I would give DoorDash a zero if I could! They are horrible. Almost all delivery driver is rude, I even had to leave my apartment so they could find me. I ordered from a place that was running late on orders so I called them and they said, "we're having DoorDash deliver tonight, the driver just left with your order." I never got my food so I had to call the place and get a refund. NEVER order from DoorDash!

If you live in Western Essex County, NJ, The Caldwell's, Verona, Bloomfield Ave. On Saturday, December 40, 2023, I ordered 2 Subs from Jersey Mike's. The Subs were picked up by the driver at 12:35 PM & delivered at 1:02 PM Jersey Mike's is 1.7 miles away, the driver went home for 20 minutes before delivering my Subs. I have the GPS Tracking to prove that. The Subs were no good when delivered, they were not cold at all. And of course, when I asked the driver why it took so long, his reply, No Speak English. Of course you don't. If you're gonna hire Third 🌍 ppl,make sure they have a Basic understanding of English. We are an English speaking country. So, I'm now out $60 because of it. Never again will I use DoorDash. I'll use my own car from now on! A Big L, DD

Doing order from DoorDash they will scam you. They stole my money and my food and when I called them, they said they can’t do nothing about it.

DoorDash customer service only gets worse. Son’s birthday, ordered dinner with a dessert custard to celebrate. Delivered, food is cold and no custard. Compensation was barely the cost of the menu item, but the driver still gets a full tip for failure to deliver the correct amount of food? Nope, requested a re-delivery. Waiting now over 2 hours for a call back. Tried to resolve over the app chat with customer service, they have agents that will respond over chat, but refuse to provide call back. Restaurant closed, due to the neglectful customer service. Over the chat requested to have a phone conversation, denied. Requested to have it escalated to management multiple times, agent refused to allow saying the stated refund is all that is available. Yet the app automated response was providing more than the agent would allow. DoorDash you are in the business of providing customer services and support, which you are miserably failing on BOTH services.

ZERO HELP - several orders not delivered. Several items not delivered with some orders. Have tried several attempts - never is it right. NO WAY ONLINE ACCOUNT or by MESSAGE TO GET THE ORDER FIXED. DONE DONE DONE!

Had 3 different major fast food services use them and no delivery. Twice picked up and never delivered. Another never picked up.

Ordered 4 burgers with fries and rings from Harvey's which would cost under $50 if picked it up myself. Used Doordash tonight because I had been given a gift card. Instead it cost $80 and one of the burgers was missing. Plus the driver just left the order outside in our unheated mudroom without ringing the doorbell. Food was cold when we finally discovered the food has been delivered. Stay clear of this service.

Tonight was final straw we order DoorDash meal, once again missing multiply items, happens all the time. Contacted DoorDash, they don’t want to refund, called Dennys they going to get missing items, I will go get them, I will not use door dash again. Had enough.

They are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNORGANIZED and that’s just for the customer side. I’m a driver and they are HORRIBLE! They will try to send you a dasher out to get a order for $3.00 to drive 7-8mi and if you decline it goes against you, if you ignore it they’ll keep sending it and after 3 tries they will add .50 to the pay. When they screw up they don’t admit it, it’s ALWAYS the dasher fault or the dashers phone. This company sucks! I just had to deliver an order for free because one of the workers decided to cancel the order and said I was just sitting, even though I was driving to the customer house. I’ve called DoorDash and they don’t want to compensate me for my time or gas!

drivers need to serve better because they don't have to ask someone name they don't need to need is on the receipt bad experince for drivers.

The service is trash. I’ve spent over 1,000 with doordash. Do you think they’ve shown me any appreciation, not. No rewards no nothing. Trust me if I had any other way to get the stuff I need I would definitely go another route. Half the time they can’t even get a dasher to take the order. Or I have one dasher tht I contact regularly but it won’t show up on his app that I’ve even placed an order so 45 minutes of trying to tell them I have a dasher willing to accept my order if they will allow him to I still get told they are trying to find a dasher. We pay over 3.00 for a sandwich that costs 1.99 then the fees and then the tip. I spend 50-75 every single time I use this service. And if I can’t afford the tip that day, nobody picks up my order. I’m a struggling single mom. Messing with doordash the struggle is real. I can’t wait until we have something else in our area to rely on.

What an unprofessional company. I will never use them again. Our Dasher delivered our food to the wrong hotel. When I called her, she told me she delivered it to Holiday Inn and she was not willing to bring it across the street to the Hyatt place where we were staying. We paid for a service that we did not receive. Our food was never delivered to our hotel room.

An hour late for the last three times i ordered. By the time they finish multiple drop offs they are over an hour late. Done!

I am disgusted with Doordash. I never leave reviews, but I'm furious my driver left my food at someone else's door. I did not get a refund. I will never use Doordash again, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about my horrible experience! Do better doordash I'm still waiting on my refund going on 20 days and counting horrible customer service
