They have no plans on giving you a full refund or anything close to it. Other services have no problem returning your money when they mess up your food

Didn't get refunded for a wrong order delivered. Called doordash and got hung up on. Called again and sat in silence on hold for 11 minutes. Said hello? No answer. Never using this company again

The worts service ever. I ordered my groceries and 90% was sustitute for cheaper items and there were a lot of items that were not delivered and in my invoice it didnt show the sustitute or the refund of $150 of the missing groceries. I talk to 3 people and none of them could help me to refund my money. They just refund me $33 and told me that they coulnt refund me all the money. I sugest not to use this application and if you do always read your receipt because this service steal your money on your face and they dont have profesional people to help you with those issues. I show pictures and proft and they didnt refund all my money.

First delivery (about $60.) was canceled by the driver (with my approval) since requested product was sold out and no acceptable substitute was available. Second delivery (about $30) with a different driver, seemingly worked perfectly. For confirmation I received two photos of the second $30 order of same object on the same front porch but slightly different views. Recipient only received one delivery. Door dash refuses so far to reimburse me for $60. Not a good way to sustain a successful business.

Absolutely horrible service! My Dasher said he delivered but stole my order. Then when I asked for a refund, doordash would only give my doordash credit towards my next order.

There is almost always an issue, usually a driver who doesn't read directions. But recently I had a driver who didn't even speak English. I complained to DoorDash about it, and they said it wouldn't happen again. Then, guess what happened again? This person could barely even say "DoorDash". When I tried to find out where she was, she just kept saying "La puerta". That doesn't help when you live in a two-square-block complex with dozens of "puertas". At one point she said "Oh my God", as if she was frustrated with ME for not speaking Spanish. Excuse me?! I am no racist, but I wouldn't move to another country, get a job and then expect the customers to learn English for my sake. But that's apparently what DoorDash expects from their customers. They just assured me that it won't happen again. Yeah, right. This business is a joke.

Never received my food order. Contacted door dash, who then sent an email stating they would refund my money in 7 days. It has been 14 days, no refund. Called customer service to ask where refund was at. After 5 minutes of checking, with the reference number, they said they refunded the money. It is not in my account. No food, and it cost me $15 to get nothing. This was the first time I have used DoorDash, and it will be the last time as well.

Ordered food, it didn’t turn up. Tried to ring a consultant, wasn’t any help, wasn’t asked didn’t I want credit to order again just said I would receive a refund which would take 3/5 working days. Which didn’t help my current situation as I current reorder. Next time, consider the personal circumstances.

They take ur order and then cancel it..then u dnt get ur money back for 3 day..if u r really hungry and in need just order pizza and NOT THROUGH DOORDASH!

Worst ever!!!. Made order directly through the website and submitted payment. Guess what? Never got order. Was called and told order had been picked up but never delivered to me. So when asking for refund they told me it wasn’t there issue I would have to go through the delivery company, Door Dash. I’ll be sure to leave them a note as well. 72 hrs later still no refund. $67.00 dollar order and no can tell me how to get my money back. I even went as far to drive down, place another order that they had prepared for my replacement and used a different method of payment so I could ensure I got my refund. The Young lady at the To-Go station was helpful. But won’t deal with this again, and I’ll make sure my family, workplace, and friends doesn’t either. Ridiculous!

Do not order through door dash they suck! I placed an order first off there were items missing. I submitted a request and images to inform DD that the merchant did not send the full food order. These bastards responded with a bunch of garbage to tell me that my refund request has been denied. Called them to state my case again, I told the rep either you adjust the total or I will be disputing the charge altogether. Yea, $75 for piece of an order. DD is the absolute worst!! 😡😤🤬😖

12 of 20 orders over the last year were NOT delivered. And that number is WAY too high. So today I gave them another chance. New year why not right? Guess what got a confirmation email, then pop up on the app order complete. I am standing at my door looking not even a car on my street. BROAD DAYLIGHT so can't say wrong address. IT NEVER CAME. Are they not supposed to call when they arrive? And I only started using it when my elderly mom came to live with us, thinking this would be a good fit for those difficult days and cooking is not something i want to do. NOPE!! Doordash I am done. Do they even vet the people they hire? I am done with doordash.

Doordash is a hot mess and the drivers are too. I place a order to be picked up and delivered to Legacy High School. the order was picked up but delivered to the wrong School...smdh I reached out to doordash customer service and explain what had happened. Doordash agent apologize for the inconvenience and asked if I wanted the order to be redelivered or a refund back to my card. I chose the order to be redelivered to Legacy High School because my wife and her co-workers was waiting for their lunch. He then insured me that the order would be redelivered and I was received a text message once it's picked up like before. I waited 45 minutes & the order was never delivered. I then call doordash customer service number and inquire where was the order. The second doordash agent inform me that the order was never reorder and my card was refunded back. WTF.. REALLY, AFTER WASTING 2 HOURS OF MY TIME . " WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY " ! Nothing but excuses with no solution... they have drivers that can't redirections and they have customer service agents that give out false information. If I could have rated this review as a ZERO star, I would have. Good luck with other customers putting their trust and hunger in the hands of incompetence.

I would probably give 4-5 stars for delivery drivers. But as for the app features of paying extra fees for fast deilivery. They really don't happen at all. I tried paying extra fee for fast delivery and yet it all fails. Other than that most of the places i order from this app are good quality

When you are missing items, they don't always give you a refund just because you requested a refund from the same place a week earlier. When they tell you that you'll get an email within 24 hours you don't. I canceled my Door Dash pass and they don't give you a refund for that either. They just tell you that you can use it until it expires.

I placed an order at wingstop for $35. The driver picks up my food and canceled the delivery. This is the second time this happened thru doordash. I am sure I'm not alone. Good thing wingstop is refunding my money. Doordash you suck!!!

Door dash I should be ashamed . They pay drivers $2. For delivery. Most times drivers use more than that in gas!!!! Shame on DoorDash
