“Orders are never correct and sometimes they refund and sometimes they don’t. I want my food to be correct which it rarely is.”

“caught a doordasher trying to steal my food. specifically said ring doorbell leave food in chair. he came to my door sat the food in the chair n picked it back up. i heard the bag rattling outside n opened my door. he said nothing looked crazy n caught n i grabbed my food from him. the dummy had the nerve to send the picture he took. last time i ordered from there n i was carless trying to save money to get a new one. smh”

“Driver left food on someone else’s porch and she left. She texted us a picture and we told her that was not our porch. 10 min she brought the order over to us after it had been setting outside in below freezing weather on someone else’s porch. This is horrible.”

“The driver just left the food on the floor which is absolutely disgusting! I left a note not to do that like they have done the last three times! They just disregard the notes that you put in and the phone number that I left to call and told him to knock on the door. Will never use DoorDash ever ever again!!!!!!! Most horrible service ever! Needs to be shut down!! Food wasn’t even hot!”

“I ordered food using Door Dash. The issue is we paid for the driver to eat our order with her friend then they drank 1/4 of my soda and I guess they liked the other better because she drank 1/2 half of that. I was so hot I not only called but messaged them WHEN THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED EATEN, only to get an 8.50 credit. Thanks Door Dash for letting me pay for your DRIVERto EAT OUR FOOD EVEN WITH CALLING AND EMAILING YOU ALL. Then they say it can take up to 72 hours for a reply. That was a LOE TOO. They only said that so we could pay for their driver to eat them deliver what she didn't want to throw away!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER, had that happen. I HOPE THE FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION DOES SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SINCE DOOR DASH FEELS THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS PAYING FOR THEIR DRIVERS TO EAT AND DRINK THE CUSTOMERS MEALS!!! WE DIDN'T EVEN GET TO HAVE OUR DRINKS!!! YES!!! I'M HEATED!!! IF I DON'T HEAR FROM THE FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION BY Wednesday WE ARE CONTACTING THEM OURSELVES!! TYPE ANGRY!!! I EVEN OFFERED PHOTOS BECAUSE THE BAG ONLY JAD THE WRAPPERS AND ABOUT 2 BOTES OF A BURGER LEFT. THEY SAID THE RECEIPT WAS FINE OR I COULD HAVE SHOWN THEM THAT TOO!!!?”

“Horrible customer service I didn't receive my order and called for a refund and the bot kept telling they were all busy which was a lie and when someone finally answered I got told I would get answers in around 24hrs and it ended up being that my refund was declined this is bs don't waste your money and time on this.”

“This was my first (and last) time using Door Dash. I placed an order. It was delivered. When I opened the box it was not the food I had ordered, I clearly got someone else's food. I texted the delivery driver, he said call the restaurant. I call the restaurant they said my order was sitting there, that the Door Dash guy must have taken the wrong order. I contact Door dash and they told me they would not refund me nor deliver my actual order. They did not take responsibility for their error and kept my money without delivering what I ordered and paid for. If anything goes wrong, just know you will lose your money and get no redress for their mistakes.”

“Garbage, charges fees out the ass then demands a tip. This service is a rip off. Go pickup your own food. Doordash is a complete scam. 3.99 for a delivery fee, 3.99 for a service fee, plus a tip. It's a complete scam.”

“I used door dash twice in the past. The first time my food was delivered to the wrong house, the second time the fish was removed from my fish sandwich and replaced with steak fries. I ordered ice cream from Handel's in Visalia. I made the order for pickup because I didn't want door dash touching my order. I got a text informing me my order was ready but when I drove there and my order wasn't ready and they were out of the flavors I ordered. I had used my card to pay the night before so now my wife and I have ice cream we can't eat because we are lactose intolerant. That's why we ordered pomegranate sorbet. I talked to the manager and he told me it's because their phone lines are connected to door dash and door dash are the ones that screwed up my order. I'm never using a business linked to door dash again. How can a company this incompetent continue to do business?!”
