“I had a delivery sent to my boyfriend and he couldn't get to the door. Now Doordash won't refund my $116.00 They first said they were to refund me minus $25 restocking fee which was fine but I have not seen anything and I have been fighting for almost a month now.”

“Door Dash is the WORST!!!!!!! They didn’t deliver my order. When I called they said I had to wait until the investigated what happen with my order. It took take up to 3 hours. The representative that I 1st spoke to was rude and hung up on me. I will never do business with them again”

“I decided to make money over the holiday so for the first couple of runs I got the money I was able to transfer it to my bank the second half on Christmas Eve I made some runs and they didn't pay me then they told me to uninstall the app and reinstall the app then they told me to wait till 6:00 it would be on there then they told me to transfer the funds to my banking account, there were no visible funds, they took it off the app as if it were transferred information, no I will not it's sad that a company will use people during the holidays when they're just trying to get up on their feet and as big as doordash it is sad that they have the opportunity to do this I will be deleting the app and I will be telling everyone not to use your door dash”

“Doordash is a horrible company to work for. You give them all you’ve got and go the extra mile to make sure the customers are happy. And you go below the customer rating 90% to 86% with a customer rating at 4.98. And they deactivate you. And don’t give you a warning or second chance. They’re just looking to get rid of drivers because of the new hourly rate in NY. Will never ever Recommend Doordash.”

“The doordash representatives are ghetto. They take your money and never do anything to help even when dashers steal your orders. This has happened to me multiple times. I had an order where I SPECIFICALLY put please do not put ___ in my order as I am allergic. The incompetent food workers put that specific type of food in my order. Then I texted doordash and explained that I had to throw the entire meal away. The doordash chat person had the AUDACITY to tell me to get a doctors note and then email them back. I literally had no words. I then was explaining to her that I was not going to do that because of her unwillingness to give me a refund and she abruptly ended the chat. So many more insane things happened like this. Ive told my entire company, family, friends, and neighbors literally everyone I know to switch to other companies. We will take down doordash because we will not allow incompetent uneducated people to remain having jobs that competent people can have.”

“First and only time using doordash. Ordered a sub from a restaurant that’s about 10 miles away. It was never delivered. The driver picked it up, though. Never ever again. Untrustworthy drivers. Of course, this is Baltimore City, I should have known better.”

“Used first time to get prescriptions delivered from Walgreen's. Order never received even though Ahmed called and took a photo of delivery. Photo was just a blur. Contacted Doordash on chat line. Talked to 4 different people. Two cut off early with no resolution. Third time I said should I report loss to police. Surprise: then I was offered a full refund. But no acknowledgement of theft. Fourth time was again told to contact store(which I had already done) and didn't seem to know about the refund. DO NOT USE DOORDASH FOR ANYTHING”

“My food was cold when I got it because the dasher took a 10 minute drive maximum and turned it into a 40 minute drive and when I called they said there is nothing they can do. Never again will I use this trash company!!!!!!”

“We waited 3 hours for food from Applebees in Brunswick ME. We were in a hotel in Brunswick. The driver picked up the food in Brunswick and drove it to Freeport, then texted that she was lost. We had already left a generous on line. Food was ruined. Not easy to leave a review on website. Won't ever use Door Dash again.”

“Ordered a 3 items from Krispy Rise. No one showed up, called dasher "Helena" 4 times. Then I tried to text her through app. All she told me is that she handed it to me already I was like what? I haven't received any order from you. Scambag company and people who work that. Don't recommend you using it because you'll be scammed 95%. You should better verify people that work for you!”

“My son ordered 5 meals to be delivered by Door Dash. We received only 4 meals and were missing a meal with 2 tacos. When we left to get get the 5th meal we found the empty taco wrappers on the ground in front of the house where the door dasher parked. 1/2 the time we order there is something missing from the order. The drivers are stealing the food! At least that was the case in this instance. I will NEVER use this company again.”

“Everything is fine with doordash to be honest. But there's some security concerns I have. 1. I can see the location of a delivery before mine is delivered. Does that mean if I'm #2 out of 3 orders; I can see #1 that means #3 can see mine. I don't like that. Not in portland. 2. Drivers who are saying they are female mostly aren't and are very creepily eager to deliver to a woman. Unappreciated and unwanted behaviors. Other issues are honestly just the restaurant employees, no need to blame doordash for a wrong order that has your name on it. They're the messenger not maker. That's all.”

“First time user. So very sorry I did it, an expensive lesson. Order was simple from 5 Guys. Ordered 9 items, received 7. Called Dashlane customer service. It should be renamed customer no service. All they do is take the request for a refund and kick it to another department who will supposedly send you an email.”

“One of your scumbag delivery drivers just stole $70 worth of our food from Pizza Hut. Please pay attention to who you allow to continue working for you. We were told by Pizza Hut that this has happened to multiple other people tonight. They didn’t even show our pizza at the door they just showed a BS picture of their car radio.”
