Ordered pizza at Little Ceasar‘s, unfortunately they use DoorDash to deliver. When the dasher assigned to delivery our order showed up at the restaurant, some other random dasher had already picked it up and left with it, never to be seen again. Order was cancelled and I had to call little Caesar‘s customer service to request a refunds. DoorDashers are a disgrace. They should check who drives for them.

Food was delayed 30 minutes on my tight morning schedule, had to drop my son off at school at 9:15, food arrived but I didn’t get it for an additional hour afterwards. Agent I spoke with didn’t empathize with the situation, canceling my membership and getting off my butt to go get food again instead of supporting this rathole of a company…

First and foremost Door dash gives out violations to it's dashers before even investigating situations, to me that sucks, it's a great company to work for, but they need to come up with a new way of identifying customers for deliveries

Door dash has Robbed me of $54 and refused to pay me back my full amount I tried talking to them so that they will understand I haven’t received my food I canceled the order due to the address and they refused to refund my funds not only have I never gotten my food I also lost my funds to doordash

Placed an order and waited an hour and a half and it never showed up. Called Door Dash and they weren’t able to get in touch with the driver. Apparently he picked up the order from the restaurant but that’s all they were able to figure out. There should be more accountability with their drivers. I have no idea what happened to my order- all I know is I was charged and it never showed up and the driver was nowhere to be found.

I am highly disappointed with DoorDash and their customer service and customer support. This is my second run in with DoorDash in which they have taken my money. I would rather starve before I order from them again. Then to top it off a 6 hr wait to deny my request for a refund or credit. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

I ordered food from a local restaurant. Door Dash cancelled the order twice. Apparently, they have no control over their 'dashers' and someone else took my order both times. They called to ask whether I wanted a refund or credit, and I said refund. After 10 days, I waited 15 minutes on a chat to talk to an agent, who refunded me only a partial payment. They shorted me over $3.00, and refused to discuss it further. Don't use Door Dash. They are not reputable at all.

I would give this company a zero number one they don’t give credit when needed and when driver take so long to deliver food you speak to multiple people from all over the world and sometimes they are rude and don’t understand the situation I’m done with door dash all together

I ordered food to be sent to a friend with covid. The food never arrived, but the text said it had. When she looked at the photo, the food was in front of a door that was not hers. She called the driver, Dwayne, but he refused to help her. He gave her the address, which turned out to be a motel over a block away. Then he told her to go there herself and pick up her food because he had other deliveries to make. I got a replacement meal sent to my friend, but I want to formally issue this complaint: 1. Dwayne delivered the food to the wrong address. 2. Dwayne treated my friend disrespectfully when she called him. 3. Dwayne expected her to walk over a block to get her food, which negates the point of a food delivery service. 4. Dwayne expected a young, single woman to go to a motel to pick up her food. That is dangerous. Who knows whose room he delivered the food to? 5. My friend had covid. To tell her to leave her sick bed to retrieve her food is nothing short of heartless and negligent. I submitted several complaints to different pages on the Door Dash site but have never received a single response. That too is a serious problem. Maybe I didn't submit to the correct page? I certainly looked hard enough. That tells me that Door Dash has no desire to get genuine feedback from its customers. If they did want feedback, they wouldn't hide it from users wanting to submit something! Door Dash used to be my go-to food delivery service, but never again will I use this app. I encourage you to do the same before this firm does the same thing to you.

Absolutely awful!! Can you PLEASE get some English speaking drivers???? NONE OF THEM SPEAK ENGLISH!! ZERO STARS!! They mess up every single time! Never again!! And don't ask what's wrong if your not gonna fix it!!

I've been ordering the same thing everyday from door dash not only did they screw my order up the non speaking uneducated moron gonna run his smart mouth. I promise he doesn't have to worry about me ever ordering again, such a joke!!!!!!! Pathetic now I see why you have a 1,9 pretty disgrace!!!!! I cancelled my door dash pass as well touch competition to deal with ignorance

why do they send the dasher to deliver orders that are farther than your place first then deliver your order after even if you live closer to the restaurant. It doesn’t make sense and then your food is cold.

I ordered Pizza Hut off the website I guess it was a second party & I never received my order & whoever Diana C is needs to get fired she running off with people food . & door dash not trying to refund me my money but I have all the time today for Diana C & door dash … door dash need to be shut tf down

Will never use again. Repeated orders are wrong and they refuse to fix it or refund. Last customer service person sent me a snarky response and then ended the chat straight after.

Wish there was a way to give no starts. This is the second order in a row they got wrong, only this time, they got the ENTIRE THING wrong. We ordered food for four people, they brought us enough for 2, none of which was what we ordered. When I called them, they told me it would be THREE HOURS before we heard a response, even though we were offered food re-delivery by their automated system. They lied and said they have no supervisors available. They lied and said there was no way to redeliver. They lied and said there is no way to reach their legal department (if you file a lawsuit for fraud and breach of contract, then serve them via certified mail, well, you reach them.). Lies, lies, lies. Last week, they tried to pin it on the restaurant, who was one step ahead of them and advised they had the food sitting there but the driver was just not paying attention and running too fast to do his job. I actually caught him in the driveway but he refused to stop and was yelling out the window that it was the restaurant's fault. Which meant he KNEW when he was delivering it that it was wrong. Liars and thieves.

To hold door dash accountable for a delivery that was not mine is not something they wanted to hear three phones call later and I still got the same Unrespectful attitude with each associate I will never use DOOR DASH again. Looking at the first few reviews it seems the Quality isn’t some thing they offer just delivery and that’s questionable also it seems to me with all the one Starr reviews you would care about the quality and satisfaction of how customers feel .. if it had a half a star I would’ve given you that you’re lucky that it’s a full star but you don’t deserve it..👎

I used DoorDash for the first time Tuesday 10/10/23 – First time & LAST time! The items I purchased through them were bought at Winn Dixie, 6 x Porcini Mushrooms at $4.60 each. What I got was 6 packs of Baby Bella Mushrooms, 2 packs for $5 on sale. So, I paid $27.60 for the WRONG mushrooms that cost DoorDash a total of $15.00 to buy (Profit $12.60) I was charged a service fee of $4.49 The tip totaled $8.50 A very expensive experience for not getting what I ordered. When I called DoorDash to get a refund, I was told that due to DoorDash policy they could not approve my request????????? – See Photo I have now deleted my DoorDash account and will never use them again. I went to Winn Dixie and at least they were very decent with me, they refunded me the $15.00 for the mushrooms. So DoorDash – Enjoy the ONLY money you will ever see from me. I will post photos.

Door dash has always had errors in delivery whether from their end or the restaurants but they always made it right. Last time I ordered nachos and all of the condiments were not there (sour cream, guacamole, salsa) I basically had cheese and chips. Then again from a different restaurant orders were wrong. I complained on both and received some credit back but in the second, I even got a response that I’ve been making a lot of complaints and it needed to be reviewed first. I was so insulted. The last straw was when they picked up my food (you can watch on app) and it arrived 34 minutes after pick up 2 miles away because they picked up another order from a restaurant two blocks away, waited 15 minutes, then drove 16 blocks opposite of my house to deliver (again you can watch it all and it also tell you driver picking up another order, I have screen shots). Do my food arrives cold, shouldn’t it have been picked up last, or first or something arranged timing wise? I complained and was told they often pick up other orders along the way ( while this was 16 blocks out of the way for delivery) they tried to call the driver, couldn’t reach him and then told me there’s nothing they could do.I’ll never use them again.
