Order was never delivered. I could see on the map the dasher where the dasher was and they texted and said they couldn't find my address. I immediately responded to try and help and got no response. Tried calling and no answer. Order was changed to delivered and they refuse to issue a simple refund. Absolutely terrible!!

Will never use this service again, horrible customer service. Are not willing to make up for their mistakes. Do not use if you actually want your food and not just what they decide for you at the price that is what is told to you.

They will not refund me when there was no food made, no money lost by the merchant, and no product delivered. That is stealing! Absolutely unacceptable by DoorDash!

Impossible to connect to customer support for help. Way too expensive. Tried to be a driver and won't let me use the email I want to use.

I used to love how quickly DD resolved issues a year ago but now they have such a nasty flag system that will send you to a review team for issues if you report problems frequently. Mind you, I’ve had a nightmare of issues within a month where they removed promotional offers from my account and told me to call in for three order to have it discounted by that promo offer because they could not, for some odd reason, re-add it to my account. Which in turn, triggers their automatic review policy every time because this is a markdown. In addition, I had received a wrong order from another DD customer through this time and I showed them the receipt in chat but their response is “okay, they will see this” and instantly disconnect the conversation. Boy, oh boy, that review team must be just as illiterate as their chat team because I was instantly denied a refund when I showed clear proof that my name is Rachel and their orders is completely different than mine as the receipt states. What a way to treat loyal customers for years, DD. If you like arguing and reading auto scripts from people out of country and getting countless disconnects from those agents then feel free to use their service. Not to mention, resolution for simple mistakes takes a whole day to get a response and you might not get your money back too. =)

Cancelled my order immediately after orderin and the order never got to the restaurant (confirmed by the merchant). Never got partial nor complete refund, even after calling the local Doordash customer service and getting confirmation that I'll be refunded. So I basically paid 110$ of food+service I never got. And there is nothing I can do about it, they basically lied and said they'll refund but never ended up doing it. I think that's textbook definition of robbery.

Never again. Order still pending not delivered over 45 minutes delay according to they estimated time. Delivery everywhere but not straight to the address. Delivered cold and old.

I text the delivery driver to let her know that I would meet her at the double doors of my building as stated in the instructions I included before checking out. I text the phone number provided but received a notice that the number was not available and to contact customer service. As I waited at the double doors, the delivery driver saw me and stopped her vehicle and asked my name. The delivery driver let me know that my order was dropped off at the leasing office and that she called the number listed but did not get an answer, then stated a woman picked up. The delivery driver proceeded to tell me that my number I provided must not be correct and for me to go online to make the changes. I am looking at my number I provided on my receipt and see that the number is just as I provided. I felt like the delivery driver was placing blame on me the customer as oppose to taking responsibility for not following the online instructions and failing to contact me to communicate if and when she arrived to hand my order to me. I deselected contactless delivery before checking out as well. When I saw that the site stated my order was delivered and I had not received it in hand from delivery driver, that really worried me as I have had orders not delivered to me or items missing in the past with Door Dash delivery drivers. This is my first time learning that Door Dash drivers are used to make deliveries. I thought an employee at business A was making the deliveries. Past negative experience with Door Dash delivery drivers is why I made my online order directly from the Business A web site instead of going through Door Dash. I will reframe from making delivery orders and choose "pick up" as an option here on out.

Ordered something for a lunch (corporate). Realized the moment it sent that it was for the wrong day. Immediately went in to cancel. It would have never been able to be processed so quickly. Received a cancellation email stating the account would be credited in full. Of the $213.00 bill, was refunded $56 and some change. Upon inquiry, was told that due to the fact the order hand started processing, I could only get a partial refund. This is after I received an email stating it would be fully refunded. Would never, ever recommend using Door Dash. Use EZ Cater instead!

Two times in a row I've tried dashing and drove around from hotspot to hotspot for an hour or so never receiving anything to do and whenever I call them and tell them about it they act like it's no big deal but yet here I am wasting my gas money trying to make money but instead losing a lot it's absolutely pointless in the Fort Smith Arkansas Area at least and they don't really pay you the $13 per hour they claim they do cuz if that was the case I would have still received that even though I didn't receive orders

SERIOUSLY, threatening to delay orders because you don't tip BEFORE the service???? Have we forgotem what a tip is for??? I had a driver (who i had tipped online) leave my food on the porch and not even ring my doorbell so the food sat out there getting cold!!!! Stop using these services, pickup your food, cost you a lot less, get it hot and the restaurant can actually stay in business because they are getting paid..

I purchased an item for my daughter as a gift and the door dash delivery person was supposed to get that exact item and deliver it. But, no! Instead they pick another item to substitute my item that was not available at that location which mind you cost more and this was actually charged to my card! Then they had the audacity to drop it off at my house and not pick up their phone when I called to question the delivery. How does door dash allow their drivers to purchase items without the customers consent. If the item was not available then the transaction should've never went through! When I reached out to door dash they automatically denied the refund and said they can't without a valid reason. So you let yr drivers purchase things on my card and say I can't get a refund?! Door dash needs to be shut down. Period. Customer service is terrible. Next time I'll stick to Amazon.

The salad I ordered has BUGS in it! I had a photo to prove! I asked for a full refund they said they would, then denied it after a review! The customer service agents we rude, and told me different things. Unbelievable!!!

My order was in the dashers car for over 45 mins while he got lost trying to make two stops before mine. Then went the long way around to bring me my now cold food. This will be my last order with door dash.

Wish I could do 0. I requested cancelation on my order and doordash confirmed. Little did I know that means I still have to pay for the entire order plus NOT receive my food. I was ok with pay the dasher a tip and receive my money back for my food bit no. I would have been ok with being DENIED the cancelation and get my food. But why confirm my cancelation when I didn't receive the food that I still officially paid for that and is DENIED a refund. Not to mention the horrible and rudness of the customer service. After 5 years of paying door dash I will never again go through door dash. They are nothing but ripping off customers and making excuses. And they have to review. A joke! Good thing I have a lot of screen shots of their customer service.
