They are just as awful as Uber eats. They say insufficient amount on card when I had double the amount on it, because they hold a percentage for some reason but there fees were done my orders!! They not gonna be around much longer I believe they even have up the store process as it is!! Then want to charge ridiculous fees! It's cheaper to get in a cab and go your self some times!! 🤬

We are limited to restaurants by us. The child and husband live McDonald's they mess up almost every time cold for get something wrong order. Try to complain and am told my order was delivered look at the picture first off I was not complaining about it not being delivered we were complaining about the missing items. Paid for food didn't get. Instead of fixing the issues we received this issues was taken care. No it was not! If the restaurants you allow to be part of door dash mess up who fixes the problem I'm surely not reordering paying more in fees and taxes and a tip when I already paid it once.

I bought a gift card for $75 and i redeemed it and it says that i have $75 to spend so i try to buy domething but it says select payment and idk why i cant buy nothing when i have $75 to spend

Dasher delivered order with missing items. When calling the merchant and door dash, neither one cared. Merchant blamed it on the driver, saying they steal food all the time, DoorDash blamed it on the merchant. Merchant was a complete smart mouth and completely unprofessional. No more DoorDash or merchant.

Done using DoorDash. Have spent thousands of dollars, and probably 5% of the time the restaurant messes up the order, when I complain DoorDash says I complain too much, and refuses to refund the necessary amount, and just has rude agents that clearly don't care about making customers happy. Done!

Long review…I had an issue with my order, it was cancelled over a hour after it was accepted. Their driver claimed there was no Taco Bell in the location google took them. I know for a fact there is because I’ve ordered from this same location using DoorDash before and physically have been there. The customer service associate told me she didn’t know which employee of theirs accepted my order, saying they don’t track that. How’s that work..Which makes absolutely no sense! It was a $67 order that Taco Bell said was in fact picked up from the location he claimed wasn’t there. When I asked her for a refund she said she wasn’t able to do that. I then asked again about my food and the driver being paid. She finally said she would contact the driver she claimed they don’t track. I was put on a three way call where he contradicted himself several times. After continuous back and forth with the DoorDash customer service I asked her name, she said she didn’t have a direct line. I told her, that was ok that I still wanted her name and she hung up on me. I called back to report her and got the same runaround, this time about not having a supervisor on duty and wouldn’t until the next day. When I insisted on being called back when there would be, she then said she would put a request in and put me on hold. Returning on the line she asked if I’d like to wait on the line or be called back, I stayed on the line. More contradictory statements. How is there now someone to speak with!?! She continued to put me on hold. Returning to the call again said the request was in and I would be on hold until it was accepted. I of course waited to only be told again there was no one available, I said again I would wait. She then said ok let me put in a request. Wait a minute..you said you did that already. On hold again….Returning to the call after continuing to lie multiple times she now had a supervisor. Hmm… Said I would have to end the call for her to transfer me over. There was never a call or a supervisor to speak with. The customer service is in fact not doing their job!! I don’t think there was ever a request placed and was just hoping I would hang up.

Ordered turnover from king of pizza, they said driver was waiting for order, when in fact he was somewhere around wegmans. My turnover was cold.

We ordered 2 dinners and 2 drinks and we only received 1 dinner and 1 drink but the opposite of each meal. Then when I called DoorDash then said they couldn’t reorder the items we were missing SO… I had to put a new order in and be recharged another $4.99 delivery fee and $3.00 service fee. Don’t think I’ll use DoorDash ever again!

Place a order with door dash yesterday. The driver showed up with the wrong food, from the wrong restaurant. He took it back. waited the allotted time now they denied my refund. I called again now I have to wait another 24 hours so that they can review it again. We don't have 50 dollars to give them. I want my money. Or I will talk to legal aide

Doordash customer service went from bad to non-exist. Had an order delivered to the wrong place, the dasher took a picture of clearly a different apartment, and it took 24 hours to get a live agent and they wont refund.

First time Customer - DD delivered wrong product, Driver Nish took it back with him when I refused it - repeat - wrong product. DOOR DASH WILL NOT REFUND ME! As a First Time Customer - this is very disappointing and wrong on every level. It is next to impossible to get ahold of anyone. What a Terrible company! Never again!

DoorDash has made it impossible for me to cancel and therefore I’m getting a monthly fee that they insist they cannot log me in to look at my account to close it. Therefore I’ve had to block my bank account from them. Upon looking at login information, I can see the email of mine that they have and their customer service cannot access that. So basically, I signed up for some thing that I cannot sign out of because they’ve made it impossible. This is some of the most questionable business I have encountered in a long time. It has taken a few months and they’ve gotten way more money out of me than I ever okayed them to take. Do not involve yourself with this company. They are a nightmare.

Very bad service from DoorDash. The order was picked up from my home town instead of the place I was in. In few minutes on my order I have cancelled and asked for refund. I called the restaurant not to prepare the order too. I was expecting the refund but never happened. I forgot and later I checked after a month. The customer service leaving the chat twice without resolving this issue. We should be careful and trace the returns. I will never use DoorDash.

It is the worst support I have ever had to deal with. Been waiting over three weeks to get a gift card fixed because DoorDash uses old crappy gift cards that can be easily damaged when pulling for the code. Spoken with three agents all said the same thing as if I was speaking with an AI. I would highly recommend not buying a DoorDash gift card cause one minor error will cost you weeks to get something sorted out. I am still waiting for this issue to be sorted LMAO. Best of luck when dealing with these fools.

Door dash as a company sucks. They do not understand customer service - reviewing accounts carefully and providing adequate refunds when there is a food issue. They just put blanket holds on refunds with no reasonable or supportive reasons. The drivers have been pretty good , not always but generally , but the company itself sucks. Not helpful. Idiots. We all hope that a new better delivery company comes along and DD closes as no one will use them. DD better shape up.

This company sucks. No emails, no customer support. I got a hold of a support agent, about my denied claim, they said it wasn't their policy to issue a refund. I placed a "Pick Up" order, it was "Pending Fulfilment" for over an hour. I called the store, and it was Not In Stock. Still got charged, denied the refund.. What a garbage company. I can't even get a hold of a manager, got placed on Hold, then the line went dead. Will never use again.

The food I ordered was not eatable. I called the restaurant and they said they would refund me my money. It’s been 3 weeks after calling Doordash 4 times I still haven’t been reimbursed. Put on hold for 20 minutes and then i get disconnected!!!! Terrible customer service!!
