Started using this service this week. 1st order - never received, I was in phone contact with the driver who was having trouble with the address and she still argued that she delivered correctly. Got a rebate; 2nd successful and timely. 3rd use to clear reserve money; tracked down the driver as he delivered my order to a nearby neighbour. Trying week with dropdash.

I would give them a "0" if I could. Customer service is the worst that I've ever experienced. I ordered wine from my local grocery. I missed the drivers' call and he left. When I called him back, he told me that he was only required to wait for 5 minutes and that I would get my money back for the order. DoorDash refused to refund my money, stating that my package was left in a safe place. I ordered liquor so they're not able to leave it without a signature. Now, I'm disputing via my credit card company, which is a huge inconvenience. I will never use this service again... they are major thieves!!!

Never received food been waiting over 10 days for refund. Noone at call center speaks good English so I am still fight to get 40$ refund. Will NEVER use them again.

I haven’t received my refund and it’s been a month now. I keep getting the run around. No one gives you answers and everyone refuses a manager/supervisor. They then will hang up on you when you request one.

Don't use doordash they are swindlers and corrupt! If your food is incorrect, missing, poor quality/damaged they don't refund your money. Don't let companies like this stay in business. Don't let them profit off of you! We need to tell corrupt companies we've had enough!

Worst service ever. Hiring drivers who don't know how to follow instructions or to type up an address correcty let alone not speak a word of English! English as in cellphone numbers like: one, two three...etc I wonder what they're doing about this when they read these comments, that is IF they read comments.

Horrible. Not once have I ever gotten a correct order. Half the time they wait an hour to tell me they can't deliver my food. I wouldn't waste a dime on this service is my personal opinion but hey you would say the same if you were out hundreds of dollars just like I am. Customer service is rude and considering all the credits to me, it looks like they just take money also. I've not received items I got a partial refund for how is that??? Exactly

When I moved I took payments out and addresses out of my account. When I went to order today the app showed my current address so I placed an order for approx 150 dollars when I received the confirmation it stated my order was going to an old address in another state. I tried to change the address it said it was too late, I went to cancel and it said I would only receive 30 back rather than the whole amount this was in less than 2 minutes after placing the order. I contacted customer service and they refused to even give me a credit so I could place the order in the correct state. Now I had to go to my bank and dispute the charge. I contacted a supervisor and they told me there was nothing they could do. We all work hard for our money these days and 150 is no small amount. To not even give me a credit so I could place the order for the correct state because their app showed everything properly until the confirmation email is ridiculous. I have had problems with door dash in the past but never anything like this. I will not ever order through then again.

I have tried to solve my situation with doordash for 2 days..I have spoken with 3 representative and still no help. Doordash deactivated my account, so when I called them and told them I need to activate my account again,the first representative told me she would activate it again. I should give it about 2 to 3 hours and it should be good. I waited at least 3 hours and no change. I called back and the second representative told me to change my email on the account because it was deactivated and they could not activate a account that was deactivated. So I change my email to create a new doordash account thinking everything would be okay. So I tried to used the new doordash account and could not..The 3rd representative told me that a manager would have to handle my account and it would be another 24 hrs to 48 hrs. I been dealing with this for about 2 days..I have 200 dollars on my account and can not use it. I just want my account solve..I will never ever deal with door dash again. I will order from Uber Eats. Never ever had a problem with them..I ask the representative to talk to a manager at doordash they stated that I can not speak with a manager, stated that the manager will call me back. This us the worst experience ever. I am trying to get my children food because I am in the hospital. The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..

DoorDash driver drove on my lawn and ran over my basketball goal. I have called multiple times and they tell you someone would get back to you. They have not called to resolve this. I don’t recommend using them. They will not resolve property damage . I tried uploading photos but this website wouldn’t allow me to post my complaint with photos. You can’t hide from all other platforms.

Food ready to be collected 30 minutes later still kir picked up. I had to cancel, cold budget and chips aren't great. Feel sorry for the local business that missed out on the sale

