Numbers complaints about missing items ,quality of food ,drivers taking over a hr to deliver and not getting a refund due to filing complaints before like what does it matter your paying for it but nope they don't care so I canceled it and didn't receive a refund

I takes a looong time to get food delivered. Don’t want cold food. I will have to switch to another delivery service. They used to be much better

I would give them no stars if i could, I spent over $60 on my order and the food was so cold and the steak was under cooked they offered me $14 credit for my whole order. They will make you pay for cold food, missing food, and nasty food so be aware they will take your money!

I am not a DoorDash customer, yet THREE times in the past several weeks food orders from someone else have been left at my door. The receipt shows absolutely nothing: no delivery address, no contact name or numbers for the place the food came from, DoorDash, driver. Thus, no way to even contact anyone about it. I live in a 12-home community, all of which have house numbers in the same place. Very simple - but not for DoorDash!

After leaving specific instructions NOT to leave my order in front of the door, once again the driver did. Then when trying to crack the door enough to try and move the drink, once again it fell over, the lid came off and the drink was lost. The driver was nice enough to post the picture of exactly where he left the order and clearly you can see the drink maybe two inches from the door. When I complained, I was told based on my history they would not be refunding the amount of the drink. My history?! I would not have a history if the orders were correct and or not spilled in front of my door. Uber eats, here I come and DoorDash can lick the tea from my porch! I've attached the picture. What looks to be the porch between the drink and the door is actually a small step.

They charge the most atrocious fees and they won't give you a full refund if there's a problem with your order. Speaking to a customer service agent is pointless, they're extremely RUDE and unhelpful. I won't be using DoorDash ever again. If you order from DoorDash, you either won't receive your food at all (the dasher will steal it), the order will be tampered with (the dasher will take a bite out of your food), or your entire order will be incorrect. Don't waste your money with this company! They're nothing but frauds and scammers.

I ordered food at 3:30pm. It doesn't arrive until 5:00pm. The food was cold and everything had become soggy. Go with Uber Eats. I won't use doordash again. I wish I could have taken back the tip I left for the driver. I was going to add a cash tip for the driver. However, after the poor delivery service I decided against it.

Honestly with the price doordash expects you to pay for their services, they really should be offering more base pay to dashers whom are in the 90% with their accepting and dropping off times being so good. Doordash steals all the money even though you're not paying the specific company you're ordering from and then only offers drivers at least a $2 minimum base pay but with the economy rising the ones who deserve it and have good reviews should be offered more. This should be a competition and Doordash should be deactivating accounts that have more lower reviews so we have less problems with people stealing their food. Granted sometimes you have a longer wait time for your order but traffic and employees at the stores making your items also play a huge role which makes it seem as if it's the dashers fault. Doordash would be a lot nicer to use if they paid their employees more since they can obviously afford it and they took the time to refund customers orders that were missing items or didn't receive it due to a rude doordasher who couldn't pay for their own food. I doordash regularly and I know I would want my food there asap so I get there as fast as I can, make sure everything is correct meaning drinks and straws as well as utensils and I treat people with kindness as you should everyone. We are all people and respect should go both ways. Remember, communication is important and can make a huge difference

Door dash kicked me out of my first order after I paid" order didn't take please try again. So I redid the order only to find out that both orders were paid for. The first was all wrong, the merchant fixed it but door dash refused to help me and refund my order..I'll never use door dash again..

So I ordered didn’t get all my order but they refused to refund leaving me this message. Saying my order is not eligible for refund. If I didn’t receive what I ordered then I should get my money back. In my eyes they are thieves if they take my money and don’t give me my product. Done with them. They suck.

