Twice my food has been delivered to the wrong place. Even after confirming right address on app and with customer service. Refund me my tips if I am going to have to go get my own food.

Had to cancel my Dash Passdue to leaving good outside or coming out to get it but the main concern was they were not honoring promo codes sent through push notifications. Then found out I was paying yearly not monthly for what I signed up for. They started off good then just didn't care about customer service satisfaction and dasher doing a half a** job! They said promo didn't start till 10/1 when I provided a screen shot and tried nothing to resolve the issue. Therefore canceled! I replied both chat and telephone. Telephone twice since the first representative hung up on me and the chat was unsussuful. Very rude customer service!

It's a 50/50 chance you get the correct item. Either way you end up paying for it. They will offer you a small refund. No accountability forthe drivers. I've been cursed at by drivers because they couldn't find a very simple address. If I could give this company a negative score I would.

I never received the food that was ordered and went to Chick f they said they never make a mistake they have to be your company, no money back and not food

I wish I could give them 0. I spent almost 50 dollars on this garbage; the bag was open, and there was only one drink when we paid for 3, and they left the food at least 5 minutes from our home. Every time was disgusting burn, and usually, the person that brought the food to us called and asked which house or just asked for instructions; the salad was hot, the food was outside a good half hour before we went found it, we talked and said is unsafe eat this chicken because they won't be paid for the hospital bill. Their chicken was dried and burned; we spoke to the rude customer service, to return, our money, and came to get their garbage. They gave us 22 dollars credit, but we want something from you, or money or a good service. Do not trust this company. They are rich, steal from the military, and we work hard. All we wanted was a nice hot meal after both of us worked all day, and my son had to eat a cold sandwich because it was late, but they kept their part, and her answer was not that bad: you could eat it. Door dash doesn't care about its customers—it cares about them and their money. Erasing their app and NEVER again get anything from them. I will make sure I pray every day they company go to garbage.

This company is nothing but a bunch of lazy, unqualified to breathe, thieves. I have probably ordered at least 50 times because I'm an idiot. Of that, a bare minimum of 40 orders have been late, wrong, canceled without reason, undelivered, delivered to the wrong address, or dasher attitude issues. I just ordered a pizza that no dasher logged in to even pick up. After an hour, the order was canceled. The first moron refunded me $6.00 out of $29.51. The next offered me another $21.00. Umm, what's up with the other $2.51? They tried to keep it for service fees on a service I didn't effing receive. Come to find out, they do that on ALL refunds. I urge everyone to cancel your door dash accounts and stop lining these thieve's pockets. Terrible delivery service, worse customer service, and company policy that equates to a crime... yeah, NO!!! Eat a d1ķ.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I deleted the app a long time ago and wish restaurants would stop using them as a third party as well. I ordered from my local Popeyes at 8pm, 9:45pm rolled around and I still hadn’t got my order. I stood outside from the time the app let me know he had picked up my order. Delivery driver marked it as delivered but I never recieved it. I proceeded to call DoorDash where they completely acted as if they couldn’t help me what so ever. So now I’m out of $20 and my kids are hungry. On top of that the dasher is still texting trying to argue with me about a mistake he made. Are they supposed to take a picture if it’s left on a doorstep? Which this didn’t really have because I was already outside 🤷‍♀️ if he had delivered to the right place. This has to be the worst delivery service there is. They need to do better with the hiring process seriously because is not the first incident I’ve encountered.

Driver show up, pulls in my front yard. I did even order door dash wrong address. The drunk ass kid opens the door and drops the entire order in my driveway. Then leaves. Turfs my yard and leaves the trash in my driveway and attempted to back out of my driveway and hit my mail box. Called customer service and tried to explain to some idiot over seas.

This company is a rip, and who ever works for them they know that and they are no better, 20$ overcharged from door dash missing items, and of course no options to resolve the issue, there chat agents don't care as well and why they should...this company is going down. Never again

I am trying to sign up to be a dasher. I keep having a technical glitch. their customer service can't solve it. It is crazy that a company can't fix something.

Door Dash SUCKS! Their dashers are Always late, my food is ALWAYS COLD, I'm sick of wasting money on this app just to receive COLD FOOD Everytime! 1/2 of the dashers can't even speak english, Done Done Done with Door Dash! Going to Grub Hub!

I ordered food from a restaurant nearby everything came out to be 50 dollars and some cents when my food came there was not even the food I ordered that meal was 16 dollars I called Door dash. Someone told me their going to call me back in a few minutes because they can't refund me my money because of Technical difficulties I never received any calls from Door dash days now. I would never order anything from Door dash ever again 😒

Overcharged. Picked up my order and it was supposed to be $25.99. Charged me $33.89 instead. Went to customer support chat. No help. NEVER AGAIN.

I didn't receive my complete order. The only option was a refund. Didn't solve the issue of food. They should have brought me the rest of my order and given me a promo for the inconvenience.

Placed a large order ($146) yesterday for my family. The driver show up with one and half meal and a drink! They gave me a credit for $66! One meal was $15 and the other was $18 and that one was missing the sides that it came with. Talking to customer service and you can hear a rooster crowing in the background. On top of that the connection is horrible. I was trying to get more refunded to me but she said that was all they can give. So today I use the credit to be done and over with it and they delivered my order but to the wrong house. I tried calling the driver and sent him a message and he did not reply or call me back. Once I am done using this credit for $73 I am done!

Absolutely TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service!!! Order was not complete 3 different times!!! I truly believe the dasher is keeping the extra tip I always give and the other 1/2 of my order!!!! NO MORE!!!!

They always send their dashers way too early. I choose a time window that coincides with my work break, then the dashers come at least 15 minutes before the window starts and before my break. Then the dashers get testy because I can't just come out in the middle of my job. DoorDash is a ßag of ßitches.
