You guys have thieves working for you it's said they get paid to do a job for loyal customers and u have employees stealing how disturbing and completely unprofessional.. I'm highly disappointed

Orders constantly show up cold and missing items. Sometimes it doesn’t come at all. The resolve options to say the least are completely unacceptable. DoorDash charges way too much for their services which are sub par. When they do respond they only offer a refund on the missing item only and nothing on the inconvienece of having to go back and get my item myself, after paying them for this service. The cost of this along with no reasonable dash pass value. This company is a rip off and preys on the person who is unable to get their product themselves. I will no longer be a victim to this worthless business model. I rated one star only because there was no lower rating. This is the first time in my life that I have ever been pushed to leave a review of any kind.

Zaxbys and Door Dadh was terrible. They canceled our first order and it's going to take 5-7 business days to get a refund and then they switched drivers on the second order. The driver did a delivery before us and said that the restaurant was busy. The food was terrible, undercooked and cold. Yhey tried to credit my account for the second order instead of refunding our card. The worst Doordash experience ever. Will not be using them again.

Scammers who don't deliver your orders. You leave address, phone numbers etc and they won't even attempt to call you for further instructions. Money and tip came out of my account with no food delivered. They should shut the company down.

3 weeks ago, I ordered grocery to be delivered, as my husband was just home from the hospital, Not only did it never show up, but the company REFUSED to deliver the order. They cancelled my request multiple times, and promised to give me credit. They were rude, and kept telling me to wait 24 hours. I contacted them every day for a week. Then gave up. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME with DoorDash. Unethical business practice, very rude.

I've been ordering from this company for over 2 years. Spending up to 1500 to 1800 a year. Fast food and mainly groceries. But this past year has been horrible especially the past 2 months. First, dashers would forgot drinks. I mean don't you look at the ticket on the bag, then I got someone else's order. Then I started missing food. Again you don't look at the ticket you have 7 items but you dropping off a small bag. This last order I did yesterday, I asked the driver where was my salad. He then asked the person in the passager seat did they give them the salad. He stated he would contact CS and let them know he didn't receive it. The 1st CS lady was rude and cut me off before I even finished my 1st sentence. I was told no refund or credit. I didn't ask for a refund or credit ...I ask for my salad. She told me, " well nothing can be done because you have been having issues." So I lost money because of MY issues when I PAY to have YOUR company deliver the food. I deactivated my account and my dashpass. Unprofessional!

They make way too many mistakes. They don't make up for their mistakes. Been a customer for 2 years. At first it was a decent setup. Nothing but down hill from then. Done with the nonsense.

Pathetic .. my order was not even delivered to me.. money deducted from my account and now when i call door dash.. they tell me they cant give me a refund😡😡😡😡 unlike uber service there is no one we can call to check where the driver has reached.. disgusting really😡😡

What a scam. Traveled over seven hours and was resting in a hotel a half mile from marcos pizza in richmond hill GA. ordered at 7pm.. estimated delivery 8pm. At 9pm driver Jacqueline said she handed pizza to us., They had hotel name, room number.. address. Never received a thing., Called the number doordash texted us several times, went to voicemail. left urgent msg, never received a call. called doordash, they couldnt reach driver. they also couldnt give a refund.. so marcos gave us a refund and ate the cost of the doordash scam. never again. doesnt deserve one star

The driver made several stops after picking up my order. The result being that my pizza was cold and the salad I had also ordered was wilted cause the heat from the pizza warmed up the salad. So it had condensation in the container. I always tip20% but I feel like it’s a rip off cause this happens all the time

This service has gotten horrible. I use to use it all the time but I will never use it again. Half the time your order never shows up especially if it is a large order If you do eventually get it, it takes an hour or more to be delivered it is always cold and has items missing. I would tell anyone to use any service but door dash there drivers can't be trusted and the customer service people will cancel your order rather than try to fix the problem they don't want to deal with the customer.

I hit one star because I had to. Our order was left out in the freezing cold, no hand off (as it is stated on my account), no door bell, nothing. 20 minutes after the due time for delivery I decided to take a look outside and there it was sitting on the ground. Ice cold. I got 4.50 credit on an order over 40.00. The customer support ended the conversation before I was even done with it on the app. Terrible customer service. Terribly run company. It’s not worth it. Get your coat on and pick it up.

Horrific customer service from someone who doesn’t speak English, rude and condescending attitude! They lost a gift card we had purchased that was sent to our child via text, and because we didn’t know the email associated with the app on her account, they refused to refund or help! We ga e them about ten emails we have and they still refused to acknowledge any were the account emails. When the gift was sent, it was sent to her cell number anyway, so the email on her app had zero to do with this! Do not use them and never buy a gift card! Absolutely awful experience! We lost the money

The drivers will steal your food or deliver it to the wrong person and lie and say they gave it to you, door dash customers service will not remedy it. They lie and have a hard time understanding English it’s a night mate. The drivers are not held accountable and y oh the patron is out of money for an order never received.

Please check the price there not the same as grub hub and the store it’s a big difference almost 3 dollars and you call customer service and they blame it to the store then you call the store and there answer is door dash sets the price please be careful I felt tonight I got scam waoooo incredible how they can steal if you don’t pay attention it’s crazy I will call corporate what Americans have to go thru can’t trust no one will be deleting this app Poor customer service

Door dash continues to cheat door dashers out of money for their time, gas and trying to complete deliveries when verifications have been processed and orders are suppose to pay half payments with store closures, etc. for the last 30 days of repeated instances of this matter have happened. Does door dash just cheat door dashers out of the time and gas they use personally to make an income while customers spare hardly any expense. Wasted gas and money and being told payments will process in 30 minutes or 24 hours and it doesn’t happen.

Well well well, it’s Thursday night and I placed an order from Wing Stop and let’s just say I don’t believe that they screen the people who deliver. I’ve placed several orders and each time I have to walk around my apartment complex to find the drivers. Well tonight I wouldn’t go. Can you PLEASE read the directions. It’s that simple. Whoever Karla was is HORRIBLE and rude!!!! She left my food at some door and now they are eating good! Where I stay they don’t have any bricks at the front door. My porch light was on, and I had a green wreath on the front door and my neighbor had a black truck parked outside the front door. So guess what she LIED 🤥!!!!! OMG, y’all need to make sure the delivery person can read, write, add, subtract, multiply and divide. I want all of my money back. Please believe I won’t be using DOORDASH anymore and I’ll tell ALL of my family and friends in DALLAS, TEXAS to delete the app and try any other delivery service but DOORDASH! Y’all are a HORRIBLE COMPANY! I thank GOD that I’m any trying to get closer and scars because this would’ve been a whole different story! I am like every other person who complained DO NOT EVER USE DOOR DASH AGAIN AND DON’T TRY THEM! I don’t care even if it’s dog food or something to take a poop with, LEAVE THEM ALONE! Out of 5 stars I give them a -1,000,000,00 stars! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Close them down, if your a restaurant STOP 🛑 doing business with them before you LOSE OUT BE TIME!!!!
