Ordered simple pizza - not delivered on time, in fact wasn’t even picked up until 40 mins after promised time. By time driver got to location, we were gone - we had called and msgd telling them we would be gone and when if didn’t get there within timeframe without response - even called DDash CSR trying to inform and cancel. They wouldn’t - and delivered by dropping off at front desk without speaking to anyone. We called back to find out it was just left on counter and discovered later. DDash opened a “review” and offered to refund, then didn’t. When called back yet another “opening of this case” was done, and of course idiotically denied Altho product never delivered or even fairly handled. Their system is worse and worse and clearly they’re not sharp enough to know that now there are plenty other options - we will never use them again, nor any of our family or at our offices. Perhaps that will increase the intelligence of those making decisions in this pitifully managed disappointment of delivery “service”.

At Wellnow we were very pleased with our service. The lady came in and had a great greeting,our food looked like it was in great and we received a cute placemat!! Great job to Serena!! wonderful lady!!

I ordered from checkers and the dasher Alex stole my food he drives by 5 times. I’m on the porch saying right here he keeps going so after that last ride it says food was delivered? I call him he says some man stole it o offer to whoop Alex ass. Because if you were hungry say that. Then door dash give me a$15 credit then takes an additional $14 off my card.. ppl get your license and cook at home..

DoorDash is so bad I used it for the first time today never got my food after 2 hours the granny’s kitchen was already closed and I had to get a refund it’s 9:30 pm and haven’t ate nothing because of DoorDash being awful

The driver picked up my order and it was delivered over an hour later total uneatable. I watched the driver drive close to my house to make a delivery then way back to the restaurant then back to my house. When I contacted doordash was told I could only get a $5 refund. I spent over $23 for cold food that could not be eaten through doordash's fault and they can only give a $5 refund. Totally BS

I ordered Pancheros from Doordash and they delivered it to the wrong address. They would not refund my money because they said it was my fault!!!! I ordered it again and it took them over an hour past the scheduled delivery time to get it here! What a rip off!

I have used doordash for a couple years. Then today I ordered from an establishment that I go to pretty frequent and have ordered from before. My ring notified me that the was a package left. Now every single time I have ever ordered food they ring the doorbell because I requested this since the beginning of using doordash. Not today. Matter fact the delivery couple were stunned when I came out and said something about it. They had left by the time I came in and opened my food. I was disgustingly surprised when you can clearly see the plate had been picked at. Chicken was missing off the plate!!! I reported it immediately and submitted pictures. Then requested a live agent Then received a email stating the request for a full refund had been denied. Okay. Removed my payment information and canceled my membership. As soon as I did that, I received a email stating they will credit me the full amount. No thanks. I might be out the amount of this order. But they loose a whole lot more by loosing my business. ✌🏼

I think that the drivers need to be held accountable like the stores do. Give them a grade on time, cleanliness, and their appearance. Today we got pure garbage an hour and a half late. Most of us have cars. Let’s just go back to picking it up ourselves. Put these losers out of business!

Absolutely awful service. Driver was very dishonest. Delivered the wrong order and then wouldn't not answer texts and kept hanging up on me when I called to say it was not mine. I had to cancel all charges in the end. I made sure not one penny went to her for the awful service and way she treated me. Do not ever use this service. There is no way to remove this idiot from ever delivering to me so I just won't use them or the restaurant ever again.

I’m a dasher and my locations won’t change to my current locations for dashing and had no help from support trying to fix the issue said it’s only done in the app and there didn’t try to walk through saying how to change your desired location for starting points truly thinking at this point in stopping working for them and finding some other solution for this issue. Can’t believe that I wouldn’t get any help for my issue or even attempt in trying to show how to resolve this problem but i guess they really don’t care about their drivers.

It’s always some excuse and always poor service and drivers - always blaming GPS - not following instructions- not speaking English - always some weak apology when trying to address with customer service - food is always cold by the time it arrives - it’s a simple concept, get food from point A to point B timely!!!!!!

Doordash is TRASH!!!! 😡The customer service is horrible. I ordered food and received a confirmation at 9:49 pm. According to tracker, my food should have delivered at 10:31 then it changed to 10:41, next it was 10:44. It changed to 10:51, eventually I received a text at 10:57 stating my food was canceled. I went to the restaurant and the manager stated that the food was picked up around 10:29.

As always door dash employees don’t verify orders. 90% of our purchases with door dash arrives at our door with something wrong. Ticket was correct We wanted an Oreo shake and got strawberry We asked for no Tomatoes on my wife’s burger due to a serious allergy and it comes with tomatoes all over it. So, we pay almost 50.00 for 2 burgers one fries and 2 shakes. You would think these idiots would get it. There’s also something wrong with he chocolate shake it smells like chemicals. Scratch that both. Shakes are nasty

Trash! As a driver , the pay is horrible and then the support is horrible. I had a lady name Stella end my chat because she was done talking to me then I connected with another agent that made up something about it being handled BEFORE I even gave my complaint on the other agent. Neither of them fixed the problem I had . The customers don’t tip. You get paid 2-4 dollars on an order and I have a “high priority” account that supposedly pays you the highest paying orders in the area. STICK TO UBER OR GRUBHUB, will not be support this company.

I drive for door dash. They stole my pay. I noticed my 7.25 tip from delivery wasn't deposited into my account. I called and spoke to customer service they said a lot of drivers were complaining that their pay wasn't deposited but that they were working on it and would fix it soon. I took screenshots of my pay and account activity because something was fishy. Today I looked at my pay and they said that the $7.25 was deposited but financially it did not add up. I went and looked at my account activity screenshots from yesterday and sure enough it has not deposited but it says on my direct account that it was deposited. THE MATH DOES NOT ADD UP!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY. Imagine how much money they are making from stealing from their dashers if they do this to everyone. DOOR DASH ARE THIEVES!!!!!!!
