“Bad customer service! My account was hacked and haven't heard back from them in weeks said I would get an email never got said email. Tried having my account deleted not going to be surprised when I don't get that email either.”

“The chicken was undercooked. Contacted doordash immediately. Sent pictures. Was told I will be refunded for that part of the meal. Instead was given $5 doordash credit. Just horrible. I could have gotten sick.”

“Disrespectful drivers. I wish I could give zero stars. One driver messaged with explicit language stating that we had a poor tip and to get the food ourselves. It was a 20% tip which is optional. Please do not rely on customers to pay your employees wages. This is a horrible system and doordash needs to do better.”

“I paid for priority delivery. They chose to remove that from my order WITHOUT notifying me and now my driver is about to deliver food that has been sitting in her car for a half hour. m THIS APP IS TERRIBLE.”

“So i ordered from chick fil A a hour goes by i call the dasher no response so i call restaurant and they said dasher picked up order a hour and a half ago. Crazy right? So i call the customer service doordash number they literally told me i can only get 10 dollars back and my order was 60 dollars!! Not only did i recieve food 2hrs later the food was cold and i was missing items!! I'm so done i will never order again!!”

“Got a coupon in my mailbox for free delivery and 50% off my food. App wouldn't let me apply it. Called customer service. They told me that discount isn't available in my area!! Then why the F--K did you send it to me here??? Such a scammy company!!!!!”

“I spend probably around two thousand dollars a month with DoorDash and my order has been messed up sooo many times. My “dasher” came and had two orders and only came. I asked him about it and he lied and said both were in the bag. So basically my money was stolen. A lot of other services out there. I think I’m finally done.”

“I am going to express to everyone that Doordarsh was unable to do the right thing and credit at least one meal that I did not receive, I got my refund yes! But my son was waiting for his food before practice and the dasher "left it out side my apartment complex " so we never got our food my son has to wait 3 hours to eat now that's a inconvenience 1 !and 2 it takes 7 days to get my refund , how does Doordarshan know if I have any money left to order again ? I have to wait till I get my refund ! And they did not want to add credit to my dash account at least for my son's meal ! I'm done with Doordarshan after this and I will let everyone know why.”

“Do not use It is a rip off They picked up the wrong order. I called the restaurant the restaurant told me to cancel it and get my refund and they won’t give me my refund. They are petty. Do expensive not worth it go direct to the website of the restaurants. That’s cheaper and better DoorDash. It’s a scam.”

“I ordered lunch as usual and when I placed the order it told me I had to pick up. It did not say that until it collected my money. I reached out immediately to customer service to get help and they refused to make it delivery or cancel my order and refund me. Then ended the chat with no resolution at all. Very poor customer service.”

“Scammers! Apparently DoorDash isnt paying the restaurants when people make an order. I placed an order for hartz chicken only to find out an hour later the driver said hartz doesn't work with Doordash anymore. I contacted customer support at doordash to get my full refund. My total order was over $29. They credit my doordash account with $18 and some change. I even screenshot in my conversation with the support team showing that I would get most of it back. Besides, the $3.50 service fee. Which i should get back too. And not a penny shy because this was not my fault. It was doordash's fault. But this is how they scam you. So beware and no longer use doordash. I lost out on $11 for an order they had to cancel on me. Will not use them again. I will use Uber eats.”

“If I could rate a zero, I would rather. The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I ordered 2 Mcgriddle Meals from McDonalds. The total came to 27.20. The first order went to the wrong place. I reordered and the order came with a dasher carrying a small bag, I said this is not the right order it should have come with coffees, and hashbrowns, he THREW THE BAG ON MY DESK, stating if you have a problem, call the store. I was livid!!! Door dash was called they too, said to call the store, the store did not pick up their phone. Called Door Dash back spoke to Jay who said they needed to "review" the order, and I would hear back in 3 HOURS!!!!! I asked for a reorder and my money back, as this is ridiculous!!!! $27.20 was charged to me and I have NOTHING. I was told by the unhelpful Jay that I could not speak with a manager, there was no one available. ARE YOU PEOPLE FOR REAL? DO YOU EVER STEP OUTSIDE OF YOUR BOX AND PUT YOUR SCRIPT DOWN????? DOOR DASH IS THE WORST. UBER EATS AND GRUB HUB WILL BE MY NEW GO TO. Thanks for ruining my and my coworkers day”

“It takes 3 business days to get a refund for food that was suppose to be here in 20 minutes? I was trying to feed teens and the driver picked up the food but never showed with it. It took another 30 minutes just to get a refund which I won’t see for 3 business days. I think a credit on top of a refund would be fair. But I will never use DoorDash again. There are so many other options, I’m sure how they stay in business.”

“You absolutely suck. Ordered cancelled because your dasher is apparently too blind to see the fire station, which was also specified in my comments. Then you cancelled the order and lock me out of my account. Then you tell me it will be 2 days to gain access to the account and 7-10 days for a refund. Nobody should use this service Uber eats is WAY better.”

“The Door Dash Driver, Neyrin sent a text confirming address, which I responded to and they still did not deliver our XL Pizza, from Pizza Hut and had the audacity to drop it off in front of the Fort Bend Mud #58 Lift Station #3 as the attached picture they posted shows. A lift station seriously? What kind of drivers is Door Dash Hiring? Pizza Hut may need to reevaluate their delivery options to hold accountability. Box in photo they attached doesn't even look like a Pizza Hut box so who knows what they did with the Pizza. Very Dissatisfied.”
