As a business owner, I have quite many I Time of unpleasant experiences with Doordash. 1st time was a about the scammer hacked to our portal to change the bank information, and I told them this might be done by your internal staffs because who can know our bank info on Doordash portal other than owner and them? I mentioned that and they said nothing. We lost quite money on that. And now one of their reps contacted me to say there is a promotion that can increase sales without any fees and he show me how to do it on the portal. It turned out they deduct $4.99 each order. And I contact their support, a lady called and say you will not get your refund back, so what is the point of calling to say that to me. In conclusion, Doordash is such a scammer to the business!!!

If I could do a half star I would. Was going to order for me and my Grandson (he's 4). In store my combo was $7.58 and his was $4.79. When I put in to order on Doordash my combo came up to $19.97 and his stayed the same. The total was going to be $39.87 and this is with no fees. Guess they know where they can put this order

Delivery Driver either took my order or left it at a neighbors house. When I called him he said he was gonna go get it and bring it to me…30 minutes later talking to Door Dash customer service tells me they cannot resend my order and it will be 7-10 business day before I get my refund. Called restaurant directly and they hate Door Dash as well, they are remaking my order for half the cost and delivering it themselves.

Tried doordash for the first time and will never use again. My order never arrived and got a hassle trying to get my money back.

Ordered a meal from 30 mins south of Dallas. I checked my address and everything, and then they bring it to North of Fort Worth. Would not recommend.

TERRIBLE customer service. My wife and I were out of town and wasn’t familiar with the Air BnB address we were at so we used the Door Dash app address locator. It turned out to be the address next door. Deliver arrived early while I wasn’t monitoring the phone. Left at another address. Right after he left it I texted and called him multiple times but he would not respond. Chatted with DoorDash customer service and even spoke to a supervisor. I spend $30 on the grocery store delivery and they offer a 7.36 door dash credit. It will never be used because I will NEVER use this service again.

How do you get lost delivering to a location literally one block away. I really can’t make this up! Never got the food. Dasher could barely speak English. Ridiculous!

First of all I don't like unperfosnal looking people to deliver to my door with dirty close and nasty images of drugs and curse words on there clothing very very unperfosnal were are there uniforms at this only leads me to think how nasty there vehicles my be on the inside and what drugs my be around dropping in my food its sad that you would allow these people to represent your company you got people picking food up from perfosenal businesses that are unkept dirty and smell like drugs and body order. Some of these company's have there own delivery drivers that pride there self on perfosenalism and wear uniforms and are well kept as out sorced driver's are taking there delivery's unkept and out of uniform plus the costumer is paying extra for this kind of service wtf? I personally think that door dash is a good ideal for company's but your costumer service and some of the people that represent door dash don't deserve even one star maybe a negative 2 star review is the appropriate review. SHAME ON YOU DOOR DASH AND THE UNKEPT STAFF YOU ALLOW TO DELIVER AND REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY SHAME ON YOU.

I placed a restaurant order last weekend using $37 in DoorDash credits and $37 on my credit card. My dasher called and told me that the restaurant was out of food and to cancel my order for a refund. I proceeded to cancel, and then got an email confirmation stating that if my payment hadn't posted to my card, then it would be removed. So I went to order something else, but realized that I no longer had my $37 credits. I chatted with their support team, but they said I had to wait a few days for the refund. Yesterday, I noticed that the credit card payment had not been removed and posted, and I also saw that I still didn't have my DoorDash credits. I contacted their chat support, and the person said they couldn't do anything and ended the chat. I then called their support and was told that they were sending my issue to a special team, who would email me back within three hours. I didn't receive anything by today, so I just called and was told after lots of waiting on hold that nothing could be done about my refund. They confirmed that they were going to steal my $75 for an order that I never received. I am starting a dispute with my credit card company to at least get half of that back now. I will never order from DoorDash again.

I have nothing good to say anymore about Doordash. I ordered food tonight and yhe dasher pucked it up and ran all over the west side. And yes I could see it and doordash didn't care. I watched the dasher go from neighborhood to neighborhood over and over for 2 hrs. And on top of all of that doordash wouldn't give me credits to reorder they had to refunded it okay but what made it worse was I was only refunded some of my amount. They left the dasher who stole my food with a 4$ tip that they refuse to give me all because they gave me a 5$ credit for waiting for 2 hrs. Then proceeded to tell me that they can't give me the tip money back because of the credits which should have nothing to do with my amount I paid. I got rip off from not only the dasher who waited for my order to get cnacled but also from doordash itself and there customer support team is rude as hell. They kept endeding our chats every time I brought up my situation. I even have proof with pictures of what the dasher was doing.

The driver gave my food to someone else and said it was delivered to me. Would not even give them a star not the first time this has happened. My poor child now has to sit here hungry and they would not even refund my money.

Terrible customer service it is too bad I had to give them a 1 they deserve 0. I had made a mistake on an order and they treated me horrible. Customer service is terrible I have deleted there app and will never use them again

I don’t know what door dash pay these people but obviously not enough for someone to steal my food and say they delivered it. I don’t really do a lot of ordering on these apps but being exhausted from work it seems like a good idea. But the fact that we give these drivers directions and ask them to call if you can’t find the address is beyond ridiculous so they take it into there own hands and still put delivered even tho they not even at the house they suppose to be at and customer service ain’t no better all they want to do is give you credits but not correct the problem. Y’all given these criminals jobs to take from people who earn there money and just want to get something quick and y’all let us down by letting these people take from us the people who use your apps and just say oh well here take this credit and sit down. It’s not fair I’m done with door dash because I do believe one bad apple spoils the bunch I won’t put my coins in this to be taken from me again. Im more disappointed then angry because people just ain’t good anymore.

2 times I ordered from door dash a 2 times my stuff was stolen the driver’s name is Kevin door dash customer service said he delivered to the wrong address I looked up the address and it’s an empty house he claims he handed to me the customer service is a joke because they protect theses thieves I will never use door dash again

I had my credit card breached three times through door dash & would not get any reimbursement, apology or any options to make it right. I had proof of the charges , dates and amounts and zero help, I would never use or recommend door dash. Pamela Hamilton ~ nampa, idaho

Doordash doesn't understand the difference between a "tip" and a "bribe". People shouldn't have to give larger tips up front to get their food first. That's an asinine model.
