I signed up for Doordarshan a couple of months. My first and only order was a horrible experience. The guy that was delivering my order couldn't find my house even though I was 3 blocks from the restaraunt. He called me and was using profanity to no end. I was thinking how very unprofessional it was. He said his phone wasn't working right. I didn't care really but was not happy with him cursing so much. I have deleted Doordarshan and will never order from them again

We use door dash often. Its convvenient and fast. However the orders are wrong about 50% of the time. This has caused me to give negative reviews on a handful of restaurants, but after a while, you start to realize that there's one common denominator. And you also notice that its the little things...a beverage is forgotten; a side dish was forgotten; the salad came with no dressing. Sometimes the bags are sealed; sometimes not. I'm not sure who is messing up but there is a crack in the system, and door dash needs to take some responsibility. So until things improve, I'll be using door dash less often, and will take note if there's an improvement on orders that I pick up myself.

Just cancelled our family account. Dasher took pic of food at front door and left with it. Not first time with door dash. Let buyer beware. Lousy service.

Doordash delivery and order fulfillment, support is not good at all. Very rude service and no alternative solution for any missing order. Its not at all good to order from CrackDash.

I work for them and I know they are garbage they kicked me out of dashing because for 5minutes they didn't want to pay me the minimum wage of 13$ and some change. Instead I been driving almost an hr and recieved $8.59 with my gas and maintenance I made nothing. Don't order from them definitely don't work for them. Oh yeah we always eat from your guy's food fyi.

Door dash delivery drivers steals customers food and money never refunds just let workers do as they please and there’s no consequences covers up for their workers not photos when delivery just scammers 12-12-2023

My story sounds like many others on here. Doordash needs to be sued. The driver left my food at the wrong location, took a picture of the address that's clearly not mine and left. I contacted doordash for a refund and they denied my request. Now I'm out of money and food. My money is important to me and doesn't belong in your pocket if service HAS NOT BEEN RENDERED! Point blank. Run me find back or get me my food. My address is 93 not 54 dumbasses.

Today, I had the unfortunate experience of placing two orders. The initial order, placed at 5:30pm, had to be cancelled as the dasher failed to show up. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out to the dasher via phone, they never answered. Frustrated, I contacted doordash and thankfully, they promptly refunded my funds. However, it will take 3-5 days for the refund to reflect in my account. Undeterred, I decided to give it another shot and placed a new order with a different restaurant. To my dismay, the same issue occurred, but this time I patiently waited for over 1 1/2 hours before contacting customer service to cancel the order and have the funds credited to my account. Surprisingly, they informed me that this was not an option and the refund process would also take 3-5 business days. I was disappointed that they did not offer any form of compensation or even an apology. It's safe to say that their customer service is the worst in the industry.

We ordered a medium pizza last night and did not receive part of the order. Door dash did not inform us of who the driver was. I called the restaurant and told them about the missing item. The lady looked it up and said oh yes then went and talked to the manager. She came back to say that Door Dash will refund or credit. I went to the Door Dash customer service site to report it. Door Dash said no refund nor credit. Now, we spent just over $36.00 for the medium pizza plus out $10. I am a little on the PO side. Two things are going to happen now: first, we are not planning on eating Brick Oven Pizza again and second: will no longer be using Door Dash. I have spend a lot of money on food through Door Dash.

I made a purchase at a store. It was partially incorrect. The only funds that could be refunded back to me was not even the total value of the purchase. The total order was not correct but what was incorrect I could not get a refund for. I was very disappointed in how customer service dealt with it. Apparently I don’t want to leave out and if place my order in your hands and it’s incorrect I should at least be compensated for what was incorrect and not just the tax. I have deleted my account.

Door dash sucks to no end. They are constantly sending my Dasher to other cities to get my food when I have the same food vendor less than a mile from me. The dashers won't answer their text so that's a waste of a feature. It's taking a hour to get my food and when I get it it's so cold and stale. I'm done with door dash

I called for DoorDash. I live in a three-story tower. It was a very cold night. The person who delivered my food, left it outside the lobby doors. I couldn’t find it even though I got the message that it was here. I can’t believe the person didn’t even have the decency to bring it into the building let alone what my directions were to deliver it to my door and hand it to me ,I’ve had two incidences of less concerning Delivery problems, but this one was the last straw. I will not be using DoorDash anymore.

Delivery Person ate one of two meals from my order. Terrible service. Was waiting for more than an hour and got just half order.

On 11/1/2023 I ordered a pizza from little Caesars. I was sent a text message saying it was cancelled, which they didn't say why. I was still billed $22.44 on 11/2/2023. On 11/1/2023 I received a email saying I would be refunded the full amount within 10 business days. It has been over a month and I have not received my refund. I have contacted them several times with no response.
