“I bought am order from ihop and canceled the order immediately after I bought it because I wanted something else waited 2 months for them to tell me I wouldn't get my money back because I'm the one that canceled the order and not the dasher or the store but it said on the app a refund would be issued. Absolutely ridiculous I will never use doordash again. Yall are theifs.”

“Wow! I have injury ( wrote that in the description for the driver to be patient etc etc) the driver came a lot earlier then expected, couldn’t wait…didn’t call. Just dumped out out front. I call DoorDash and they said it’s being reviewed. I call up to get an update, was told to wait patiently. Two days go past. So I call them only to be told they can’t help me because two days have went past. But yet, I was told by them to wait patiently? They have the records, part history. This is literally day light robbery. My grocery order costed me $200 USD Never again. I’m so disgusted”

“Ordered from M&M, driver called left no message. Came to the door waited a minute( literally a minute as I viewed the film on my door cam) then left with the package. I called the driver but he refused to return with the items, I am disabled and it takes me more than a minute to get to the door, Very poor service, will never use door dash again”

“Recieve my order in about 20 min. Fast service for something I didn't order. They make substitutions at their discression. I now have almost $100 of soda pop I have no use for. Tried to return it where I ordered it from on the south side of town, and left it with them to sort it out. Now I am informed it was puchased from a different grocery store on the other side of town. At least 2 hours will be wasted if Tom Thumb will take something back when the receipt lists a different company,”

“Less than helpful, get charged once a month for what? I don't even use Doordash, I just go out and get my food. When I called to ask them what the charge was for, she just ignored me. So be aware they steal from you”

“I have ordered with DoorDash and give good tips. It is now getting worse. Ordered from Sonic and by the time we recd food everything was ice cold. Everything smh. I'm going to have to cancel with this service. Just not worth it at all😤😖😒”

“Took 3 hours to deliver my groceries from close,all items that were perishable were perished. I put a refund request in for only those items and was denied, I sent all photos requested via the app and still denied. DONT USE THEY ARE ABSOLUTE THEIVES”

“Never again I will use them! They stole my money and didn't receive my money or food. I was using them with my company account and I have canceled my customers deserve better service and treatment they are very unprofessional and I won't do business with them any futher.”

“They never verify your the correct customer for the order like food aps both in the US and Europe, this is one of several experiences I've had as well as family and friend. They forget what customer service is and only care for their earnings.”

“Doordash customer service sucks. I tip after service. They added a tip without my permission . When getting in touch with "customer service" I was told to bad. I was charged 2 tips for crappie service. I have deleted them as a delivery service. THEY SUCK!!!!”

“Door dash text me that my order was delivered but it wasn’t - even caught on The Ring! And they refused to resend or refund me the full order. Customer service is horrible! They denied my request without any explanation on the app so I called the customer service phone number to file the complaint where they said they are looking into it and shows it was delivered- so the dasher lied and probably stole the order! After 2 more calls and one to a supervisor they changed their story to a restocking fee and refunded me random $8.13 out of my $35 order. They are liars and the worst company to deal it, I immediately cancelled the costly membership. Buyer be aware!”

“Door Dash failed to deliver an order. I was charged for the order, deliver and service fees but received nothing. Door Dash solution wa to credit me $5.31 instead of refunding my money of $21.46. Needless to say, I will not be using Door Dash ever again and will make sure everyone I know hears about the incompetence of it's employees and the heartlessness of the company. I am spreading the word for people to check Dooddash reviews before they use this company.”

“They said they would deliver my food. 2 hours later I had to call customer service for them to tell me they canceled my order. It was to late to order from somewhere else. If I didn't call, they would have not let me know my food wasn't coming. Im upset and starving. This is the second time and last they will do this to me. DOOR DASH SUCKS !!”

“They cannot locate my house. They are only delivery service with this issue. I live on court with only 6 houses in first half of a whole subdivision. No reason they continue to delivery my orders to wrong address. Stopped using businesses that use Door Dash”