Ordered breakfast this morning at 8:46 for my wife and myself. Got a notification from doordash that my order would arrive between 9:20 - 9:40. Checked the tracker later and saw that my dasher was waiting at the restaurant at 8:55 am. Checked tracker again at 9:30 and Dasher was still waiting at the restaurant so I texted the driver to ask if there were any issues with my order and go to response. Went to the app and connected to their customer service. it was now 9:40 Customer service said they could not connect with the driver and then told me that the driver was having issues with the app so they would dispatch another driver so I asked them to cancel and they refused saying another driver was dispatched and that the restaurant was still preparing the food so it would be fresh. I then called the restaurant and they informed me that they didn't even have an order for me. So Doordash lied to me and initially wouldn't cancel my order ( they have since refunded me and now I have to wait 3 business days to get my cc reimbursed for the funds) These guys are liars and do not provide even reasonable customer service. Terrible. My advice... Use another service.

I'm guessing most of the door dashes are unable to read. Whenever we order from our 2 favorite restaurants, we never get all of our order. Or they keep for theirselves. This last time we ordered from Chicken foot. I ordered chicken tenders. The menu read 5 chicken tenders. The container only had 3. So I our dasher must have been hungry. I hope SHE got full. I am NOT a fan of doordash.

My daughter had a Door Dash delivered to me from PF Chang's two days back to back. The order Thursday afternoon was delivered as requested( in my hands)and the order was great, food was fresh and hot. The Friday evening delivery was not a good experience. My Dasher took it. I had to go to bed hungry while recovering from surgery. The whole "I took a picture of your food by your door is a scam" I live on the 3rd floor of my building with only one neighbor. My neighbor was not home all day or all night. My belief is the guy took the picture at the door and then turned around and took the food back out of the building with him. He did call my daughter's phone, when she didn't answer the phone call I believe he took the food back out the door with him.I never heard one knock and finally after checking the door 3 times, I called the Dasher, and how convenient was it to say "I took a picture" Soup and Fried Rice for a sick lady and Door Dash couldn't recover my daughter's money or replace the meal. Be Careful. If you are not standing on the door when they deliver, the excuse of, I took a picture will cover a Door Dasher taking your food right back out the door they brought it in. Even though the instructions were Deliver to my hands, not on the front door.

Worst Delivery Service. I ordered a Pizza through Doordash in Windsor and the delivery took forever and when they finally delivery the delivery person never call, knock on my door or ring my door bell. I checked on the tracking they sent me by text after I have placed the order and it said delivered. I came outside and they just left the Pizza on the floor in front of my door. I called Armando's Pizza on Oullete to tell them about my experience and the person that talked to me said that I gave instructions to be delivered at my front door and told me right away you want me to send you a picture with your instructions and I said I don't care that you send it to me I know I did not write any instructions at all. I wrote a review about my experience with Doordash and ultimately Armando's as I did call Armando's back before writing my review but a few minutes after the review Armando's called and the lady ask about my review and I explained to her what happened in the first place she had an aggressive tone and told me the same thing the guy that I first has spoken to told me that I specially wrote instructions to be delivered at the door. She started arguing with me and I already had a bad experience about the whole thing and I just hang up the phone ad she was getting aggressive. Not only that they send me a picture to my phone with my address and the supposed instructions that I supposedly wrote to leave at the door and texted back clarifying that either their staff or a staff at Doordash had written those instructions because I never did. Armando's kept texting that I honestly felt harassed they sent me so many texts that it was not their fault that I had to address it with Doordash which I did, it was so overwhelming that I didn't want to get into a fight over the phone that I only said they are the ones that ultimately choose to partner with Doordash as their delivery service so in a way I feel that they are also responsible for the delivery service but nope. They just bombarded with a phone call, texts and they even responded to my review on Google saying it was not honest and they would report me to Google. I hardly have time to write reviews why on earth I would take time to make something up about my experience. If I had a good one J would not have called in the first place or write review and I pay so much in delivery fees plus I tip and I spent over $100 and I get harassed and called a liar by Armando's Pizza on Oullete. I will never ever ordered from them again and placed and order through Doordash they are very dishonest and their delivery service is overpriced and horrible. No wonder why Doordash insisted ti send me a picture of my supposed instructions when they knew they had written those instructions themselves. I wonder how many more they've done it too.