I wouldn't recommend Door Dash. I just got SCAMMED. I can’t even believe this happened to me. Imagine ordering $60 worth of pizza through door dash and totally confusing them when choosing to double dash your order with their prompt. I decided to use the offer and ordered some drinks from 7-11 to go along with the pizzas. This is where it all went wrong. As the delivery driver was taking the photos of my delivery, I noticed there was no pizza with my order. I asked him where the pizza was, and he claimed he wasn't notified to pick up any pizza. I showed him my door dash order, and then he confirmed that he wasn't notified on the app for the pizza. He told me to message door dash through the app. I followed his instructions and used the Door Dash app to get help. When I went to the pizza order and clicked, I did not receive my items. I was sent into a one-hour que to have somebody review the dispute. About 30 minutes later I was notified that I was ineligible for a refund as items were delivered. Along with this message there was an attached photo the driver took that CLEARLY shows there is no pizza in the photo. The only food you can see is the Slurpee and a brown paper bag that contained some bottled drinks. The labeling on the bags also said 7-11. I didn’t know what to do so I called the delivery driver through the app and told him I got ripped off! Door Dash was claiming I got the food when I clearly didn’t. On top of this I couldn't even talk to a human to dispute it. It was like a bot declined my dispute because no human would look at this photo and say there was pizza on my doorstep. The driver said he would let Door Dash know so that we could have this corrected. I then decided to call the pizza place to find out what happened with my order and they said, “the delivery guy never came”, “the food is still sitting at the restaurant.” I asked him if he could relay message to door dash because they think I got my food and charged me for it. I pleaded with the pizza place to help me out as I was getting ripped off and I needed his help. He told me he couldn't do anything and gave me a 1-855 number to call. Finally, I got through and got to talk to a human. I told them what happened. The Door Dash rep seemed apologetic and claimed that they were going to escalate this for me, and they would refund me the order and additional give me extra credit for my inconvenience. I was hangry, but still grateful I wasn’t being charged. The next day I woke up and there were no credits on my account. I had also noticed they updated the complaint to not eligible and now the date had been updated to today. Confused, I called that 1-855 number again to find out what was going on. A new rep was taking care of me and investigated the dispute. They shared that through the escalation process, it was determined that my food had arrived, and I wasn’t eligible for a refund. At this point I was livid, talk about gas lighting. I asked the rep to look at the photo and tell where they see the pizza in the photo. They said, “no sir”, “I don’t see any pizza.” I said, “how is this even possible to get denied a second time?”, “does Door Dash have bots or AI looking into these escalations? How can they not see there is no pizza on the doorstep.” One top of this, why couldn’t they just call the Door Dash driver OR the Pizza place to confirm? How was this even happening? One phone call to either the driver or the restaurant would of proved me right. On top of this I shared that the driver claimed he never got the order on the app, it seemed like a bug in the system. After I spoke with a second rep, they reopened the file and escalated it once more. They told me I should have a refund within the 24hrs. The 24-hour period has now passed, and I called in a 3rd time. Once more I am ineligible for a refund. At this point I’ve lost all hope in Door Dashes competency. I was a person who ordered 3-5 times a week over the past couple of months since I signed up and never have, I ran into a situation like this. Imagine being charged $60 for food that never arrives, and nobody from management who takes care of these escalations calls you back. They were alright most of the time with only messing up a couple of orders, but this ordeal takes the cake. Not only was I charged $60.00 for food I never received, but I’ve now used up hours of my time calling Door Dash, the driver and restaurant, and writing this review. I’m never using this company again, and I suggest you avoid them as well. Hopefully Uber Eats can analyze a photo before claiming imaginary food has been delivered and stealing the customers money. I encourage you to look for yourself. Do these photos look there is any pizza with this order?

I just placed an order with door dash (I have placed at least 100 orders with these guys). I have spent literally thousands of dollars with this “company”. I let them know the door dasher stole my order. He took a picture of him giving us our order then immediately took our food. This is not the first time this has happened. Shame on this company for not doing the right thing. This company sucks. I can’t believe this company still exists with so many issues.

I placed an order, but received a notice that it had been altered or cancelled. This is the second time I have had this happen. When I called the location, the order had been picked up, but I never received it! It has happened at two different places. This time the delivery person went to get the order, but it had already been picked up. The first time, it was picked up but never delivered. I rarely use Door Dadh and doubt I will depend on it again.

I order a 4 pc meal from popeyes Meal should have included mash w gravy Yeah not in the box. Ordered a cinnamon apple pie as a side, not in the bag my order came to like 40+ they refused to reimburse me for the missing items. I canx the app...at most the reimbursement might have been 7 bucks for the two items..i felt like they didn't trust me reporting their error in need of correction.. I don't even like apple pie, i was trying to surprise my mom..thanks doordash for your total fail

I placed an order and wait for 40 mins, the dasher called me and said the restaurant told him that they are not parternering with DoorDash. Then I called DoorDash customer rep, they said they will refund me and thank you for spotting the error. I wait for 50 mins, I told the customer rep I will cancel the membership, the girl told me go ahead and then hang up my phone

First, they charged me for my first delivery even though website had said there would be no delivery charge. Second, they substituted a cheap item for the one I had ordered, without me authorization, so I asked the delivery guy to take it back. Third, they refused to issue me any type of refund. I will never use them again.

Two things i cant stand. Poor customer service and a thief. Made an online order thru McAllister's app. Door dash delivered and missing a sandwich. Call McAllister's and MGR who checked it off with dasher Ameerah verified sandwich was in bag. So my dasher kept it. Not to mention the tip i added. So Call McAllisters and see on receipt it was highlighted and checked off what dasher too and what was to be in bag. They cant help and tell me, I have to call Door dash. After three people, I can't get a refund on the sandwich, plus I told them to remove tip as they don't have anyone that can talk to me. This service is a joke. This company is a joke. Don't order anything that you want to actually get using door dash. We can only hope someone calls back...
