After waiting an HOUR, my order gets canceled because they were Unable to fulfill my order. This is ridiculous. One other time my order was stolen before the dasher picked it up. I'm done with them! Save yourself the stress and use another service.

Why I can't give them negative 5stars? Drivers are pure liars leave your food anywhere. Wrong address, wrong apartment and I had some flat out not show up and still claim it was delivered. One thing if I must say not all,you do have some good ones, but from my experience 50% of you drivers are horrible. They killer part is it keeps happening because this company allows it.

The worst I will never order through them. They said their delived my order, but I didn't. I called customer service they don't answer, I called main office they said they will NOT refund. Baliee was their driver who claimed she delivered my pizza. The worst ppl I ever dealt with

The company has been charging me $9.99 for 4 months (Aug to Nov). I called customer svc in Nov and told them I don't have an acct. She said it would be taken care of. Dec 18 th another charge, called in again and was told I would receive an e-mail and reference no and that there were no notes from my previous call. Called Dec 19 and no notes from from the call yesterday. They cant match my data because I don't have an acct, they won't refund my charges and they have no way to stop billing my bank. Their advice was to go to my bank and pay $35.00 to refute the charges and replace my debit card. The overseas service reps are very difficult to understand. Terrible company.

DoorDash is horrible! I waited for over an hour, then the driver texted, said they were on the way, then texted and said the restaurant "never got the order." Which is it? Then I got an email from DoorDash saying that I verbally abused the driver who never showed up. What a bunch of liars. I closed the account and never intend to do business with these incompetent fools again.

I am a disabled senior with no car. 2 experiences woth DoorDash. First one the driver couldn't find my house and said he left my pizza on the ground at the entrance to my trailer park about a half mile away. (Winter. Senior lady who travels via walker.) 2nd experience. Walmart delivery. Again. Driver couldn't find my house in broad daylight. Huge map of the park at the entrance. GPS? Driver phones me expecting me to guide him to my house when his accent is so thick I could not understand him. The frustration of dealing with DoorDash is worse than dragging my walker out to fetch groceries myself. Never again.

If I could give zero stars I would smh… I’ve ordered sooo many times and I’ve only ever gotten my order delivered to the right place the first time about 2/3 times. I give them a heads up in my delivery directions that people keep delivering to the wrong apartment and there’s a map at the entrance yet they never get it right! It’s been so many times now that DoorDash won’t give me my money back. So I just bought a family meal for someone else once again. I even pay for the discounts and tip good it’s just all a waist of money. Uber eats has never delivered wrong just saying.

They will eat your food..they always deliver to wrong address. There delivery cost is high.they don't pay the drivers enough for the mileage that they deliver .don't use this app they suck..

This is my second time using DoorDash and this time was by far frustrating. I have a car, but it’s cold out. We received our first winter storm. So I chose to use DoorDash. The door dasher must’ve stopped for gas. From what the map was saying. My first arrival was 30 minutes and then it turned into 55 minutes. And then leaving a message for him. I never received a message back. And then, upon his arrival, he couldn’t find my apartment. What the hell good is GPS is for, so I ended up having to go outside. Wait out in the cold for him. My whole purpose of using DoorDash was so I didn’t have to go out in the cold. I’ll never use DoorDash again.

Numbers complaints about missing items ,quality of food ,drivers taking over a hr to deliver and not getting a refund due to filing complaints before like what does it matter your paying for it but nope they don't care so I canceled it and didn't receive a refund

I takes a looong time to get food delivered. Don’t want cold food. I will have to switch to another delivery service. They used to be much better

I would give them no stars if i could, I spent over $60 on my order and the food was so cold and the steak was under cooked they offered me $14 credit for my whole order. They will make you pay for cold food, missing food, and nasty food so be aware they will take your money!

I am not a DoorDash customer, yet THREE times in the past several weeks food orders from someone else have been left at my door. The receipt shows absolutely nothing: no delivery address, no contact name or numbers for the place the food came from, DoorDash, driver. Thus, no way to even contact anyone about it. I live in a 12-home community, all of which have house numbers in the same place. Very simple - but not for DoorDash!

After leaving specific instructions NOT to leave my order in front of the door, once again the driver did. Then when trying to crack the door enough to try and move the drink, once again it fell over, the lid came off and the drink was lost. The driver was nice enough to post the picture of exactly where he left the order and clearly you can see the drink maybe two inches from the door. When I complained, I was told based on my history they would not be refunding the amount of the drink. My history?! I would not have a history if the orders were correct and or not spilled in front of my door. Uber eats, here I come and DoorDash can lick the tea from my porch! I've attached the picture. What looks to be the porch between the drink and the door is actually a small step.

They charge the most atrocious fees and they won't give you a full refund if there's a problem with your order. Speaking to a customer service agent is pointless, they're extremely RUDE and unhelpful. I won't be using DoorDash ever again. If you order from DoorDash, you either won't receive your food at all (the dasher will steal it), the order will be tampered with (the dasher will take a bite out of your food), or your entire order will be incorrect. Don't waste your money with this company! They're nothing but frauds and scammers.

I ordered food at 3:30pm. It doesn't arrive until 5:00pm. The food was cold and everything had become soggy. Go with Uber Eats. I won't use doordash again. I wish I could have taken back the tip I left for the driver. I was going to add a cash tip for the driver. However, after the poor delivery service I decided against it.

Honestly with the price doordash expects you to pay for their services, they really should be offering more base pay to dashers whom are in the 90% with their accepting and dropping off times being so good. Doordash steals all the money even though you're not paying the specific company you're ordering from and then only offers drivers at least a $2 minimum base pay but with the economy rising the ones who deserve it and have good reviews should be offered more. This should be a competition and Doordash should be deactivating accounts that have more lower reviews so we have less problems with people stealing their food. Granted sometimes you have a longer wait time for your order but traffic and employees at the stores making your items also play a huge role which makes it seem as if it's the dashers fault. Doordash would be a lot nicer to use if they paid their employees more since they can obviously afford it and they took the time to refund customers orders that were missing items or didn't receive it due to a rude doordasher who couldn't pay for their own food. I doordash regularly and I know I would want my food there asap so I get there as fast as I can, make sure everything is correct meaning drinks and straws as well as utensils and I treat people with kindness as you should everyone. We are all people and respect should go both ways. Remember, communication is important and can make a huge difference
