“Since DoorDash is warning customers that if they don't tip ahead of time your delivery might be delayed. We should boycott DoorDash. Demanding a tip before you order is extremely unprofessional. I always tip after I receive my order. Drivers are posting online they will intentionally do anything they can to make your order late and cold. I have seen too many drivers posting videos of themselves eating customer's food. They should be removed from DoorDash. Unfortunately DoorDash has been unreliable refunding for complaints. Boycott them to make them reconsider their incompetence.”

“I’m convinced DoorDash just hires any body to do delivery ! I just ordered from Apple bees an hour ago and a Cristian ( yea imma throw his name out there ) delivered my food and decided to keep my gallon of ice tea which I was charged 8.00 $ for ! And then he gonna lie in my face and tell me he don’t have it ! Be careful ordering from DoorDash they got crooks working for them”

“They stole $17 dollars from me. I didn't receive any item or any refund. Tried contacting support twice. They pretend they want to help and then ghost you. Do NOT use DoorDash. It's a seedy, scummy company.”

“I’m a Dasher, I enjoyed driving and being able to provide a service for for people, it is unfortunate that DoorDash is the premier food delivery service. They are not interested in customer service whatsoever, they are not a business owners friend, and they do not care one iota about the person ordering food. They are a tech company, plain and simple, they cannot even get that right. Their customer service department is a clown show with absolutely no accountability and lacking, in most cases, basic comprehension skills. I am anybody looking at using this company to look elsewhere.”

“I just deactivated my account with DD, telling that my food will be delayed because I don't tip first is unacceptable. When I go to a restaurant I don't tip the waiter before taking my order or serving my food so why is Doordash any different, and giving me an ultimatum to either tip or we'll delay your food, no way that does not work with me. Deactivated account and don't plan on using it again. This is what everyone should do.”

“I ordered food, and they assigned it to 3 different drivers, and 3 hours later I still hadn't received my food. I've been getting the run around over my refund. It's been 2 months now! Definitely are better delivery services out there. Don't waste your time with this one. You may get your food, you may not!”

“I’m giving them one star but I would give them no stars if I could. They took $96 out of my account for the DoorDash pass. I never signed up for the DoorDash pass. They did reimburse me but I never authorized that and I don’t even get the purpose of the DoorDash pass. As soon as my money was credited back to my account I deleted my DoorDash account and I will NEVER use them again.”

“First of all, I'd like to say this is rare for me to complain out loud. Two complaints here, first one is when we order from Buffalo wild wings it says the order's been picked up and we never get it delivered and Buffalo wild wings doesn't know who picked it up and DoorDash says it's one of two people.... And then we try it again and obviously they're picking it up and taking it home and not saying that they picked it up. Second thing is the dashers literally need to be trained to either have common sense or know where to put the food. Tonight our dash or maybe a nice person but common sense doesn't run in through his head, He put the food and the drink right in front of the door so that when we open the door everything was knocked over and spilled. This is not the first time this has happened. Well I confronted him he said it was our fault and he tried to say wait out loud but then I said why put it there in the first place and he still just couldn't comprehend why it's a bad idea to stick a drink and food right in front of the door....... I could see more but I'm going to stop here I will never doordash again even if it was the last thing on this Earth to give me food.”
