“When ordering online for delivery There are service providers. Doordash makes you think they are the best to take care if your need to have groceries or meals delivered. I have had problems in the past with doordash delivery but decided to give them another chance. Groceries ordered had substitute items I never selected When I stated no substitute. Doordash is quick to refund by credit to your next order. Ordering a meal from a restaurant via doordash with the credit left me without the meal and replaced with what looked to be a less expensive side so I paid for the side without the applied credit . Then when I sent pics and order info of what I ordered they dismissed it entirely. The dasher did not even put the order at my door but on a table between my house and neighbors. The whole delivery thing is flawed. Doordash is not capable of providing a good service if they do not fix the problems. Giving out credit then not applying it by deleting items in an order is a scam.”

“The worst service ever they can’t even follow instructions, and then they’re very rude the chat support. but you Gotta make the customer happy, gotta do better DoorDash now I see the reviews are very bad as well. Might as well just go to Ubereats get better service there. And I’m sure they will comply with the instructions and reads carefully on what the customer puts bad business, can’t be playing with peoples money.‼️‼️”

“I ordered my food at 12:45 from a mcdonalds that is 9 minutes away and didnt arive untill 2:20 and all food was cold and non enjoyable especially for 19$ I definitely expect more from them. I will never be using door dash again.”

“Why the hell do I keep using this app. Tried it again after a disaster 4 months ago. Disaster again. Going through a divorce and have left out of my "registered"home for 6 months.and specifically entered the new address for delivery, again ,and it delivered it to my old house (my piece of s*** wife lives at). WTF!!!! GET SOME REAL APP DEVELOPERS PLEASE”

“I have had one order that was completely wrong. They said they would refund my money. I have followed up several times and it's been over a month. They say take it up with my bank. Then last night I placed an order, the dasher picked it up. Then 30 min later she texts and says she is going to have her car jumped off. Place I ordered was closes by then. Never got my food and they took my money again and won't say anything except wait 5 to 7 days. Didn't ever get my $ from over a month ago so I'm sure I won't get a refund now either.”

“I had ordered a item on Dec 1 12:42 PM and however I felt the price is more which I cannot afford so I had to cancel immediately around 12:48 PM , however refund I received is 4 USD for the total amount which I paid was around 30 USD ! Hence I am not happy with policy / service which you have provided hence I had to permanently delete account ! I will never be back to Door Dash ! I will use other services in market ! good bye !”

“I was a dasher for DoorDash. They let you get paid right after doing dashes for the day with a virtual Visa Business prepaid card on your phone. If you don't have NFC on your phone, you're screwed. If you link up your card with Google Pay, you still can't access your money. I called DoorDash themselves and got nowhere. The live agents I talked to on the phone are totally useless. Can't understand what they're saying either. So I dashed for 1 day which was enough. They need to come up with a solution for people to use their virtual cards without NFC.”

“Doordash is a good app for when you wanna order in for a quick meal. But a few years ago I spent well over 200$ on a few orders before I noticed the reason they weren't arriving was because the address was wrong. The person handling my issue just gave me a refund for a part of my meal not the whole process.”

“Several times I have ordered, I received someone else's order and never gotten my order at all. Door dash refuses to either refund me, give me credits, or send me the right order. They told me I got too many refunds and credits before. I have literally only ever gotten one credit and that was over a year ago.”

“I never had a problem with doordash, I have a relatively difficult apartment to locate, with three different parking lots, and they've located them all. The food was at the right temperature I didn't need to Nuke it and they've always knocked or rang my bell when it arrived instead of other services that just leave it at the door in the winter time that becomes difficult cuz I have to put it in the microwave and it's ridiculous then the app goes off saying it's done or it doesn't go off and you have to manually click back to see if it's been delivered I don't have that issue with doordash”

“Going to the restaurant myself, my meal comes to $12. Ordering through doordash, my meal is $27 with the $2 tip included in that price. The restaurant is on 3 min away and I'm being charged as if I'm buying 2 meals. They increase your meal price. Then they hit you with taxes and fee's. Then they hit you with delivery charge and then ask for your tip amount. Will not be using it again. Oh, and the dashers don't be asking the restaurants if everything is in there. They bring you your food with missing items. Over charged with missing items.”

“We will never use door dash again. A driver named swathi either delivered our food to the wrong address or ate it himself. When we called him, he was evasive, completely unhelpful and never called back when he said he would. Door dash customer service was also less than helpful. It’s been a nightmare even trying to get a refund. What a dishonest, incompetent company. They either stole from us or completely failed at their job. Either one is horrendous and inexcusable. Don’t use them! Ever.”
