Ordered dinner for out of town friends with a death in their family. Dasher delivered to wrong house. Said they just stop and leave food where GPS directs them. They don't check house numbers. Last time I use door dash. Family had to go up and down street to find their delivery. Door dash refunded the cost of the order. I was livid!!!

Do not use DoorDash as your first selection for food delivery service or go get your own food. I ordered two DoorDash orders in December 2023 and both were late and were cancelled while the driver was enroute so the food was never delivered. I called DoorDash and they said I would receive a full refund against my credit card and one email even said (verified) I would get a full refund. However, a refund was never received, so I called them, and while they were on the phone they said they would process a full refund right then and there, but they were still withholding a little over $12 dollars. At that point I just gave up for this also cost me time, as I called DoorDash twice and my bank once.

Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Straight from the mouth of a DoorDash Customer Support moron. Basically, it doesn't mean a thing to be "Top Dasher." I asked the question, why am I getting low paying orders if I'm a top dasher? Customer support told me that low and high paying orders are sent out to everyone. So, this is the reason why you've been a top dasher prior and lost the spot the following month. The only benefit of being a top dasher is dashing anytime you want. Other than this you're really not getting priority orders and customer support is useless regardless. After only 6 months of dashing I'm beginning to realize how badly DoorDash sucks. They have already lowered their base pay from a lousy $2.75 to $2.00 while the cost of living increases, not decreases. The only real way to make money doing this is to take every pathetic offer given to you, which means even the ones that leave you making a 20 mile round trip for $2.00. DoorDash is garbage, as are their customers that don't tip.

Due to me having a credit given six months prior because my meal came completely wrong I could not receive a refund on my current order…my order NEVER arrived. So I paid for my meal a tip and nothing came with no photo showing where it is. They have a horrible refund policy I know some people try to scam but most of us just want to eat and when food doesn’t show it’s unacceptable that our money is not given back. Allot of drivers just keep the food it’s horrible the customer service is horrible the prices are horrible. So thank you for Doordash for making me realize ordering food is not worth it I would not recommend this company.

Wish to hell there was a reading lower than one star that I could give! First time using it and I don't know what the hell came to our door but it sure as hell was missing both items and the food looked terrible! And this is from a restaurant that I trust. A restaurant I have used often and has never produced this dog food!

Doordash is not all bad, but BE AWARE!!!! if you cancel an order, and in that order you tip the driver, you'll lose that money. I don't know where that money goes, (I mean I kind of do, right?) but you will not get that money back at all. I don't understand how is it that you don't get that money back!!! I can't fight for 6 dollars. My mental health is not all there! BUT imagine they take a few dollars here and a few dollars there!!!! How much money they are keeping ah????? Just putting out there!

i have made orders from work and home. they are always wrong or cold and very poor service. the drivers don't care where they put your order they leave it on the ground or its take 15 minutes for notification that its there

Place first order through Door Dash never received the item but the door dash delivery person name NEICAR took the picture claimed he delivered the item. I call support person to dispute the charge the support person was extremely rude and hung up during my call to dispute a charge. Would never use them again!

Absolutely terrible. Their entire customer service teams needs to be reevaluated / fired. Anytime I had a complaint with my order, customer service would hang up the phone on me or leave the chat in the app mid conversation. They clearly DO NOT care about their customers at all. There were many times I never received my order, received someone else’s order, or received a completely botched order, and they wouldn’t even offer me a full refund. Only partial or store credit. That is literal fraud. All I have to say is what the actual F is the point of this company. Doordash is a huge scam. Do not use it.

I ordered delivery for my 85 year old grandmother. With instructions to hand it to me. Once again they left it on the porch They denied my refund after I told them that I had pictures. 3 hours later my grandmother is hungry, and I paid $23 for atray dogs to eat. I canceled my dash pass. NEVER AGAIN!!¡!

Like most people who left reviews the food never came. The pictures show an address that not even close. No one tries to correct this by going to get my food or send a new order. I’m regretting that I purchased a pass. I may need to Learn to cook.

We ordered from Perkins and waited one hour beyond the delivery time they gave us. We called DoorDash several times and found that the names of the drivers kept changing. DoorDash said the problem was with Perkins not having the order ready. Perkins, on the other hand, would not answer their phone. When the DoorDash driver finally arrived. part of the order was missing. He said that he had checked and it was all there - but it wasn't. We ordered a whole pie along with the meals but there was no pie, though we were billed for it. If Alejandro, the driver saw a pie in the order, he was hallucinating it. Pie in a box is a pretty big item to miss! We also did not get the salad that was supposed to accompany the meal. We were angry/ We got in our car and drove to Perkins with the order and the receipt. They did not have the kind of pie we ordered, so we got a substitute. The salad was not replaced. In my opinion, it is not safe to order from Perkins or DoorDash. They provided us with a horrible, miserable, dining experience. I wonder how they stay in business.

zza Hut in Crowley had a delivery driver that called me nasty names and taunted me every time I went into the store. He is short, handle bar mustache, wore sunglasses at night. They did nothing to him. I will never go into a Pizza Hut in this area because they all have the same regional manager. DoorDash doesn’t stand behind the drivers. They only except what the store says and deactivates your account. Drivers just expect doordash to let you go instead of standing behind you.

I have been a dasher and a door dash customer for years. I’ve been a very loyal person to this company , and recently I got a giftcard for them, and accidently scratched the pin off. I called customer service with door dash and have yet to receive any help. Tired of being loyal to this company and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
