Watch out for them upping the prices and stealing your money. They have shoppers that pay a lower price at the store for the same products and then they charge you the inflated prices plus all the fees you have to pay. Ridiculous! Next time I will use Instacart. They don't steal your hard earned money like Door Dash does.

I was forced to pay a tip charge without my authorization! It's illegal! I'm disgusted and violated! I want my money back and you should be ashamed of your lack of ethics! Disgusting.

Second disaster in a row with door dash. First time, driver claimed that somebody else had picked up my order and DoorDash refused to refund. Today, the bag I ordered from Red Robin was covered in hundreds of ants as I discovered when I put in on my kitchen counter. I worked frantically so deal with the ants so that they did not get into my other food sources. Because I did not stop to take a picture of the ants, DoorDash also refused to refund this order. Over $60.00 lost to DoorDash.

I experienced the worst doordash service yesterday when I ordered some wings and fries from jack pirtle on popular rd in Memphis tn first they run out of wings and instead of dasher calling me to let me say this I was overcharged for something that I didn't order and when I called doordash to make this right they have given me the run around talking about their policy doesn't give me a refund or credit on something that I didn't ask for than charged my credit card without my authorization

Ordered food that was 5 minutes from my home, using the provided tracking app I can see the Doordash guy collected then went 10 miles past my delivery point. Called the driver 4 times, said I could see in the tracking app he was long gone past my delivery point. I could actually see he was now parked, likely enjoying my order. “I dont even know where I am”, he excitedly says. Called the “Support Team”, immediately offered a 10% discount, told them I just wanted my order. Called them a further 3 times during the hour long process….still no joy, even they were unable to contact the driver now, he was likely sleeping off the meal on a side road. Then a message from the driver stating “your order has been delivered”. Best $45 entertainment I could have. I asked “Support”, for a Case or reference number, “don’t worry, we will refund the whole amount and send you an email with confirmation”. Promise of a refund never fulfilled, email was like the driver…never seen. Lost the food, lost the money. Never thought that would happen to me, however it’s a new thing to be served below expectations I guess.

Ordered 1 day prior for New Year’s Day through DoorDash, when we went to pick up at the restaurant they had not received our order, and the full amount was taken out of our bank account. Had to reorder and repay for food, waited an hour for it to be ready, while having 14 people expecting dinner at a certain time. Contacted DoorDash and said refund would be processed, still have yet to receive the refund. Terrible service would never use again!

Worst customer service ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Every single time I have ordered from Door Dash there are missing items. Then when I try get a refund they tell me it’s under review by our specialist team. Are they for real or what. “Specialist team” what a joke. I’ll never use Door Dash ever again. I only received one of everything. Pringles I got with order

My delivery took more than the time was set. I paid the extra fee to have it delivered faster, but the dasher went in the order was not ready and decided to make another delivery that apparently was a couple minutes away. By the time this person came back to get my order the dine in was closed so he had to go thru the drive thru which it took even longer than expected approximately 40 -45 in total to get my order. And DoorDash will not refund the extra fee that I paid nor compénsate. Customer service sucks! I will be ordering from Doordash again

I get my food maybe half the time, if I'm lucky--and even then, it's usually missing something or grossly late. The other half of the time, I typically wait over an hour, sometimes more, for Doordash to realize they cannot fulfill the order. Then I get to spend a bunch of time with customer service just to get a refund. And then I have to wait for my refund to process, as they bill you before they can actually confirm their ability to fulfill an order (how has there not been a class action suit yet?). Yeah, we all use Doordash and similar apps only because we're that lazy. There really isn't a much shadier and poorly run business model.

DoorDash you guys need to pay your drivers. I have never in my life been questioned about a tip amount and if you are working for DoorDash a tip is optional I don’t have to give a tip if I don’t have a tip to give but when your company drivers question a tip that I have gave to them ungrateful people is where I draw the line. I will pick up my own damn food to have some ungrateful broke person question me about the tip amount you people get paid for driving. Either do your job or find another job simple….

I ordered for the first time. They substituted one item with a lower value one without my permission to substitute and they refused to adjust the payment. I will never use again.

Garbage. The ignorant drivers can’t negotiate with restaurants to figure out basic problems on an incomplete order. Then they think they can bring your partial order because that don’t have time to wait for the restaurant to fix their mistake. Like you not gonna feed your kids… just a garbage shitshow I’ll never use this garbage again!!!

My toddler grabbed my phone from me and ordered food I didn’t want to eat. I immediately see an email that food was purchased. I called customer service to cancel the order. She said your food was ordered 2 min ago and a driver has already been assigned. I told her 2 min and I can’t cancel an order that I don’t want? She told me she could give me 11 dollars back on a 48 dollar order. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was hung up on. I rarely order door dash and this will be my last time I order. Awful customer service.

How the ? Does it become my problem and money I spent to have not received my order I placed almost 100.00 the driver delivered to the wrong address I was sent an email showing delivered and picture which was not my front door I told him that is not my front door showed him a picture of my front door I called door dash they don’t want to refund my money so if they think I am paying for something I did not receive they r nuts how do they think they can get away with that I will never use door dash ever

I got a $50 gift card for Doordash. I ordered food from a local restaurant. I did not receive my order. I called and was told they would not be able to deliver my order. I asked for a refund and was denied. I asked for the reason of the denial...apparently per their policy they can do what they want. So bottom line, they stole my money and I didn't get my order.

Tried for two days to get an order delivered. On the last try I canceled and they refuse to give me my refund. So I got no groceries and lost the money to. In my book the a crocks.

I would give DoorDash a zero if I could! They are horrible. Almost all delivery driver is rude, I even had to leave my apartment so they could find me. I ordered from a place that was running late on orders so I called them and they said, "we're having DoorDash deliver tonight, the driver just left with your order." I never got my food so I had to call the place and get a refund. NEVER order from DoorDash!
