They employ illegal immigrants. There are 4 to 5 occupants using one vehicle delivering and taking work away from actual us citizens trying to earn money following the rules

What went wrong? I ordered 50 dollars of Burger King. Yall brought me 12 dollars of Wendys. I sent a pic. Yall DENIED ME and then blocked me from emailing or opening another help chat. Literal thieves and liars and scumbags. Why does it say you have 4.6 star reviews on the ap store? You have a 1.3 here and every review I see on the ap store is 1 and 2 stars. LITERAL THIEVES who fake better reviews to scam more people into being robbed. Worst company.

I just requested a california burrito from filiberto here in scottsdale and the driver ate it and left me with a picture of the main street here at the scottsdale grand. This is unfortunate and unprofessional! These drivers should find another job! And I tipped him! What a steal! the redelivery is not fixing this type of behavior!

Your site is an absolute nightmare. All I wanted to do was apply and you make it next to impossible to create a simple password. Absolute garbage. Grubhub got me in in seconds.

First of all I had 2 addresses. When I chose Hutto location it said they couldn't deliver here from KFC. So i ordered dominos. But they delivered to georgetown anyway and refused to reimburse me. I have a photo of where the app said cannot deliver. I will never use door dash again and I will let people know how they do business. I had trouble loading the photo but I have it in my phone.

Can’t call customer service. Delivery times are not accurate. They need to prohibit people from dashing multiple orders at the same time.

DoorDash expects their Drivers food often without providing phone numbers for drivers to contact customer. Then they blame any descripency on the driver leaving themselves blameless. Did you know that they don't pay the drivers.

Door dash charged me a $5.74 charge to order online even though I picked up my own food. There was nothing on the site saying I’d have to pay a fee let alone one so ridiculous.

If I close my phone while on a door dash page long at an order the order goes through automatically. I now realize that happens to me - I definitely haven’t placed an order. I was considering it and then decided no due to costs & next thing I know I get a notice that the order has been picked up! I am wondering what the heck happened. It really makes me angry. I have reported it and just get told they will make a note of it. Wasted food and money that I needed. At the very least why don’t I get a notification that I placed the order so I have a chance to cancel? Been through too many of these - delete the app! Stop giving away do much money.

I have had so many refunds not get applied back to my credit card. When I started looking into it closer they would always say it was an overlook and to give it another 3 to 5 days and it would never happen such scammers closing my account today, and never trusting this company ever again, another thing they did is try to convince me a product was organic when it wasn’t. The customer support is more like a scamming business. Wish I never use them. God knows how much they actually stole from me.

I really didn't want to give 1 star. I no longer will be ordering my food through Door Dash. If they can't read instructions nor understand them when it's quite very clear they just drop it off with whom ever where ever that's closest to the address you give them. I also had a situation where I needed money reimbursed for an order that was missing items.

I’m fuming mad! This company has refused to help me in over 3 weeks. I have not had one order due to they keep blocking my activation. Called several times and they say it takes 24 hours to review but no updates. Going in circles and back to square one. The stupid gift card is useless to me.

ABSOLUTELY THEE WORST!!!!!!!!!!! Had a Dasher KENNETH...JACK MY CRACKER BARREL FOOD and another person's. I really hope he chokes on that food....yes that is mean...but I mean that. AND DOORDASH....you all need to be like UBER EATS and have a real face pic and vehicle and plate number of the person bringing the food. You all should be tired of people complaining about these trifling ass dashers stealing food. I am sticking with UBER EATS...I have never had issues with them...even when I used them in Atlanta....I encourage anyone to use UBER EATS instead of Doordash. This is a hot mess....and the rep that was on Doordash...was so short and had no concerns for the theft. Her name was Princess...the F"ing nerve. When I say I am so disgusted...The older man at Cracker Barrel had more empathy then she did. I appreciate the Refund...But I'd preferred my food instead. Lost me as a client.

I want to complain as a dasher. Customer think it be the dasher all the time but actually it be door dash. They be wanting dasher to pick up 2-3 orders and deliver it in a such order for only 8.00 total. It can also be the customer want to you to go to the end of the world for $2.00-2.50 (paid by dd for gas)no tip. God please bless me with a real job soon cause I most definitely refuse to work like I’m a slave. This ish not worth dealing with stingy customers, my insanity, wear and tear on my car nor my time. Motivate the driver and you may get better results.

My orders were always wrong. Dashers were always late which made the food cold. I would pay for expedited deliver and it would offer take LONGER than the normal deliver was estimated for. I got my account deactivated for messaging a dasher (at the advice of support) “should I cancel my order or are you going to deliver my food?” After waiting for TWO HOURS. I’m pretty sure the dasher stole my food, forgot to cancel the pickup and went home. To top it all off I also used my account for business purposes and when they deactivated my account I could no longer access receipts I needed to submit. I called customer service so many times I lost track, no one could help me, no one would let me talk to a manager and no one would even let me stay on the line to wait for a manager. The “customer service” is a joke.

I would give zero stars if an option. The restaurant was fine. Produced the food ordered as scheduled to the expected quality. DoorDash on the other hand was horrible. I scheduled a delivery, the meal was picked up on time and then driven around the city for 40 minutes while the Dasher went to another restaurant, waited for the order, and delivered before coming to us. Our dinner arrived ice cold from the Chicago winter 40 minutes after it was picked up from a restaurant a mile from our home. I feel like the $2 priority fee is extortion. Pay an extra $2 and you’ll get your food directly from the restaurant - otherwise good luck! Ironically, I usually pay their $2 priority fee, but today ordered with a scheduled prep and delivery which doesn’t allow the option. This is not the first time I didn’t pay the $2 fee and waited half an hour past the promised delivery time. I called DoorDash and after waiting 15 minutes for someone to pick up they did nothing except placate and denied having a supervisor to whom I could be transferred. I’m done - UberEats and Grub Hub has to have better customer service.

Door dash said order completed but I never received my order. And no refund given .First and last time I'll order through Door dash. You're better off picking up your order from the restaurant.
