I work for door dash. I was almost robbed tonight and called door dash for the city or a neighboring street so I can tell the cops and they will give me no information. I still have no turned this in. Hopefully they don't hurt or rob someone else

Have given them multiple tries. Several orders have been canceled. Latest was tonight when restaurant gave my order to another Dasher and refused to remake it. I was told to call Doordash. DoorDash refused to make it right either. Other times what I received was not what I ordered. Again restaurant wouldn't correct it and Doordash offered pennies on the dollar for refund.

Was told that I couldn’t get my money back customer service told me that my house was out of range that was a lie maybe for the dasher but I should still get my money back cause she never left the pizza at the other address a bunch of bs never got refund

Multiple issues with doordash with the biggest problem haven driver's names and profiles not matching the driver's by far. And another issue is being charged for there Dashpass when never even ordered. They'll charge multiple months. Then try to give you credit, and when asked for your money back. They give you one month's worth, and not all the months they charge you. The automated system is total trash, and they try to use that to discourage people from actually talking to the company with real issues. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the food they brought was warm and delicious. Company wise, I think they're trash.

if i could put a zero i would put it with this is the worst company in the world never never call nothing from door dash you won t have your meal never .THEY ARE GONNA STEEL YOUR FOOD AND NEVER REFOND YOU STAY AWAY.

Did not receive my food got a picture of my food sitting on somebody's doorstep so they're going to enjoy it try to get a hold of the driver wouldn't answer his phone. Doordash also tried to get a hold of the driver would not answer tried to talk to the operator who was handling the issue could barely understand her wasn't speaking English very well I'm very annoyed and is canceling my account

I try to use Doordash because a favorite pizza restaurant of mine uses this app and not on any other delivery app. This is the delivery app with by far the worst customer service I have encountered. I Have had several issues with doordash where either the order was never delivered, the order was wrong or damaged and customer service did not provide any solution or remediation. If you can use one of the other delivery apps I would highly recommend doing so.

Y'all all rude and nobody in that office cares about how cold and uneatable your food is. They give you some fake ass refund. Not even half of what you paid. Then the agents are all rude

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I was at a friend's house and tried to order food to their home as they just had a baby. The original order was almost 50 dollars. I received emails that confirmed my order and then delivery. It wasn't delivered to their home, because I hadn't changed the address to theirs, and it was my home address. I realized my mistake, and immediately messaged the delivery guy, Derek. I never received a response to any of my messages to him. I then re-ordered my order to their address. No issues there. I then drove home and expected to see the original order delivered, however the picture that they sent to me confirming delivery was not of my house. I drove around my neighborhood looking for the door that it was delivered at. Turns out it was a house on a different street, to a home that hasn't been lived in for years. I made a complaint to door dash, however they stated that my case had been closed due to it being sent to the wrong house. I got credit for 12 dollars. WTF. I text and spoke with a rep that stated they would sent it to a complaint team and they would reach out to me. Never got that email. I called again Monday morning, (original issue occured on Thursday the week prior), and finally was able to get through to a supervisor. He basically told me that he couldn't do anything, they couldn't reopen the order, and there were no more credits that they could issue me. They couldn't issue credits on the original order, or the 2nd order. AND, they couldn't issue a gift card. I argued with him as respectfully as I could, and he ended up hanging up on me. I was told that the email was sent to an unknown to me address. He basically blamed me for not updating my information. Which, I've had the same email, address and phone number for years now. He basically said it was my fault that I wasn't home, however my spouse was at home. And CLEARLY, it was delivered to the wrong address. They keep saying that it was my fault for putting the wrong address in for the original address, however I still expect that the orginal order should have been delivered. In the end, I paid 70 dolars for 2 subs. Horrible customer service. Won't be using them again.

Last night I ordered from King of the Pigs, London, Ontario to be delivered to my home. This is an 8-minute drive. When the order did not arrive, I called the restaurant who said the courier had picked up the order 20 minutes earlier. The map indicated the driver was still in the parking lot. Finally, after half an hour, his car was shown to be moving. Our order arrived soggy and stone cold. When the driver arrived, he said "too long' huh?' and laughed. What is my remedy for this situation?  Why did the driver think it was funny and did not even apologize or give a reason?

Well tonight I ordered a medium meat lovers pizza for 28 bucks ! First of all it was dropped off at wrong house the driver went back and got it from next door gave it to me it was cold dry looked a hot mess so I contacted door Dash they offered me 0.5 cent as a refund this is no joke ! I still didn’t get a refund or another pizza

Unable to eat the food due to a health risk , that our dasher caught. He caught an employee eating out of the fry bin. And was nice enough to let us know, and warn us, which I was so glad for. He sent us a text and we spoke over the phone. When brought up to door dash they refused to refund the money for the meal even though they could see the text from our dasher. Thus I am out almost $17 . I will be cancelling my dashpass and reporting this company to the full extent. So many bad reviews , it looks like a petition or something could be made and take this company to court. Be AWARE.

Cancelled my account after my family member was charged for a delivery that was never received. The photo was clearly taken from a car in the street (as they drove by) and shows nothing on the porch. Denied a refund and when I contacted them telling them why I was cancelling there were just like “bye”. Plenty of more services who appreciate their customers and provide better service

Doordash cancelled the order, but they still charged us. How can they charge you before they even pick up? Then stated it could be 3 or more days to refund. What in the world? This is horrible.

I have been a DoorDash customer for a while and have spent a Lot of money using their service. I got food poisoning from 21 dollar order last night and they refused to refund my money. I had No Idea they have such incredibly bad customer service. I will be getting my food the old fashioned way from now and the restaurants I go to will not have to give DoorDash a cut. Pretty stupid actually 21 Dollars vs. Hundreds of dollars

⚠️ BUYER BEWARE ⚠️ Since I was STOLEN from by DoorDash and they have no intention of correcting the issue here's a ⚠️ WARNING⚠️ too all customers using their service and or who will use their services. If you don't receive your order, NEVER CHOOSE THE IN APP CREDITS OPTION. They don't refund the full amount of your order and you can't use those credits until you place a new order. And they won't refund the full amount no matter how many times you contact customer support. THIEVES THEY ARE! 🤬

Long story short ordered food missed half the order driver noticed told me to contact door dash refund denied. Will never use this service again.

I ordered food and was told it would arrive at a certain time and then received a message from the driver stating “the app” sent him to the wrong place and that the delivery would take an extra 45- 60 mins. How is that possible, even if he was sent to the wrong place? So ridicules. I called support and apparently could not cancel the order. No refund. I have had issues in the past with them, but decided to try again. No more after this. You’re paying more to have it delivered and you get nothing but frustration. Canceling my account.
