The delivery driver picked up our food then drove and stopped some where for 15 minutes And our food was cold we were missing food the bag looked tamppered with the soda was half empty and we only had 3 pieces of shrimp in our main entree Spent 60 dollars for cold picked at food they need to monitor their drivers better

Garbage. I don't think Dashers can read. My address, the order, any of it. Messed up so many times, I can't count. I will say, they must realize this, as they are good to give you a credit or refund for missing items.

My wife and I are both deleting this app, $25 for 1 burrito, you can't even eat because it gets here cold. TIPS are based on your overall service, tips should not dictate the type of service before hand!! Who tips before getting served?!?!?

the restaurant was open this evening. I was well within their open times. Doordash, maybe, placed my order and then just about delivery time sent me a cancellation email. And I am only issued Doordash credits. Not a full $ refund to my credit card. No doubt this was in that 10 pages of Terms & Conditions fine print none of use read through. Horrible customer service!! NEVER USE DOORDASH AGAIN! WILL RECOMMEND TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS TO NEVER USE DOORDASH!!

Everytime I order and DoorDash have to deliver I never get my order. They are horrible then they want u to wait days before u get ur refund. I will never order from them again they all are thieves.

I have tried all day long to place an order for a TV and doordash deactivated 4 different accounts that I tried using. I have called them 5 times and every time they tell me something different. I placed an order for a TV to be delivered to a vacation property that I own today 12/24 at 12:40. I placed the order at 10:30 am. After I placed the order it said someone needed to sign for it and no one was home to sign for it, so I contacted customer service and asked if I could change the delivery time. I was told it was not possible that ny only option was to cancel the order. I canceled the order and when I tried to place the order again my account was deactivated. So I tried another account which also got deactivated, then I tried my husband and my mom’s account which also got deactivated. At 4pm I finally gave up.

DoorDash is horrible, if there is a 1/2 Star I would give it for the service and mistreatment of customer service. Christmas and we are having friends over and we decided to order food using this terrible company. After we scheduled an order ahead of time to avoid any issues and right before we get our food deliver (20min prior) We received a cancelation to our order and a very unhelpful/rude customer service. They didn't care about what convenient they just caused and their resolution to the problem was to refund the money and nothing else. I deactivated my account and I will never use such service that don't care about their customers

They are theives! I have now been on hole for 28 minutes trying to cancel my account. This is after 2 previous 20 minute phone calls because they charged my card for my daughters monthly fee after i oaid for a meal on her account 2 nights ago and i watched her taked my card off her accoumt immediately after. When i called the first time the woman told me to take it up with my daughter repeatedly talking over me and finally hung up on me. I had my daughter call and they actually said too bad the charge was pending while the card was on there. Like what in the actual…?!?? The 3rd call(by me) telling her i was reporting them for theft and to the BBB was where she told me they would refund it in 7-10 business days. Why? It only took 1 to take it from me!!! This company is just crimanally run. Still on hd trying to cancel…35 minutes now. Merry Christmas. Thanks for taking over an hour and a half of my day for $10. It’s the principle tho.

Like everyone else here, I feel that the door dash drivers are lazy and incompetent. 90% of the time they deliver to the wrong address. How can this be efficient for the sellers? You are giving away approximately $90 worth of dog food (from petco) every time this happens, it can't be good for your bottom line. Get rid of door dash!

Doordash nasty and they are rip off they steal your money and tell you they can’t give you your money back even if you work for them they don’t give a damn about you so be wise don’t order food if you don’t have to they steal food and money doordash don’t support they team they steal from you too and they customers support team they don’t care they work for pennys and lie too for doordash

everytime i use yall service yalls drivers never can find the right place and sometimes cant even get the right order and yall dont refund when yalls dasher mess up, and yall be hiring lazy people, cause i had placed an order at the dollar store your dasher only bot 2 of the 4 items i ordered, they said it was out of stock which was a blatant lie, cause yalls dasher didnt do their job i went to the same store and got the 2 items that where out of stock quote un quote yall got a quick monery grab scheme going on is what it seems like, under the pretense of convenience you over charge items from restaurants compared to what they actually aRE AND EVEN WORESE U DO IT TO THE ONES WITH YOU MEMBERSHIPS, yall trick ppl with that as well you trick in to signing up with membership then once they do yall are like get our premium membership HATS OFF TO YOU FOR FOOLING AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF CAUSE YOU KNOW THE MODERN PEOPLE ARE ABOUT CONVENIENCE

Do not and I mean do not use DoorDash as a delivery service. I am disabled and don't get out much. I ordered hamster food and the idiots brought me bird food as a substitute. I mean where is the commonsense here. I contacted DoorDash and was denied a refund and they had the nerve to tell me they know I'm disappointed.....you dang right I am.

Door Dash is the most unprofessional, horrible company with the worst Customer Service. They literally steal your money. I placed an order tonight from a grocery store. But the driver delivered it to the wrong address. When I telephoned him to try to fix it and see if he could retrieve it and bring it to me, he would not admit that he brought it to the wrong house, and ended up calling me horrible curse words and hung up the phone on me. What the heck? I explained all of this to the DoorDash representative, expecting a full refund. However, they have to “investigate” it and will get back to me in a couple of days. I did not get my order!! I basically threw $45 down the drain. This should be illegal. They are evil and steal your money. I am going back to GrubHub. At least when their drivers don’t bring you your order, you get an immediate refund from nice customer service folks. I will never ever do business with Door Dash again. Absolutely ridiculous, absurd and unprofessional

First order was never delivered and Doordash said we weren't eligible for a refund! If it is that easy to get scammed out of $15, no way should anybody use this service. Beware, you have been warned!!

Is this company a disgusting prank, I don't get it. I finally treat myself and spend a painful amount. And I have text messages proof of the dasher taking my order back with him "to the (closed) store" after taking the delivery photo of the order at my door. After being hanged up on by 5 agents within 30sec, I decided to dispute the charges. They are unbelievable. I'm not letting this go. Scammers.

Delivery driver was 20 minutes late from noted delivery commit. Then text that driver left food at door with a pic of a 1st floor apt. Door with food pkg. I live on 2nd floor? Called Dasher onlt to get yelled at and when I asked her to come back and re-deliver she screamed at me and hung up her phone. 2- more attempts to call and same results. Our household is under Covid quarantine, so now no food and we can't go out. Thank you Door Dash for lack of our evening family meal....! Verification code 415199

Orders Starbucks and the dasher spilled the coffee in his car that got all over my sandwich, so I didn’t get to drink or eat anything in my order. My total was $23 and Doordash gave me a credit of $8.33 and refused to give me anything else even though I didn’t get to eat ANYTHING on my order. Doordash is the worst, I’ll never use it again I’d soon rather starve than pay inflated prices for food just to not be able to eat it anyway for whatever reason. I hope Doordash goes out of business for good cause they are terrible at what they do.
