“If I could give zero stars I would. Charged me every month for the dash pass and got zero benefits for this fee. Then when I called them they advised that I was never charged. Advised of all the dates for the last 7 month when they took the funds out of my account and they said they did not get anything. Told me I needed to contact venmo as that is how the pass was taken out. Spoke to venmo and they advise the funds have been received by Doordash and verified the dates they go the funds. Complete fraud.”

“this is a scam. They charge you automatically from your card for doordash pass. I also had doordash pass one time i looked atvthe my bank statements. i saw they were charging me twice a month. when i contacted customer service. They changed four people nobody had an answer. Finally somebody refunded me for 4 months. but, i was still sending them screenshots of the payments they took out from my account. The agent left the chat. No customer service at all. such a scam. They only care about their money. i wish i could give them negative stars.”

“My order was stolen by a doordasher 3 times and the doordash seems to think it's not their problem that their people are stealing from other people. Instead they want to blame other companies for their mistakes in their issues. I was told it was on its way 2 hours and it never showed up My order just kept getting canceled because the wrong doordasher picked up my food. Why is it the wrong doordash is picking up my food...”

“I ordered pho soup and when it arrived, it was spilled. The dasher said a new one would be delivered and someone from customer support called to confirm this. Nothing ever came. I submitted several reports about this, requesting a refund and all of them were denied. When I called their "customer service" team, I was told that they couldn't help me and refused to give me a manager. WORST customer service I've ever experienced and I will NEVER use them again. When looking back on my order history, something is wrong more times than not. Absolutely not worth paying double. If I weren't sick I would have picked it up. I wish restaurants would stop using these services and just have their own delivery drivers!”

“If I could give negative stars I would! They take money out of your account whether you cancel or not and then refuse to give you your money back!! I’be been a very good customer but I’m deleting the app and going to Uber eats exclusively. Door dash you suck!! Oh and their people keep hanging up on you when trying to get the problem resolved! 😡😡”

“This is my second review after 4 days of trying to used my account with my 200 dollar gift card on my account. They deactivated my account and told me to used another email. I created a new email like they told me to. I still can not used my gift card because they are saying that account is deactivated as well..I have talk to 4 managers which stated give it 2 hours and it will be activated. When it was not activated I call back and they said 24 hours. I am just exhausted with this situation. I have called WSOC Chanel 9 to solve this situation. In the morning I will be calling legal shield which work for me. So guy's please do not put money on your account these people will steal it or try to keep it. I warn them and they still playing games. I am done. They will be exposed for the thieves they are.”

“Ordered 3 sandwiches from Subway. 2 were not made to specification on order and I couldn’t get a refund. This is not the first time this has happened. If an order is not correct the money should be refunded. That is good customer service. Which you will not get with Door Dash.”

“I would give them a 0 if I could. I placed an order waited then the order was cancel by door dash but the food was picked up at the restaurant and never delivered. Now I'm out of 40.00 and Noone wants to make me whole. Ripoff”

“Don’t sign up. They don’t let you remove your credit card information. This is a security issue. They make you put your credit card info. To see how much they charge you and then they don’t let you remove your credit card.”

“Horrible experience with doordash every time I order from them, the restaurant was right down the street from my job but it took the dasher 20 minutes to get me my food the food was cold and the soda tasted like water with no ice.”

“Door dash does not let you work when you want. They limit the time you can work when they let you. Don’t let them fool you. You can’t run trucks and cars up and down the road for three dollars per order. It just makes no sense. We traveled 60 miles to participate”

“I would give this 0 if I could. They can't find the front door continuously delivering to the garage door. They cannot find the correct street and I have had to chase them down. Most do not speak English and cannot read instructions on door dash. You're taking a big chance that you will not get your food or whatever it is they are delivering. Also that you won't get your money back. I've even had groceries delivered to the wrong address to sit out an 100° heat. Fortunately Walmart refunded my money. It is questionable as to what the odds are you will get what you ordered.”
