“I ordered from the schlotzskys app for delivery. Unbeknownst yo me it was goin to doordash. When my order arrived a large coke and a choc chip cookie we’re missing. Cheryl -the door dasher took off before I could ask about it. I called schlotzskys and they said the order was with dasher. So have zero idea if I got stiffed from schlotzskys or if Cheryl took the drink and cookie Won’t use door dash again or delivery from local restaurants 😡”

“I used to use Doordash frequently but after this I deleted the app Never got my food wasted $40 and they refuse to give me a refund actually will never order from them again. Terrible customer service”

“Not even care to deliver the food. Ordered for two times waited 2 hrs and got nothing. And this not happening to me for the first time. 50% chance they will not deliver your food. 100% chance it will not be in time, forget about it. Their customer service sucks. They talk of refund like they are doing you a favour by returning your money.”

“I was a big DoorDash user, especially through my pregnancy. When I complained about my first incomplete order, DoorDash only refunded me $5, off of a $20-something, almost $30 order, including tip. I'm a frequent customer at the restaurant that I ordered at, so I know the portion sizes. My entree bowl came half-filled, with missing ingredients and the store/dasher forgot my three sides. Extremely disappointed. I switched to UberEats and Grubhub. If you have Dashpass, cancel it.”

“Been trying for 6 mths to cancel my door dash with no luck. They say I have no right to a refund even though I don't use it called , emailed and canceled on app now are trying to charge me 96 dollars for a tear membership still trying to cancel door dash finding it impossible they are charging my card and my husband card both as we have used both cards on door dash gor the same monthly fee so 2 charges a month”

“I received the wrong food. Door dash will not refund my delivery fee or service fee because half the order was delivered. I paid Door Dash $7.38 plus the $22.99 and I have no lunch! Called your customer service line asked to speak with a supervisor and did not get transfered to one. Just a survey lol and hang up. Really lousy business practice.”

“Lucky that it makes me give them 1 star because they would not get anything from me this is so bad! My fiancé dashes she had an issue with her pay not going through so she called. The first agent said try again at 10 pm. Sure enough 10:30 comes around we call again the next agent says 12 pm. Well we wait til morning. And her pay disappeared the money is just gone. They are a scamming shady business. Stay away from unless ordering. They will steal money from you.”

“This site deserves 0 stars, honestly. Our delivery driver Isis was supposed to deliver our Popeyes order and decided not bring it, swiped delivered and stole it. Isis also never responded to the chat. Never called. I had to wait another hour for my food. We got no refund. Nothing. Im very unhappy with doordash and Isis.”

“My first order they forgot an item. My second order took TWO AND A HALF HOURS to arrive after ordering from a restaurant 3 miles away and it was obviously cold by then. They offered me $5 in credit which I disputed since I won't ever be using them again so there's no point in credit. They changed it to $5 refund to original payment. I still feel this wasn't enough to compensate the 2.5 hour lateness with hungry, upset children who ended up very late to bed.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. Order a meal that ended up costing over $60. The driver never delivered it, marked it as delivered and refused to answer the phone when we called. Then, when we called customer service they said it could take up to 24hrs. to receive an email about our request for a refund. It was denied twice. We will never order through door dash again.”

“Worst business in the country!!!! Their site sucks so bad. Lag times and touchy. Takes 20 minutes to make one order. I hate it. Food is expensive and cold. Missing items are common. Expect to call in an average of 5 times for one situation. This morning I had to call 28 times, and I still got no resolution. They sent me a 50 percent promo code. They never work so I spent 2 hours calling into these uneducated idiots. Most don't speak English. They must live in 3rd world countries with mud huts, incest and flies. They are stupid. They ask the same question 5 times and still get the answer wrong I get to call them foul names and thru have to take it. Haha. They gave me 8 bucks back on a 15 dollar order. So I have figured out how to get twice the credit I wanted. Ha ha 😂😂😂😂😂 Those idiots don't know who they're dealing with. They like it when their dad's inappropriately touch. I hope they have to work in horrid conditions. Sweat shops. 120 degree heat with bugs crawling all over them. I hope they get paid nothing. Sex slaves. They are the dumbest aholes I've ever spoken to. They all have veneral diseases and aids. Their fathers sell drugs to kids and have relationships inappropriate ones, with babies. They all do tranq and fentanyl daily. They sell themselves to get it. They're hungry all the time and get fed cockroaches. I truly hope this is all true.”

“Lmfao customer service cant even do there jobs had the hotel where my wallet got left at try to use the card after we verified its still there and shut the card off 8 days later they try to use my card and its declined thankfully. But their customer service ppl werent very helpful and they didnt get their supervisor to call back after i said i wanted to talk to the supervisor. Makes me laugh to think someone can try to use your card and they cant or wont tell you where it was attempted to be used bunch of fraudulent ppl working at door dash”
