I called for DoorDash. I live in a three-story tower. It was a very cold night. The person who delivered my food, left it outside the lobby doors. I couldn’t find it even though I got the message that it was here. I can’t believe the person didn’t even have the decency to bring it into the building let alone what my directions were to deliver it to my door and hand it to me ,I’ve had two incidences of less concerning Delivery problems, but this one was the last straw. I will not be using DoorDash anymore.

Delivery Person ate one of two meals from my order. Terrible service. Was waiting for more than an hour and got just half order.

On 11/1/2023 I ordered a pizza from little Caesars. I was sent a text message saying it was cancelled, which they didn't say why. I was still billed $22.44 on 11/2/2023. On 11/1/2023 I received a email saying I would be refunded the full amount within 10 business days. It has been over a month and I have not received my refund. I have contacted them several times with no response.

Door dash has cash in delivery, when the driver accepts the offer, door dash should show in the drivers statement when that are deducting the money back that the driver collected. Other than just taking it at their disposal 😔

Ordered $36 meal noticed they were headed wrong way, tried to contact DoorDash, said system down, tried to contact driver wasn’t excepting texts and phone went directly to voice mail. They made the address mistake not me. No refundable because I didn’t contact anyone but can prove I did. Bad business practice. Not the only problems but this one ended my use of their services

Honestly it's really sad the price you pay for the quality of food you get. I've had so many issues and maybe it's because of where I'm located. However, your dashers and the restaurant locations that are servicing your business make you look bad. For example, one McDonald's location always has fresh food at all times of the day, while another McDonald's location has old, cold food most of the time. I've had dashers drive off with my order and mark it as delivered. I've also had dashers mix up my orders and try to fix it themselves, by going back to the other drop off location to switch them back. Which means I've received cold food. You guys also make it damn near impossible to reach a great outcome. Either accusing the dashers(which some are to blame) or the person ordering the food, thinking they are asking for handouts. We earn our money, we just want our order correct and timely. I get that the restaurant is at fault when it comes to quality of food and it being made correctly. In my opinion not every single restaurant location should be able to DoorDash. Because in the end, when there is a problem it goes back to you.

I ordered delivery since I am 38 weeks pregnant and tired. I haven’t eaten much. I live two mins away from the location of my order and left a description of my house and cars. I watched the delivery driver drive by 3 times and called 5 times. I even messaged I was outside my door in a high visibility jacket. When my order was confirmed as dropped off I made my 4th call which the driver answered but hung up on me when I told them I did not get my order and was still outside waiting at my door. They hung up on me. I then called customer service which they explained all they could do for me was refund my money after explaining what happened and trying to call the driver themselves with no answer. The refund won’t come for a few days. The best part is that I have to pay for my order and get it myself. It was an hour and a half before I got my second order and got it myself. I am highly disappointed and can’t believe the service from the driver and the customer service line. My food was dropped off at a trailer somewhere across the street from me when I specifically explained I was in a house and explained the only two cars out front.

DoorDash Is Scamming! I paid my dashpass for this month but i cancelled it moving forward because they charged my card 96$. In saying this i still should have my dashpass for this month because I already paid. I asked customer service for a refund they told me to talk to my bank like my bank has nothing to do with this. Bad business and bad customer service but i’ll get my 10$ back!

I had $60 in my account for food so I ordered Popeyes $59.06 total soon as I press the button DoorDash takes the money then tells me “oh Popeyes can’t make the order” “here’s a refund by the way it’s going to take 5 days for the refund and to show up in your account. Leaving me broke and my entire family hungry and unable to do anything. Something has to be done about DoorDash I have gotten way too many refunds for this company to be thriving the way they are, this is bad for business but the company is necessary because handicapped people who can’t go out and families that need to eat need them but because of that, little flaws aren’t fixed because no matter what the company won’t go under because they’re needed and they know that smh, doordash needs to find away to make sure the order csn be made before they rake peoples money.

All the orders in the past several months have taken one hour or more to arrive and to top it all off the last time they cancelled my order after taking an hour and a half. Nothing seems to be delivered correctly and has always been cold, not even slightly warm. Will never use again.

id give 0 stars if i could, most wack experience ive ever encountered. its actually so insane. first i try to change my payment method for dashpass. immediately after i do so, it charges a different card (the one i was changing it from & also tried charging me like 3 times today) which makes no sense bc it says my dashpass is active until the 27th, its the 9th. then they send my order to an address ive never made an order to. ao i spend like 15 minutes, not even, on the chat trying to figure out why they charged me for dashpass when its active for almost a whole nother month, they said they didnt charge me im guessing bc its pending, which is crooked in its own. like i cant access the money u took out but u cant see it? so im in chat talking abt this to someone and they are basically useless (like 90% of chat on doordash) then while im trying to talk to my dasher about where i actuallly need the order, the person in vhat basically says im sol and to contact my bank and ends the chat themselves immediately after sending said message. ive used doordash for years and im actually really close to just not anymore, crooked af and no help at all. crazyyyy

DoorDash said delivery time would be 20 to 35 minutes and then when I place the order it said two hours and they would not refund my money right away worst customer service I have ever experienced

I've never ordered from your dash. But I lost my husband two months ago. And I felt with me still having to work I would order from this company. I was on hold for over forty minutes. They had my phone number totally wrong. They had our home number. I was trying to order food from the local restaurant here in my town. And I kept saying are you still there on the phone. No answer. I tried to change my phone number on myself and it said to call a company. I only gave them a one star becas. There was no response and no help for me at all. I'm already going through things that I would wish not anyone to go through at this time. Or anytime.

The driver drove all over town before delivering my order. Will use grub hub or other food delivery next time.

The driver never delivered my order, did not follow the instructions given, did not look at the address given, driver delivered it somewhere else who knows. I get a message saying food delivered left at front door, instructions say text me or call me I will meet you in the lobby or outside, driver did not do that. I will never use doordash again going forward, nor my friends and family.

I only received half of my order. When I called to complain, they said they would refund me. It is now been three months of continuously calling every other week and hearing the same story of.. "We have submitted it to our escalation team, you should see something within 7-10 business days." Then repeat this possession again. I STILL have not received a refund.

Sorry to say but DoorDash customer service not friendly and cannot solve your problem. I called them of unauthorized charges on my two credit cards and they said they will refund it. I waited but no action made. Poor customer service I called 4 times not resolve. They told me they will email about our conversation but no action done.

The online agents are a joke and do not help you at all. I scheduled a time to pick up my items for the next day, woke up sick and asked the online agents if I could reschedule the time. They told me no, I HAVE to pick it up at the time I provided, and when I asked what would happen to my order (first time placing an order) they basically told me either pick it up or lose it. I spoke with 2 agents and they both said the same thing. No resolution provided, just abruptly ended the chat. Worst customer service ever!!

Each time the doordash doesn't show up, they refund me, ok, but after 1h30 waiting, they don't even know or try to know where is my food. I wish I could call the dasher but no...AT this point I just want to eat. Everytime the same thing. I over with them.
