Is it me or is it just my imagination when I feel like when you owe doordash money for collecting like pizza orders all of a sudden they send you out the farthest out with the less pay and then they lower your rating if you decline it I mean obviously if the mileage is lower or higher than the tip then I'm not really wanting to take it but if the tip is higher than the mileage amount then it makes it worth it for me especially when you're trying to doordash to make gas money it's impossible everything you make goes to your gas tank so you really end up back at zero just experiencing this just now I guess what I'm trying to say is if you need some money to get a pop soda or a pack of cigarettes yeah I guess doordash is good running one or two orders and then hopping off other than that they'll murder you in gas and mileage

Markups go crazy. Just overpaid $10 on a $20 meal. Charge us a $13 convenience fee how about… see how many people gonna be ordering when you’re not lying about how much they should be paying. Morons.

I ordered through the crumble cookie website, not door dash. The door dash driver called me and did not go to the Children's hospital that was given on the directions, he was hard to understand and I want all individuals to be able to thrive and work, but he could not understand me well. I was in another state and he kept telling me I needed to come down and get the cookies. He finally let me talk to someone that worked at Vanderbilt, but it apparently was not the children's hospital. He then stated he had 2 other deliveries and did not have any more time for mine and left it where he was (to this day I have no clue where that was). I called door dash and they said there was nothing I they could do and I needed to call Crumble Cookie. I called Crumble Cookie and they stated I needed to call door dash, I told them I had just gotten off the phone with door dash. Crumble Cookie quickly resolved my issues and got the cookies to my the sick child at the hospital. My frustration is that the first driver, was not helpful, could not understand me and did not want to help resolve the issue, I spent an hour trying to get my order completed correctly.

Been a member on and off for years we r a 1 car family so it helps. Then covid hit and pricing went through the roof, I get it and understand. So now u pay 10.99 for membership plus all the service fees. Tip and if you want it faster that's another 2.99 and all the unchanging on the restaurants not to mention some of the restaurants are still charging a delivery fee which is just wrong not going to pay between 5 to 9 dollars for a delivery fee when I am already paying for a membership. The other thing on top of that alot of the restaurants do not accept special instructions which is wrong u shld be able to. I don't know why I keep using doordash cause something g is always messed up . Last nite I paid 38.00 for unacceptable pizza which included pizza price, service fees tip and an extra 2.99 to get quicker. I received a pizza that looked thrown together something g about sauce was different crust were way overcooked it was cold when it got here and it upset my stomache a tad nothing major so no dr was needed just drank ginger ale and took a belly pill and threw pizza out. I feel at times cause it's doordash they can throw whatever at us. The restaurants want the buisness but do not care wht the quality is going out the door its just get it out its all about the money and with as expensive and the up charging I am sorry but food should be picture pect. Not to mention when I signed back up it was 4.99 and said it wld be that same price this month I was charged 10.99 not 4.99. So because of all this and to many Dany dang issues I am done membership is now canceled lesson well learned oh and without documentation they cld do nothing their is none and won't be any was not that sick it was about the other issues but I was not given any more time the abruptly ended chat call

Ordered from a restaurant with a 20 minute wait, 20 minutes in the wait was still an hour and twenty minutes. I cancelled and the refund on a $24 order was only $7 because of the "time" that I cancelled it into the order!!! The $7 refund has yet to show up more than a week later and I am having to contact support. I doubt it will be resolved.

Orders are usually incorrect or dasher leaves them in a parking lot in another complex and takes a photo

Thieves. I haven't used DoorDash but have heard about it and thought few times of using them but thankfully I didn't. I see some charges in my credit card statement $9.99 last month and this month as if it is some kind of subscription. Got a new credit card and I hope they won't charge me again.

I ordered from DD as I usually do, dasher could not find my house despite the fact that I can see the restaurant from my back yard. After 30 minutes of driving around she complained to me via text that she has wasted her time and gas. Did not make my delivery instead took a picture of my order on a cement surface and reported it delivered. Called DD and could not get an apology so demanded my money refunded and was hung up on,2 weeks latter no refund. Customer service is horrible! I might add I had ordered from DD one or twice every week and never had a problem receiving my order. They just lost a good customer.

I wouldn’t even put 0 for this scammer “company”. The worst service in the world I’ve been. I’ve ordered there for the first time and it was my last time. The driver brought me someone’s order which was completely different what I’ve ordered and less amount money that I paid. Was trying to reach out the driver he couldn’t speak clear English and I requested for the refund through the app. I’ve been calling them because they denied my refund 2 times and just did advice me to call my back and apply the dispute in my bank and going to wait for 10 days. Such a scammers, instead of send me a refund or replacement they’ve making me wait.

I’m a dasher. The bigger the tip the least door dash pay your employees like &3.75 for 9 miles ridiculous. I recommend customers should pay dashers cash tips. I swear door dash only pay $2.00-$3.75 per trip.

I would leave zero stars if possible. I ordered food for the first time and it was delivered to a house down the street. A picture from the porch clearly shows the wrong address. The food was gone when we got there. I called the driver contact and it was a false number. Door dash denied a reorder!!! So I am getting a refund BUT, it it going to be 3-5 business days (over a week) to get my $60 back into my account!!! How do they stay in business?

So doordash stole from a 76 yr old elderly woman never delivered her dinner didn't receive any Any communication from doordash driver. Nothing, I just looked up my order. Showed it was Completed They denied me my refund. because why I don't know??? They cannot tell me what happened. They don't know what happened...They just keep saying they Reviewing it and deny me the refund. I will not use them ever again...You just gonna steal from the customer Or your worker ate my mother's food

DoorDash has been my go to for lunch and often dinner when working long hours for years. It was a good value, with excellent customer service. If items were wrong, missing or any other problem, DoorDash customer service would make it right and issue fair and reasonable credits. All that has changed recently, and the incidence of issues with orders has increased. Refunds, credits for missing or wrong item have decreased to a third of the original price. Unfortunately, it is no longer a good value and I no longer recommend this service due to the decline in customer service.

I had to start my own investigation about this business after so many orders not being delivered. My husband and I are a handicapped couple and we began utilizing this service in 2019,after we were discharged from a nursing facility and between both DoorDash accounts, we’ve spent over $3,239, as of November 3,2023. I started a journal to document the orders placed and the orders not delivered. This business was started by two founders, Mr. Lang and Mr. Tang. The headquarters that was located in San Francisco was permanently closed, so it doesn’t exist. The founders became billionaires by stealing from Americans. What billion dollar business doesn’t have a headquarters office? I think a Ponzi scheme is going on and it has to stop!!!!!!!!!! I personally would love to see the two founders charged, arrested, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!!!! And I’m going to push until they’re charged!!!!!!! I mean when you’re not able to cook for yourself or drive, you look at your options and utilizing this food service seemed to be our best option, but after years of being taken advantage of, time and time again, you get tired and you need an understanding, so you have to find it yourself, and this is what I’ve found…….

i went to use doordash to order flowers. i place my order money was taken out of my account at the same time that the order was cancled. I thought it was just that specific company so i tried another location to order flowers from and the same thing happend again. The reason i was told it was cancled was due to the the vedor i was ordering from. I spoke with both of the vendors and they were waiting on orders and dont understand why the order was cancled. Its sad that Doordash is quick to point fingers instead of thaking ownership! On top of that how are u going to take money for a purchase but decline it at the same time! Bad bussiness all around period! Do better!

As both a dasher and user of their services I can say they need to look at what they are doing and make some major changes. Their dasher scheduling needs overhauled along with what they pay the dasher. The order side is crazy over charged on all food from them
