“Do not order through door dash they suck! I placed an order first off there were items missing. I submitted a request and images to inform DD that the merchant did not send the full food order. These bastards responded with a bunch of garbage to tell me that my refund request has been denied. Called them to state my case again, I told the rep either you adjust the total or I will be disputing the charge altogether. Yea, $75 for piece of an order. DD is the absolute worst!! 😡😤🤬😖”

“12 of 20 orders over the last year were NOT delivered. And that number is WAY too high. So today I gave them another chance. New year why not right? Guess what got a confirmation email, then pop up on the app order complete. I am standing at my door looking not even a car on my street. BROAD DAYLIGHT so can't say wrong address. IT NEVER CAME. Are they not supposed to call when they arrive? And I only started using it when my elderly mom came to live with us, thinking this would be a good fit for those difficult days and cooking is not something i want to do. NOPE!! Doordash I am done. Do they even vet the people they hire? I am done with doordash.”

“Doordash is a hot mess and the drivers are too. I place a order to be picked up and delivered to Legacy High School. the order was picked up but delivered to the wrong School...smdh I reached out to doordash customer service and explain what had happened. Doordash agent apologize for the inconvenience and asked if I wanted the order to be redelivered or a refund back to my card. I chose the order to be redelivered to Legacy High School because my wife and her co-workers was waiting for their lunch. He then insured me that the order would be redelivered and I was received a text message once it's picked up like before. I waited 45 minutes & the order was never delivered. I then call doordash customer service number and inquire where was the order. The second doordash agent inform me that the order was never reorder and my card was refunded back. WTF.. REALLY, AFTER WASTING 2 HOURS OF MY TIME . " WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY " ! Nothing but excuses with no solution... they have drivers that can't redirections and they have customer service agents that give out false information. If I could have rated this review as a ZERO star, I would have. Good luck with other customers putting their trust and hunger in the hands of incompetence.”

“I would probably give 4-5 stars for delivery drivers. But as for the app features of paying extra fees for fast deilivery. They really don't happen at all. I tried paying extra fee for fast delivery and yet it all fails. Other than that most of the places i order from this app are good quality”

“When you are missing items, they don't always give you a refund just because you requested a refund from the same place a week earlier. When they tell you that you'll get an email within 24 hours you don't. I canceled my Door Dash pass and they don't give you a refund for that either. They just tell you that you can use it until it expires.”

“I placed an order at wingstop for $35. The driver picks up my food and canceled the delivery. This is the second time this happened thru doordash. I am sure I'm not alone. Good thing wingstop is refunding my money. Doordash you suck!!!”

“What went wrong? I ordered 50 dollars of Burger King. Yall brought me 12 dollars of Wendys. I sent a pic. Yall DENIED ME and then blocked me from emailing or opening another help chat. Literal thieves and liars and scumbags. Why does it say you have 4.6 star reviews on the ap store? You have a 1.3 here and every review I see on the ap store is 1 and 2 stars. LITERAL THIEVES who fake better reviews to scam more people into being robbed. Worst company.”

“I just requested a california burrito from filiberto here in scottsdale and the driver ate it and left me with a picture of the main street here at the scottsdale grand. This is unfortunate and unprofessional! These drivers should find another job! And I tipped him! What a steal! the redelivery is not fixing this type of behavior!”

“First of all I had 2 addresses. When I chose Hutto location it said they couldn't deliver here from KFC. So i ordered dominos. But they delivered to georgetown anyway and refused to reimburse me. I have a photo of where the app said cannot deliver. I will never use door dash again and I will let people know how they do business. I had trouble loading the photo but I have it in my phone.”

“DoorDash expects their Drivers food often without providing phone numbers for drivers to contact customer. Then they blame any descripency on the driver leaving themselves blameless. Did you know that they don't pay the drivers.”

“If I close my phone while on a door dash page long at an order the order goes through automatically. I now realize that happens to me - I definitely haven’t placed an order. I was considering it and then decided no due to costs & next thing I know I get a notice that the order has been picked up! I am wondering what the heck happened. It really makes me angry. I have reported it and just get told they will make a note of it. Wasted food and money that I needed. At the very least why don’t I get a notification that I placed the order so I have a chance to cancel? Been through too many of these - delete the app! Stop giving away do much money.”

“I have had so many refunds not get applied back to my credit card. When I started looking into it closer they would always say it was an overlook and to give it another 3 to 5 days and it would never happen such scammers closing my account today, and never trusting this company ever again, another thing they did is try to convince me a product was organic when it wasn’t. The customer support is more like a scamming business. Wish I never use them. God knows how much they actually stole from me.”

“I really didn't want to give 1 star. I no longer will be ordering my food through Door Dash. If they can't read instructions nor understand them when it's quite very clear they just drop it off with whom ever where ever that's closest to the address you give them. I also had a situation where I needed money reimbursed for an order that was missing items.”

“I’m fuming mad! This company has refused to help me in over 3 weeks. I have not had one order due to they keep blocking my activation. Called several times and they say it takes 24 hours to review but no updates. Going in circles and back to square one. The stupid gift card is useless to me.”
