I placed an order and 5 hours later still had not received my food. It took so long I ended up just cancelling my order.

Discustinfg delivery company. Drivers pick up wrong orders then deny there is something wrong when they deliver them. This company did give a credit but not a refund which I think is discussing and they also keep the tip for the driver who you wouldn’t bother feeding.

Know this the driver says store didn't give me your thing. Store says gave thing to driver. I was robbed three times this way. Caught one driver putting thing in pocket with doorbell camera. Beware door dash will rob you and blame the store.

They cancelled my order stating it wasn't ready at the store. It was. The store was wondering when they were coming to pick it up. Is been sitting there waiting for door dash. I had a foot surgery and was just trying to get a cake for my daughter's birthday without having to leave the house. I was on hold for over 20 minutes with the inept customer service, then just hung up and drove the 7 (!) minutes to pick it up. Never again will I use door dash. Used them once, this was going to be the second time. Last time for sure. What a joke of a company!

Don’t use door dash tried twice and first time was wrong order delivered then second time with reimbursement credit the pizza was delivered late, cold and left on the porch without any communication stating the delivery was completed

Trash AF!!!!! Something from my order is always missing and they never give me a refund because of the “compensation policy”. I have cancelled my account because this is absolutely ridiculous.

so i ordered from subway on doordash almost an hr ago, says they are searching for a dasher, i called them to have my order cancelled! the woman on the phone from doordash refuses to cancel my order and refund my money, when i asked to speak with a manager she refused!!!! I asked her 2x to speak with them and both times she refused! I think the kind of treatment from those people is just disgusting. Ive been a loyal customer to them for a longtime and this is the kind of treatment that i get??

Storefront by Doordash is basically fraud. I thought I was ordering directly from my local establishment after googling their website. I saw the order online button and pushed it. The default was Storefront by Doordash. I didn't even notice until the restaurant told me it was cheaper to order directly from them. Everything seemed easy and I was in a rush, I didn't suspect I was about to get ripped off since this wasn't a big purchase. When I got home I realized the scam. On top of that, the Doordash option says no fees. My order was 90cents more using this option, not enough for me to do anything about it besides vent on this review, but this service should be outlawed. Probably a good candidate for a class action lawsuit.

So I used the re-order button and my mistake. If you go out and redo it, they keeps adding items to cart, so my fault I got three of everything. (but I think it’s a very bad design on the app.) Then I ordered a delivery and waited an hour for my food kept showing it was eight minutes away. Finally I can connected to support and they said did you set up for pick up or delivery and I said I paid for delivery I went back to and looked, and it said pick up, so oops OK my fault again but guess what? I went to the restaurant and told them the story and they said yeah I want to take it first came in it was for delivery and then it switched to customer pick up! So I think Door dash will take any order and if they don’t have drivers, they just switch it to pick up and screw their customers.

Placed my order it was canceled but I didn’t get my money back which was all I had for that day and for them to tell me it was my bank that was placing a hold on my refund. I called the bank and they explained it’s their platform they have it holding it they have no control when money goes back into our accounts but Uber sends you you’re money right back if your order is canceled or delayed for any reason but nahh DOORDASH DOESN’T do that

Numerous problems with door dash. Delivery of multiple locations before my order( food cold when it arrived), orders missing certain items ( that would complete a meal) no more for me. I’m Dashing for the door away from them.

DoorDash does not refund when actual charges do not meet their software charges. They keep the extra money instead of refunding it. Their tech support says they have NO ABILITY to refund in this case. This is stealing. DoorDash steals the money you should have saved when stores have a sale!

On Sept 12 we ordered a meal from a local restaurant. The delivery person delivered it to a completly seperate location. We have requested a refund but Door Dash is denying it. My opinion is to never use Door Dash again. Their customer service is horrible. Buyer beware!!!!!!!

DoorDash will NOT let you return items that cost more than $100. I purchased a chair from them they bought through Office Depot and cost $410. There is something wrong with the chair but they will NOT refund me. They keep hanging up on me and denying my request and not tell me why they will not honor their 30 day refund policy. I will NEVER order anything from DoorDash again!!!!!!!!!!! These guys are totally crooked - DO NOT ORDER FROM DOORDASH!

9/16/23 I ordered Panda Express at 4:15 PM. Around 5:20 I got a text saying my order was being 're-dilvered'. Then a doordash notification that Panda Express accepted my order again and began working on it. I then contacted Doordash through their app support to chat with an agent. He informed me everything was normal and that my order was on the way. 10-15 Mins later I get another notification through text that my order has been cancelled. I contacted a new agent and asked what was going on with my order, and as I was typing I got a phone call from Doordash asking how I wanted my refund. I said slow down, refund? what do you mean? The doordash employee said that another doordasher picked up my order by accident. I said so doordash made the mistake, not Panda Express, great. He legit hung up on me, and after talking to three different agents and giving them a chance to give me some type of credit for my order, all of them said they could not. Very disappointed and will not be using Doordash ever again.

I placed an order on Friday 9/15/23 and I never received my order. The dasher didn't provide any proof he/she (Perry) delivered my food (b/c they didn't deliver it) and they refused to give me a refund. The "customer support" is a complete joke. They are in the Philippines (yes, I asked) and hardly speak English. The so called "supervisor" said he would escalate my complaint since he could see the dasher provided no proof of delivery and I would know something in 24 hours. I have contacted them three additional times with NO answers and tomorrow will make a week. They are a scam and just steal money from people. I reported it to my bank and to the BBB.
