I don't like their fees. Their customer service sucks. They don't care how you feel, are stupid, or just don't want to help. Doordash should never have a problem giving full refunds if an order is wrong, isn't made right, or doesn't taste good. But they seem to have issues giving refunds. I mainly order from a cafe near me and sometimes it's good, other times it sucks and the times it sucks I want a refund.

I have had an issue with DoorDash the few times I have ordered through them. They were not very helpful or willing to resolve my issues, even when I was missing items or it was incorrect. I finally got irritated that they could not, for the fourth time, help me out. It’s just ridiculous that I pay the fees and I tip and tip well, when I actually get what I want! I know it’s not the dashers fault bc they can’t legally open the orders, but the restaurant should be capable of reading a ticket and getting it correct! It’s overpriced and a scam it feels most times and I don’t always want a credit back. Just give me my money back if it’s a wrong order please!

Doordasher is very good delivery I ordered many time they delivered me good and good food I see there many complaints I don't about that I pay good tip they bring me good food last time I ordered food they give me good and good food

I just had a bad situation I got a order that wasn’t what i ordered plus they only gave me 8 dollars I gave a 5 dollar tip and paid $50 dollars but they didn’t help me one bit plus I asked for a supervisor and they didn’t help me at all

Paid for expedited delivery and they kept changing my delivery time when I asked for a refund they credited to my Doordarshan account instead of refunding back to my credit card will never use this service again

Had my order delivered, then had my driver come back and take my order from me because “my id was expired”. Don’t think it was the driver’s fault and think it was just a misunderstanding. That being said, DoorDash refuses to refund my order because I don’t have evidence. Worst company and customer service out there.

I orders 2 hotdogs , chips and a drink. The only thing delivered was chips and a drink. If you don't have the Main course let the customer know so they can cancel their order. You don't just bring side items. I closed my doordash account and I will never use you guys again. I will use Favor instead. Should have used Them to start with. You lost Customer.

They weren't able to find a dasher for my order. Instead of apologizing and refunding my order, they blamed the restaurant! The restaurant was working on my order; they just didn't have a dasher. As a fast food worker who interacts with dashers all day, I know when I see BS. This was BS.

I have used door dash five times and it’s been significantly late with cold food 4 of the times. The actual time of delivery is consistently 45-60 minutes AFTER the estimated delivery time that it displays at checkout with drivers picking up and dropping the jobs multiple times. It says food is done and dasher is running late picking it up, it’s cold when they finally get it to us. I get a “running late” notification each time but never any apology or discount code. You also can’t change your tip after checkout to reflect the service you end up getting.

You charge me an extra 3$ if the order is under 12$ and claim its fees in transactions and then charge the same 3$ even on orders over 12$ as a service fee to help run door dash. You manipulate the charges under the same conditions but for different reasons, your reasons and it's not fair to the public. You people are horrible

Would be zero if it had an option. Every single time I order from the actual website of 54th Street or PetSmart the driver can never deliver to MY actual address. Whoever lives at the house they continue to deliver to eats very well. I live on Cir. they deliver somewhere else and drivers never ever answer their phones. When reaching out directly to DoorDash they just say sorry for the inconvenience let us know if it happens again. How much time has to be wasted and when will other companies learn to stop using such a subpar delivery service. Shameful business practices.

I good food poisoning. I SENT THEN A VIDEO OF MY PUKE. AND THEY SAID oh I need a doctors note to give u a refund. NO SIR I’m not going to go out of my way to the doctors now that u feel better after puking.

I’ve used the service twice and I’ve been cheated twice, and they refuse to give my money back! Last time I do business with them! they’re a bunch of inconsiderate crooks!; hard up for charging you a bunch of fictitious fees!

Chile Releno Combo + Fish Burrito + side of Re-fried Beans + side of Rice = $49.52!!!? 'Nuff said! Wife & me are both disabled seniors. I can't walk and she has a bad back, so we don't get out much. Decided to try and have our food delivered. Doordash website is confusing with offers of up to 60% off on certain orders. And then they want you to join, which means you have to pay a monthly fee! We're disabled on a limited income! I bypassed that BS and decided to simply order a couple of our favorites from Roberto's that would've cost about $30 with carry-out. My God, after charging us a "service fee", "tip for driver," and "tax," our bill was almost $50 for a Chile Releno, 1 Fish Burrito and a side of re-fried beans and rice! That's insane!

Let my fill you'll in. So, it's Saturday night and I decided to buy 2 bottles of wine for the weekend. 1st the order took an hour to go through. I had to reach out to figure out what was going on. They give me a 5.oo credit, but like I said I was trying to be grown. I give my delivery driver the wrong ID not knowing it was expired. So I hurried to gather the correct ID. The operated acted as if he couldn't restart the verification process in order for the gentleman to make the delivery. So he had to take the bag and dispose it. What a waste! While talking on the phone with the deliver and customer service he tried to say my account was credited. Null bruh that was the 5.00 you applied for it being late in the 1st place. Now it's pass 12:00 and no one can order alcohol after that time. I feel setup! When I 1st made the order my driver stayed in one place for like 30 min without moving. Ya, I sent a screen shot. This is not my 1st time having problems with Door dash. I believe I must give them the boot after this credit is spent. Half box of cookies, items missing, drinks placed on the ground right in front of the door. Like can you place it in a chair or a table. You damn near knock them over upon opening the door. Cold food, customer service being rude. I believe that's an epidemic going around now! Any hoot stay blessed and may you'll order's go though accordingly. Pray!

Horrid service my food is delivered wrong all the time and they stopped doing anything about it. Customer service hands up or ends chats. I’m out a lot of money
