you may be disappointed by this outcome, but DoorDash bases this decision on an analysis of all relevant factors, including the full details of the order, the details of your refund request, and your overall account history. So learn from our situation... don't use DoorDash.

I ordered from a restaurant and only half my meal was delivered. I contacted Doordash and asked for them to re-deliver the missing half of my meal. The 'support agent' told me they contacted the store three times but got no answer so were unable to help me. I called the store and they answered straight away and said they had not recieved any other calls. The store apologised and packaged the rest of my meal to be delivered. The 'support agent' stated that they has submitted a request for re-delivery and my order will be here in 30-40mins. After 1hr with no delivery, I contacted a different 'support agent' who informed me that there was no request for re-delivery processed and my order will not be coming. They also told me my order was under review. The restaurant apologised and stated they are happy to issue a refund as I did not recieve my entire order. Doordash have refused to give me a refund on my order despite the restaurant being happy to refund my order. 0/10 do not recommend doordash.

Door dash cancelled my order and refunded only 1.65 and kept 16.88....i live in Washington there are consumer laws . My car is broke down I can't walk to the store at 9:15 at night it would take me an hour to get there so I dashed . I text with the door dasher gave her detailed directions she text back and cancelled my order . I did not cancel it my kids are hungry and that is all the money I had. So I called and was told it was door dashes policy to keep my money when the order got cancelled that they can't refund or give me a gift card. So we go to bed hungry tonight because why....they brake Washington state consumer laws why..... absolutely unacceptable. Noone has called me back I suppose they don't want to hear my three old crying about being hungry.

If I could give DoorDash a “1/2 or 0 star” I would. DoorDash drivers CONSTANTLY mess up my order. The drivers do not pay attention to what the customer ordered….. it’s like they just grab a bag and go without checking if they have picked up all the items the customer ordered. They don’t care if they miss something or pick up the wrong item. I, like others who have submitted reviews, would try to give them another chance - only to have the order messed up AGAIN!! DoorDash is the worst delivery service!!!

I have order 5 times the dasher never responds and always gives my food to some random person in the other complex. So many times ive lost over 100 dollars ordering from this app. I will be deleting the app as well as my gf and our family in the area that deal with it as well. Do better hire people with the will to try to deliver the food

I am continually having issues. They used to be really good about making the customer happy. Now they refuse to give refunds or credits unless the food is dangerous. Doesn't matter if your meal is missing items or there are things you specifically asked not to be on it. Food just plain awful, too bad. It's really disappointing.
