Our food arrived cold over 40 minutes late however due to Doordash policy we were unable to cancel or receive compensation.

Horrible horrible!! Their app was not working and kept shutting off in the middle of my order! It made my order 4 times and I showed them the screenshots a 30 dollar order they charged my card 180 dollars and said they won’t refund me even though it was their app that was not working!! Totally a scam company

I had a recent experience with DoorDash that left me extremely disappointed. I placed an order and patiently waited for my food delivery, only to be told by the driver that he had already delivered the order but my food was never delivered. To my surprise, he even provided a picture of a random red screen as proof. The problem here lies in the fact that my account is specifically set up for hand delivery, requiring a photo as confirmation. This unfortunate situation has occurred multiple times, and what's even more disheartening is that DoorDash seems to be turning a blind eye to these dishonest workers. It is crucial that these workers are held accountable for their actions. Their behavior is not only unethical but also tarnishes the reputation of DoorDash as a whole. Despite the inconvenience and frustration caused by these incidents, I have not received a single apology or any form of compensation for the wasted time. Considering my experience, I strongly advise against using DoorDash. It is disheartening to realize that some of their drivers are engaging in theft, betraying the trust of customers.

Im a driver for door dash and it’s horrible. Because we’re a 1099 we drive at our own risk: we drive at 0 degree weather for 19 miles for a $2 tip. Driving for door dash is horrible. The customers garbage, no one tips, and people are too stupid to turn on their porch lights for night deliveries.

I ordered from DoorDash and the driver did not deliver any of our drinks. Our 5the meal was also incorrect. I messaged the driver about the issue and no response. I then called customer support with DoorDash and they said they could not issue me a refund and provided no reason. I told them that is poor customer service and told her that is stealing from your consumers. All the representative said was that was the final decision and to have a good day and hung up. Terrible!

They kept trying to charge me for dashpass even though I tried to cancel and then once I canceled they gave me a refund and then took it away again for dashpass and even when I was on dashpass I still had to pay for delivery fees and was not given the option not to tip I overpaid every single time

DOOR DASH COUNT YOUR DAYSSS!!! If I could give 0 starts I would !! Never revived my food then when requesting a refund they decline it. I called vust service for them to tell me they couldn't do anything for me. I just wasted my money on food I never received!!!

I ordered through pizza hut and the driver wants to charge me again for my order that I already paid for. This is not the first time this has happened. Now my food will be cold when they bring it back. This is ridiculous and uncalled for. I only have issues with pizza hut orders.

Horrible experience, like the rest of the folks on here. things didn't arrive. refunds were not made, doordash disconnected my chat twice, simply because they did not what to deal with a frustrated customer. I even called them and they hung up on me. I wasn't even a difficult customer. I normally wouldn't even post a review but this place sucks. Good luck door dash. I'm done with you. Would give you a zero but the system won't let me

Driver was 20+ minutes from restaurant, and 15+ minutes from my house. Order took over 1.5 hours.

Unbelievable I USED MY DEBIT CARD ON MY WIFE'S DOORDASH ACCOUNT AND DAMN DOORDASH CREATES MY OWN ACCOUNT AND STARTS CHARGING ME A MONTHLY FEE ,,, BE CAREFUL PEOPLE DON'T TRY TO TREAT FOID USING SOMEONE'S ELSE'S DOORDASH ACCOUNT YOU'LL BE CHARGED MONTHLY AND DOORDASH WILL CREATE YOUR OWN ACCOUNT WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION

Did not receive our order. Driver was non-English speaking. I believe there is a translator on the app for delivery instructions. When we called the driver, we heard very broken English as a response to our concern about not following & delivery regarding instructions for our order was: $%÷@.."No English"..%$##. Hire American english speaking workers!

After paying $47, I received a cold, inedible meal from Carraba's Italian restaurant. It was stone cold, gelatinous and full of black pepper. Lettuce on the salad was brown on the edges, Caesar dressing had bleu cheese in it. Totally disgusting. After complaining and sending the photos they demanded, they said they were processing a refund. I heard nothing for 8 days. After finding their phone number on the PayPal bill, they said my complaint had been "escalated" and they had determined to send me a $5 refund. That doesn't even cover the tip I left for the driver.

Just watched a door dash driver park in a Handicap space in front of our building. We have several units that use that spot. No one drove up needing this time but very poor acceptable practices by Door Dash.

I am a door dash driver. I have not been able to drive for a while. I have my earning sent directly to my dasher direct acct. When I decided to log into the acct, I had forgot my password. I tried to reset it but I could not get to my email acct to get the code they sent fast enough to get back to acct to enter the code because I am not good at going from screen to screen. By the time I got back k to my acct for dasher direct to enter the cold they kept saying code was no longer valid. I tried and tried with no success to go through same process over and over. I finally called customer support, who transferred me three times before I could talk to someone. I told my story over and over to everyone that transferred me. The last was asked me security questions, I gave what I should have put for my answers but they said I was wrong and hung up on me. I called again, same thing. I called again same thing. I finally remembered my old password but they had locked me out of my acct. I called the next day, same thing. I gave them the last numbers od my dasher direct card, I gave them the last numbers of my social security number, I gave them my address, my birthday, my phone number, everything. NONE OF THAT MATTERED TO THEM. THEY MORE OR LESS CALLED ME A LIAR. I DONT KNOW IF I WILL EVER BE ABLE TO DASH AGAIN BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT SEND MY MONEY TO MYBANK ACCT INSTEAD OF DASHER DIRECT!!!!

I ordered a cable using door dash. They brought the wrong one. They would not exchange it for the correct one or give me a refund. So I am stuck with the wrong cable which I can't use and don't want. I still have to pay for it and pay the door dash delivery charge. I will not use door dash again.
