their dashers are trash and do not communicate well and the customer service sucks. they are absolutely no help and will just cut you off in chat sessions i hate this service and wouldnt recommend anyone use them

No rating, because the drivers are idiots and need to be fired, at least the 2 we just had. The first driver brought the wrong order, so my husband called and complained, the 2nd driver was to lazy to look for our house, so he left our taco bell order outside on a bench in front of the office at our mobile home park. The food when we finally got the order, it was ice cold, because the driver was a lazy ass. We went be using door dash again. 😔😔😔😔

I don’t ever take time out to leave a review on a company or anything like that but please please please do yourself a favor just stay away from DoorDash because you will be disappointed. I promise you that I’ve used them about a dozen times and it’s been a dozen nightmares, so I finally cancel the membership. I’m free of DoorDash. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I ordered from a restaurant that has great food but as I am waiting I get a call from my dasher and he tells me doordash has me for 2 orders but the restaurant has me for 1 order so he wanted confirmation. I told him I only had 1 order so he grabs it and brings it to me...after I ate I checked the website and I was charged for 2 orders...after arguing with support for 3 days it is sent to corporate for review and they decide not to refund the money for the 2nd order...so I say if you won't give me my money then bring me the other plate of food I ordered. They refuse to do that too...so basically I paid $50.50 for just 1 plate of food. It's great food but not $50 a plate good....so I fought for another 2 weeks trying to get what they stole from me but they refuse to give me my money or the food I paid for. The restaurant pnly received money for 1 order and they won't tell me where the money went if not the restaurant. They are thieves and will never get another dime from me.

They kept pushing back my order for more than five hours, and then when the store finally cancels, send me a refund with that refund still takes seven days for me to get and then the next day they do the exact same thing so now I’m out more than $80 and I have to wait two weeks all I wanted to do was get some food and relax after my dads funeral

Two out of three orders with DoorDash messed up. Tonight we received confirmation that our order had been delivered. Not sure to whom, but I hope they choke on it. They offered a full credit to my account, except I'm cancelling my account and will never order from them again. Took a few contact points to finally get my $$ back, so I'll be watching my credit card account to make sure it goes through. BAD EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

The most horrible experience ever. Guy delivers wrong order. Dropped ours of at someone’s house. By the time we get it is cold and has been opened. Ewww. Customer service is laughable, no service. The worst ever. Never will I ever use door dash again.

I placed an order and I waited over 3 hours and it never arrived. I canceled the order and contacted Doordash to tell them about the situation. I told then that I waited more then enough time and tried connecting with the driver and but got no response. They gave me a refund of what I paid but no other conpensation and their reps just disconnect from you on their online chat. I wasn't rude or anything. They lack professionalism and respect for their customers. I didn't ask for any amt I just asked is they gave compensation for these issues. They said we'll you canceled the order, if I didn't then maybe I could've.

Food was 30 minutes late and cold. Didn't receive everything I paid for. When I questioned the driver, he got in his car and left. If I could leave zero stars I would. I will never use your service again. If the tip wasn't paid up front, I would not have given one. He probably kept the pop for himself. Very poor service and very bad business. My order was $41.62 from Pizza Hut. Their manager was just about as unprofessional as your service.

Don't even mess with this company. They're crooks. We got off at work at 8:00 in the morning and ordered dinner before bed. Part of that dinner was two small ice creams. We're both allergic to cherries. We specifically stated not to place cherries into the food. I took screenshots of that request. They put cherries in the food anyway. I was tired after having worked a double shift at the hospital and wanted to go to bed. I decided that I would deal with Doordash when I woke up.. I contacted them and I told them I specifically asked them not to put cherries on them. They put cherries on the ice cream anyway. Doordash refused to refund our money. We had to pay $10 for ice cream that we could not eat despite having specifically told them not to put allergens on our food. When speaking to Doordash they wanted proof that we requested no cherries. I said you're not able to access our order where it says no cherries? She said she wasn't. So I showed her a screenshot. Then they wanted pictures of the ice cream. Pictures of ice cream. Pictures of ice cream we ordered at 8 in the morning and at the time I was speaking to this person it was roughly 1:15 in the afternoon. They would not give us a refund because we didn't have pictures of ice cream that we ordered five and a half hours earlier. They refuse to give us our money back. We told him if you don't give us our money back we're going to do a charge back on our credit card. They finally did give us the money back for food we were never able to eat and specifically requested that they not place allergens. Doordash banned our account and we're not allowed to use them anymore all because we were insistent they not steal money from us for services they did not render. The services was delivered food without allergens in it. They did not do that they expected to not have to refund us for food that we couldn't eat. Either you allow DoorDash to steal your money or you can't use their service. These people are disgusting. They are. crooks

I switched from Uber Eats to Doordash because you can contact the drivers when they go to the wrong address. That worked at first, but now they just argue that they got it correct when they did not. That attitude indicates that they just don't care (and are ripping me off). It has become so bad that I now say they got their drivers license from Doordash.

The deliver took off with my food ordered from carl's jr after making me wait 15 minutes while he was on his phone I got and email saying my order was canceled I never canceled my order I am very upset

I ordered my groceries last night, got confirmation of driver delivery by 5:35 with drivers name and a non working phone number.? I was given a customer number and a person to chat with. Person took my order number looked it up and told me to wait til 9 pm which was the end of the delivery window. This person is located in the Phillipines. So I went to the store where I learned the driver brought my order back to the store and told customer service I canceled the order. I had to take the order from the store. Even though Acme is terrific, they told me there are numerous pick up services and they have no control who the vendor, Ie, Uber Eats, instacart…I’m done.

Beware of door dash. I have never used their service but was charged $9.99 a month for dash pass that I never signed up for. I contacted customer service 6 times in an attempt to correct the situation. After approximately 2 hours on the phone they could not find an account or the transaction. I was basically told that the charge that I had confirmed with my bank was not form door dash and they can't help me. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was told they do not have the ability to transfer the call and it would be 48 hours for a supervisor to return my call. I would not recommend this company.

I placed my order from Schlotzsky’s. My tracker reported my delivery was complete. I remained at the door where no one came. I reported it was not delivered. I called to find out status. Customer service told me they refunded. I am home sick. I have not eaten all day. It is 5:35pm and have to start all over with an order from ANOTHER DELIVERY SERVICE! I will never use Door Dash again! No other option and they would not even repeat my order. They replied that ā€œMiguel was the only driver and he was not responding!!ā€ I will not respond to DOORDASH, again, either!!

Door dasher broke the seals on both bags of food possibly tampered with.I contacted Door dash told them I threw my food away and sent them pictures of my bags no refund they just didn't care anyway its there loss since I've used them many many times now I use skip the dish so far so good.
