I work at Dennys as a server and I always have our regular dasher Andrea and she is the nicest and most patient dasher we’ve ever had the pleasure of helping with her door dash orders. Thank you girl for you patience ❤️

Multiple operational issues that cancelled my order multiple times. Due to the lack of reliability and customer support who can actual help resolve issues i will be using alternative delivery services moving forward.

Last month I was going to order some food from them. What would it cost me $38 cost me $90 through DoorDash. I didn’t buy anything on that particular day. On December 10 I purchased $75 of food through DoorDash. I received somebody else’s food, nothing of what I wanted, and far less in value from them. I called promptly to let them know, I was instructed to re-order my food, and that the first order would be refunded to me. I ordered another order, got my food. When I called in to request a refund of my first round of food, they denied it. Then I emailed them, and they denied it again, and then I called them, and they denied it again, and now they won’t even respond to me. I’ve now disputed this charge with American Express. It’s unfortunate that companies like DoorDash exist. Zero customer service. They’re only out for a profit, and their service is terrible. Never again.

Always something. Great business model but service is always inconsistent. From the sometimey dashers to the poor customer support. Better off getting your food yourself. I’ve had better luck with Uber Eats.

And 11$ oatmeal was actually a side cup of oatmeal. Our kids breakfast and pancakes was not only cold but no butter or syrup and to top it off, I opened the fresh fruit to see a gd fruit fly come out of it! What in the actual F!

I keep getting a Door Dash pass $9.99 charge for services I don’t use at all. And my bank issues new cards. Sometimes isn’t right with them. BEWARE

I ordered food from a restaurant, I waited 3 hours for my food, first the person said he couldn't find the restaurant, after I don't know how many texts and calls, he supposedly found it, then he didn't have my home address, then it was that I had my order, after 1 hour he wrote to me that the order was not mine, it was for someone else. Conclusion: After calling DOORDASH customer services 6 times that did not resolve anything at all, on the contrary they made everything more confusing because they said that they did not have my order, talking and texting with the woman who was supposed to bring my order, a man appeared 3 hours with my order. DOORDASH, both customer services and drivers are tremendous GARBAGE. Save yourselves the anger and having your day and your meal spoiled. Hire another company NEVER EVER THIS.

Drivers steal food, mark as completed and get away with it. Orders are not handed to you and dropped off at the wrong location. After it happens a couple of times, they tell YOU that there are too many problems and they won't refund you. Drivers aren't reprimanded, you're treated as you're the problem. I just lost $120 worth of food, will be telling everyone I know to switch to Uber Eats. I've never had any issues with them. Don't lose your money!

I work long hours out of town and twice now Door dash has failed to complete my order after an hour of waiting. At this point it’s to late and now just go to bed hungry. There customer support is very poor

I ordered from a restaurant to be delivered by door dash. They took my order and said when it would be delivered, but after the time had gone by, I received a call saying I had put in the wrong address, which I did not. Anyway, after taking my address I was told they didn't deliver to my area and that I could pick it up myself, but that the order could not be refunded. I was shocked! What do you mean you can't refund my money? Im paying for a service you obviously won't provide! This was such an utter mistake on my part! I will never use DoorDash again.

They are pretty bad. The only reason I use them is because so many restaurants use it for delivery and I get a little discount from having a Chase freedom card.

When I cancelled my order due to 30 30-minute delay from the delivery time, they didn't notify me that the order was not refundable. When I contacted them they refused to return my money. I will never deal with them again.

I made a walmart order to leave at the door, when i got a message to say my order was there at the door. It wasn't there. I called customer service, they were so rude and told me my order was already refunded. I can't believe that doordash have customer like that.

I no longer have the number I initially signed up with and I have called support several times all they do is send an email and hang up on you worst service ever you can’t even update your new info WTF💯‼️🤬

My order was delivered to the wrong address and the only solution is for me to receive no order or wait twice as long and still pay the same amount as my first order. I tried to reach out to customer support and they were very rude regarding the issue and made no attempts to correct or understand the situation. Horrible experience will never recommend them to anyone

I have had multiple problems with door dash. I accidently placed an order to an old address and canceled it in seconds and they refused to refund it. When I had Dashpass they refused to even look into why the discounts were not being applied so I had to just cancel it. I guess I'm done using door dash which is unfortunate.

Terrible customer service...had two lobster tails that actually stunk and they would do nothing about it...lobster should not smell!! 100.00 down the drain...canceled my membership. I feel like doordash orders get old food. Lettuce was brown, ribs were old and gray, lobster STUNK!
