Door dash is absolute trash. If they deliver to the wrong address you don’t get your money back and you’re basically paying for some strangers food. No compensation for it. Just stealing your money. Customer service is horrible.

DoorDash has the worst customer support that I have ever experienced. If you get bad food delivered they give you a credit of $6. That’s it! We had the throw away both our meals and order was over $40! I will never use them again! And I’m happy to save the money on my pocket and drive myself to pick up my own food.

Order not delivered. Driver called me and hung up on me while I was giving him directions. My building is not hard to find. He called again 7 minutes later or so as he circled my block, again. He was very hard to understand and he told my my address doesn't exist. I told him he was rude for hanging up on me. I canceled my order. This was my first and last experience with door dash. Atleast, customer service refunded me...but I'm told it would take up to 3 days.

Service is horrible! Food delivered is always cold. Dashers do NOT use insulated bags to carry the food in, so it sits in the car getting cold. Dashers also have multiple orders to deliver, causing food to get colder. I ordered this evening from a restaurant a mile away from my house. The order was transferred to the same restaurant located 15 miles away. The dasher thought my order was to go to my work instead of my home (I'm retired!). Took my order all over the city. The order was cancelled, but NOT by me! Gues the dasher got a free meal! Cancelled my membership. Will never or from DoorDash again!!

This is the first time I used DD. My first order got delivered incomplete so we got credited back and the remainder of our food was going to be delivered. We got the message that our food was delivered to our hotel but it never showed up. We tried calling the driver and it went straight to voice-mail. So now I get to eat cold fries from the first incomplete order I got. Not even going to waste my time trying to get more food through this sham of a delivery company. Cold fries for dinner, yummy!!

I placed an order on DoorDash for food from a local restaurant, 3 hours later they didn’t deliver hadn’t delivered. I filed a complaint on their app, it they refused to refund my money. Now I have to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

If I could give you a negative amount of stars, I would. You took my order, even though the merchant DOES NOT USE YOUR COMPANY TO DELIVER THEIR PRODUCTS. Why do you do this? Why are you advertising this merchant as an option and taking orders for a service that you don’t provide? You sent me a confirmation email. You gave me an estimated time for my order to be delivered. You CHARGED MY CARD. Of course, the order was never delivered…because of aforementioned reason….then you denied my refund request. Twice. Congrats. You’ve lost my business forever and I’ve disputed your fraudulent charge with my bank. They have agreed with me. Also? You. Have. The. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever.

Hoy hice un pedido , por Google maps , en un restaurante , y puse la opción de que DoorDash me lo trajera a casa , y en ningún lado me di cuenta que decía que tenía que retirarlo en el restaurante , me comuniqué de inmediato a DoorDash, para que me ayudaran a que mi pedido me lo trajeran a casa y me dicen que no hay nada que hacer , que si no iba por mi pedido al restaurante , mi dinero lo perdía . Creo que es algo injusto por qué pienso que ellos podían cambiar la opción para que fuera delivery . No veo la importancia de hacer un pedido por DoorDash para recoger en el lugar , ya que en este caso uno hace el pedido directo al lugar !!! Y la RESPUESTA fue no hay nada que hacer 😡

They have no plans on giving you a full refund or anything close to it. Other services have no problem returning your money when they mess up your food

Didn't get refunded for a wrong order delivered. Called doordash and got hung up on. Called again and sat in silence on hold for 11 minutes. Said hello? No answer. Never using this company again

The worts service ever. I ordered my groceries and 90% was sustitute for cheaper items and there were a lot of items that were not delivered and in my invoice it didnt show the sustitute or the refund of $150 of the missing groceries. I talk to 3 people and none of them could help me to refund my money. They just refund me $33 and told me that they coulnt refund me all the money. I sugest not to use this application and if you do always read your receipt because this service steal your money on your face and they dont have profesional people to help you with those issues. I show pictures and proft and they didnt refund all my money.

First delivery (about $60.) was canceled by the driver (with my approval) since requested product was sold out and no acceptable substitute was available. Second delivery (about $30) with a different driver, seemingly worked perfectly. For confirmation I received two photos of the second $30 order of same object on the same front porch but slightly different views. Recipient only received one delivery. Door dash refuses so far to reimburse me for $60. Not a good way to sustain a successful business.

Absolutely horrible service! My Dasher said he delivered but stole my order. Then when I asked for a refund, doordash would only give my doordash credit towards my next order.

There is almost always an issue, usually a driver who doesn't read directions. But recently I had a driver who didn't even speak English. I complained to DoorDash about it, and they said it wouldn't happen again. Then, guess what happened again? This person could barely even say "DoorDash". When I tried to find out where she was, she just kept saying "La puerta". That doesn't help when you live in a two-square-block complex with dozens of "puertas". At one point she said "Oh my God", as if she was frustrated with ME for not speaking Spanish. Excuse me?! I am no racist, but I wouldn't move to another country, get a job and then expect the customers to learn English for my sake. But that's apparently what DoorDash expects from their customers. They just assured me that it won't happen again. Yeah, right. This business is a joke.

Never received my food order. Contacted door dash, who then sent an email stating they would refund my money in 7 days. It has been 14 days, no refund. Called customer service to ask where refund was at. After 5 minutes of checking, with the reference number, they said they refunded the money. It is not in my account. No food, and it cost me $15 to get nothing. This was the first time I have used DoorDash, and it will be the last time as well.

Ordered food, it didn’t turn up. Tried to ring a consultant, wasn’t any help, wasn’t asked didn’t I want credit to order again just said I would receive a refund which would take 3/5 working days. Which didn’t help my current situation as I current reorder. Next time, consider the personal circumstances.

They take ur order and then cancel it..then u dnt get ur money back for 3 day..if u r really hungry and in need just order pizza and NOT THROUGH DOORDASH!

Worst ever!!!. Made order directly through the website and submitted payment. Guess what? Never got order. Was called and told order had been picked up but never delivered to me. So when asking for refund they told me it wasn’t there issue I would have to go through the delivery company, Door Dash. I’ll be sure to leave them a note as well. 72 hrs later still no refund. $67.00 dollar order and no can tell me how to get my money back. I even went as far to drive down, place another order that they had prepared for my replacement and used a different method of payment so I could ensure I got my refund. The Young lady at the To-Go station was helpful. But won’t deal with this again, and I’ll make sure my family, workplace, and friends doesn’t either. Ridiculous!
