I ordered for two pay more and got for one and the food I got I was allergic to that and the dasher was rude not accepting their mistake and put all the blame on restaurant. Pathetic services and ridiculous experience. The restaurants was closed after that so I slept hungry. Thank you doordash for giving me refund for my money but not food which I need at that time and your services and your dasher was awesome who delivered wrong order and not accepting his fault and talking rude.

Customer service is very rude and not helpful! I waited almost 2 hours for a simple order. I tried contacting the driver but got no response so I had it re ordered and again didn't receive and tried to contact the driver with no response. I never had a problem until today yet Customer service was not nice or wanting to help solve the issue. I got a refund and canceled my account along with deleting the app. I do not recommend. 👎

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! We ordered dinner as our youngest was sick with the flu. 1/2 of our items were missing upon opening the bag! When went to their website to submit a claim, we received an auto response stating "thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any support or compensation with this issue due to our credit and refund policies. We recognize that you may be disappointed by this outcome, but DoorDash bases this decision on the analysis of all relevant factors, including the full details of the order, the details of your refund request , and your overall account history." ARE YOU KIDDING? The "analysis of relevant factors?!" How about just basic customer service: refund for items not received, that were PAID for, or have the missing items delivered, or I would have even settled for a credit!.... gets better.... then we call customer service and they take our information and told us that someone will review and will require escalation and get back to us in 24 hours. I never really post negative reviews, however if I could have given rated a ZERO, I would have. There are so many better food delivery options. They simply duped me this time, as I had received a $50 DoorDash gift card and figured I'd use it. Save yourself the headache and go with UberEats or Grubhub.

He delivered food to wrong address. I called 6 times and he kept hanging up on me. I contacted Door Dash and was told no refund. I was able to find my food myself and will never contact them again. There are too many delivery services to be treated like this.

I canceled my subscription due to poor customer support and service. There are many other options out there. If you have a problem there is no one you can talk to

As a fellow dasher I apologize for those who ruin everyone else’s reputations but as a DASHER I am disgusted with DoorDash. Last weekend I ordered DoorDash from taco bell just before 12:30am. They close at 1am. While watching my order I saw that I said my dasher arrived at least 10 minutes before closing. As a dasher I know you mark arrived when you get there you shouldn’t be doing that beforehand. Well, I get a message from the dasher stating that taco bell had closed so he wasn’t bringing my food. Instead of marking the store as closed he dropped the order which prompted for another dasher to accept it. Meanwhile I was on the phone with customer service and requested a full refund. Today I realized they still charged me $5. They are stating the reason is because the restaurant confirmed my order and I cancelled. I called them for a REFUND of an order I was never going to receive. Even if the first dasher lied it was well past 1am at the point of communication. They should have explained I wouldn’t be charged for my order but would still be charged $5 for “confirmation!” How am I being held accountable for everyone else’s mistakes. To make it seem as though I was charged for the burden of cancellation when surely anyone ordering at 1am wants their food. I would have driven to get it myself had the circumstances permitted. Very poor customer service they original rep placed me on hold and hung up after stating that “I wasn’t getting it!” Surely I understand the concept of money hunger to the point that you don’t even value your customers. It’s not always about the money it’s the principle.

The shopper gave me very wilted lettuce, one 12 count of rolls when I asked for 24 count and did not follow delivery instructions at all. He was also obnoxious and very aggressive. Door Dash support was absolutely no help at all. He totally supported the shopper and kept sending me pretyped standard responses instead of answers to my questions. It was my first order with Door Dash and will definitely be my LAST!

Worst delivery company ever. Their drivers just steal your food and you have to argue with customer support to get your money back. Two times so far in the last month they just never showed up and never answered their phones and said it was delivered.

Brought half my order and this after a long wait. After an hour on the phone their only solution was to give me back the tip. So I'm out twenty dollars and dinner. What a joke

My food is always cold, they mess up.my order 90% of the time. I have been double charged, and when I call to complain they only want to give me a fraction of what I paid (IF THAT). And when when they did double charge me I had to fight tooth and nail to get my money back. There customer service is always rude.

Orders cancelled with DoorDash are still charged. No delivery, no refund, no good! Lost $50 for NOTHING; customer service said I was outside of the refund window and did NOTHING to make it right.

The driver couldn't find my condo.... Spoke no English . .I called customer service and was advised I couldn't get a refund and I should wait till the driver finds it. This isn't the first time this happened. I should have stopped using them. Service like this they won't be around long.... cancelling my subscription....

At Centennial Hospital in Nashville TN. Ordered my food and paid plus give driver $6.00 tip. Gave my location and room number but driver could not find me (he said). Left my food with reception in the ER. Thankfully a kind nurse went down and got it. Trevon was driver and just didn't want to park and come up but took my money I paid to deliver. Door dash this was my first and my last time to use you.

Never order anything through Door Dash. Liars and Thieves!! You lost a long time customer. Grub Hub has been amazing. Never had any issues with them.

I ordered from cable cookie for my husband's birthday and apparently they use door dash for delivery well I got the notification it was delivered so I called to be sure and it hadn't been so I called crumble cookie they said it was never picked up I spoke with door dash so did crumble cookie and they weren't going to do anything about it also when I had called my dasher he apparently didn't speak English so I guess they get paid to not do their job I'll never use this company again

I’ve had this app for month’s everything was good I got my food but yesterday I didn’t want to drive late at night by myself so I ordered and a DoorDasher stole my order and they couldn’t give the new DoorDasher my order because the other one stole it I went to wingstop to get my own order that I payed for to get delivered. I was really upset and this is the last time I’m ordering from this app I would rather order from Uber eats also when they say they would give u a refund they never do.

I literally waited 3 hours for my food, and never got it! They literally stole $50 from me. No food and no money. Me and my kids went to bed starving because the not only did not bring me food, but also stole my only money I had to feed my kids and then tell me they will give it back I. A week. My family is starving and now I can’t even go somewhere else and buy food because they stole my only money. I will never order from door dash again. Ask to talk to a manager and their process is to wait 24 hours to talk to a manager. Great job door dash now I have no food and no money. Never again!!!!!! Customer service is absolutely awful!!! Atleast give me money back so I can go somewhere else to feed my family!!! Extremely mad!!!!!! At this point they literally stole the only mine I had to feed my kids!!!!

Food was dropped off at different building at the Mayo Clinic than what was in special instructions. Had to get friend get security guard to take to dropped off location. Then realized there was no plastic ware. By this time food was cold. It went straight to the trash can. Then I was offered a $3 credit which insulted the $41 I had just trashed. Not happy at all and deleted the app. Will not use any longer. Bye

Furious. Food might have been delicious. Delivery to Charles Street, Beacon Hill area from the south side of Boston Common via Assembly Hill? Food was stone cold and soggy. Driver said his GPS not working…like that’s ok then. Mistakes happen but it’s made for a bad experience and one I won’t repeat and do not recommend. Fieri happy, Door Dash happy. We are not and $$$ down

I’ve always given the delivery people a good tip. Always a cash tip. Now that they are try to scam people out of tips by not delivering their food I’ll never use them again. It’s bad enough their service fees are so high. You lost a good customer
