I wish there was a way to leave no stars! Got food poisoning. @DoorDash refused to refund our money the meal because we didn't go to an emergency room and wait for hours. Instead took Immodium AD and drank plenty of liquids. Horrible the way customers are treated. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! \

doordash needs to take away the fact that they won’t let you access your earnings for 7 days after your first dash. I used a lot of gas in full confidence that I would just refill with some of my earnings but I can’t use them because of the 7-day process which doesn’t make any sense so now I’m screwed until I can use my earnings. Very disappointed and I know others felt the same way after finding out the same thing.

I never got my food waited two hours and kept changing drivers still did not get my food I'm so upset and have to wait 48 hours till I get my money back not right will not be using door dash ever again who ever got my food hope it was good😠

Doordash takes your money and doesn't deliver the food. No refunds are given! Their crooks! I will no longer use their service.

you people disappointment me last time when i was dashing. i choose 5.30pm to 8.30pm and you people log out me without even informing me at 7.38pm then i called your call centre and your guy told me that when we dont have have orders we automatically sign out dashers but this is not ethical because when a person is giving you his time and if a dasher receives an order you people text him but when you are signing out him on your own wish you are not even telling him. i was on the road in the parking lot waiting for the orders and then i went to schedule and saw that i sign out from the schedule. This is not really a good thing you should do with a serious dasher, i mean you can check my orders history i was giving my 100% output i have 5 stars and even i have done all the orders before time.

I have paid for Dashpass for several months now, and almost every order that o place takes WAY to long to get… I finally after at least 7 orders like this decided to complain. I contacted support, and was told I could only get a $5 refund from a $16 order!! This order took an hour to get, and when it finally did come it was cold and nasty!! I threw it in the trash, but could only get a $5 refund!! I have since cancelled my Dashpass, and will NEVER order from DoorDash again!

They do give support when things are wrong but it's a constant process. Beware the annual upgrade offer as it states you will get $10 off your first three orders I've had to message them and complain I did not get the rebate on my first order and they offered me $10 in credit instead. I mean okay but I'm still spending $30 lol.

If your delivery person calls and tell you that not all the items that you order are available then don't accept your order. You won't get automatic refund for unavailable items. I don't know who keeps the money for undelivered items, quite disappointed that they won't refund me for item that didn't get beacuse I contact them 7 days after the delivery.

Unfortunately some delivery door dash person doesn’t understand English and when they can’t find the address we can’t explain them to find address I always have problems with door dash delivery person Door dash should take care problem

Had a rough experience with getting my order correct with Chipotle, but once we thought it was nailed down, it wasn't. But that's the restaurant, our Door Dash driver, Autumn, was fantastic. Absolutely wild that this HUGE company with access to all this cutting edge technology cuts corners by buying outdated maps that forces their drivers into completely different locations. There is no reason that every single time I order through Doordash, no matter my location, I will without fail get a call from the driver telling me the Doordash GPS took them ten minutes in the completely opposite direction and I have to sit there and lead them to my door. I am not a telephone operator, nor am I a GPS system. I shouldn't be having to sit on the phone with your drivers giving them directions. I do not live in a recently developed area, so there's no reason for this nonsense. Google knows where I live, why doesn't Doordash?

I received an order that was opened and they refused to give me a refund on the purchased I complained numerous times and they kept giving me the run around and lied about my request being reviewed. When I called they said there nothing they could do. I will never use this app again. They never issue refunds when they say they will and told me to check with my bank not them.

I had an order from KFC delivered I was craving the mashed potato and coleslaw and that was missing from my order. Very dissapointed.

Item was out of stock. They added a different item which was no where the same. I ordered hydrolic fluid w46. They sent me 90 weight transmission fluid and added 13 dollars extra. I talked to 4 different people refund is denied. Said my account is flagged so I'm out 35 dollars plus fees for nothing. Sad part this was my first order with them. Never again please watch out they will screw you over.

Last night I received an order at my door that wasn't mine. I chased the car backing out of my driveway to no avail. They would not stop. I then proceeded to call the ONLY ph# listed on the receipt for "dispatch". After considerable effort to speak to a live person I was told basically to put the order outside and go pound sand. We don't care, nothing we can or will do. I have never used Door Dash personally and after this experience, I never will. As a retired business owner, this is a really crappt was to conduct business, customer service.

I placed an order on Doordash, and my food was cold. I reached out to doordash, and they said no refunds!! So, are you ok with cold food and bad service? I will never order anything from Doordash again. I will tell everyone just use Uber.
