CRAPPY SERVICE nowadays. The dashers who are SUPPOSED TO deliver to your door (or at least somewhere in the vicinity) don't speak English, and because my building is very large, has a gate, and has multiple buildings, I am ending up not only with cold food as they wander lost around my complex, but customer support has to intervene to TRANSLATE for the dasher. This last time the dasher actually had a resident speak to my using the dasher's cell phone.

9 out of 10 orders are wrong. You want to credit for a missing item and fhe n expect us to pay for another delivery fee and tip that we just paid for an hour ago. Ridiculous customer service. We spend over $600 a month with you. NO MORE. They’re more than your service out there to use. I hope more people get fed up and use another service.

Door dash double charge my account and did not reverse the unauthorized charges. Now i have to take them to court. Do not trust this company with your card. They are crooks

If I could give a no star I would. I placed my order on the Door Dash app for delivery and somehow it translated my delivery to Jade's Bowl as a pick up order. I called Jade Bowl to tell them it was a delivery not a pick but the tracking was showing it as pick up even though I added a tip for the driver to my order. Jade Bowl told me to call Door Dash to cancel and reorder or have them assign a driver. I called Door Dash and they said that Jade Bowl closed out the order so they could not cancel it. I ended up without my order and losing both my money for my order and my tip. I deleted the stupid app because if I wanted to place a pick up I could have called and place my order directly not pay a fee to order it through a dumb ass app that changes people's order and has no recourse nor accountability! want my money back!!!!

DoorDash is the WORST service ever both the drivers and customer service. The driver stole my order and this is like the 5th time and I stopped using the app but didn’t know that the Qdoba store uses them directly and it’s GARBAGE and ppl should BOYCOTT USING DOORDASH. They act like you’re not spending your hard earned money and tell u BS when u don’t get ur order!!!!!!! Said my order was delivered and when I called the number they gave me the driver was rude and denied even working for doordash, RIDICULOUS! NEVER USE THIS SERVICE

Sandwich shops 5 miles away they tried to charge me $38 for a $8 sub.... suck me from behind. door dash is the worst and their drivers take like 5 deliveries so your food gets nasty by the time you get it. Also if they mess up your order you have to wait 3-5 business days to get a refund if they even approve it which unless it makes you sick most the time they just try to give you a discount.

Dash pass will take your money without your consent. I was trying to see the savings but there is no confirmation of them telling you that you will be charged for pushing this button. Customer service will also tell you they cannot refund you if you use the service.

I am a driver for Doordash in Ontario Canada. He used to be a great company to work for now. All they’ve done is slashed our base pairs put the all Ness on the customer to tip more in order to get their food so basically they’re stealing from their customers from their employees, so what kind of company is that WTF?

DoorDash is an excellent app. Everyone has their own opinions on everything. Mine is simple. I can explain it in a even more simple way........ narrowed down to one word, three syllables. CONVENIENT. Not only is it a brilliant idea, but it’s creating ways for people to earn extra cash. My area loves it, and I live in the suburbs.

there is no option for "0" star, i would give that, my order wasn't delivered, no refund provided, got ghosted twice on the chat, 5 times calls disconnected without respond, worst service ever.

Should be a zero... They rarely get your order right and rarely send all of your order.. When it comes to refunds, they try to credit and whenever you call customer service with all the foreigners that answer it takes 5-7 business days to get your hard earned money back.... This company is a scam, made their money during the pandemic 👎👎👎

The Door Dash delivery driver in Tallahassee FL, Aaliyah, ripped off one of our meals on 10/10/2023. We ordered 2 meals from Sonny's BBQ and when I called the store, they said they specifically told her our order was in 2 bags. She took them both but only delivered 1. She got a free meal from us and we paid for it, her tip, and her delivery fee.

They should get zero stars. Worst company ever! Never using them again for anything. Oh - and they won't issue you a refund for their mistake either. Buyer beware.

Door Dash has the worst customer service ever. They failed to bring all of my order from Panera at one time and then failed to deliver the second half after I phoned the restaurant. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I USE ANY RESTAURANT THAT DELIVERS VIA DOOR DASH.............

So basically,I was offered a promotion from Aug 2022 to August 2023. A free membership for a yr with a prime membership. 2x they billed me. I called they fixed it. Then I noticed, they have been charing me since Sept 2022. I called customer service. The girl rudely said to me.. if the transaction was long than 15 days ago. I could get $0 reimbursement. I asked to speak with a supervisor, first the girl didn't want to let me. Then she says " so ur aware the supervisor will say the same thing I did!".. she put me on hold..No supervisor was available. I was promised a call back within 30 mins.. 2 days ago. Been a loyal customer since 2017. Didn't think they'd rip me off like that

The last time we used the app was in March 2022 and then in June 2023 they just randomly decide to enroll us in their doorpass subscription and started stealing $9.99 a month from us just because they had our card information and they could.

Fired me for getting strangled by my father I can't make this up they just locked my app and didn't say anything when I responded to my Checkr background check with honesty that I was attacked and the cops told me to forget about it so defund the police and boycott DoorDash till they improve thank you for doing your duty I am OUT.
