Constant problems with this company. They get my order right about 10% of the time. They refuse to reimburse for items they do not deliver. Not worth the trouble.

Missing items and missing order. Customer support is terrible. Can't do anything to help. Need to use alternative services and put door dash out of business

Lmfao customer service cant even do there jobs had the hotel where my wallet got left at try to use the card after we verified its still there and shut the card off 8 days later they try to use my card and its declined thankfully. But their customer service ppl werent very helpful and they didnt get their supervisor to call back after i said i wanted to talk to the supervisor. Makes me laugh to think someone can try to use your card and they cant or wont tell you where it was attempted to be used bunch of fraudulent ppl working at door dash

I'd give no stars or minus stars if that was an option. Beware Winter Haven, Florida! We ordered 2 meals from Red Lobster and gave explicit instructions about the delivery, which included ringing the doorbell. When the delivery window passed, we contacted DoorDash to find out why/where our delivery was. The driver did not follow any of the instructions, had left it at the wrong door, had not made sure the order picked up from Red Lobster was complete and accurate, and then--when he failed to deliver the complete meal--refused to reimburse us for the missing items! DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!

I always have problems with doordash , if I don’t receive my order I have missing items or they’re late with my order . I’m very annoyed today to the fact I gave it another chance and didn’t get my order once again, I will not be using doordash again irresponsible people.

The driver picked up my food at 6:30 PM and the restaurant is only 15 minutes away from my house and it says delivery estimate 7:30 PM we were following him on the map and it looked like he was driving around in circles so at 7:00 PM I canceled my order DoorDash tried to call the driver and would not answer his phone. Don’t order and have DoorDash deliver it horrible company horrible never gonna order again ever

Terrible company. They would not help with a wrong order and said their terms and use allow them to not exchange, offer credit or a refund all all. Scam of a company and add 50% on top of all orders and that’s how they make their money.

Consistently pushing delivery times out. Expect over an hour wait for something you could go pick up yourself and be back within 15 minutes. Overpriced for poor delivery. Don't do this, just get it yourself if you want to eat warm food on time.

Recently decided to use DoorDash while I was away, I ordered x2 6 packs of beer to my room. Upon meeting the doordasher down stairs his phone camera was coming up blurry when he was trying to get a picture of my ID, for this reason it came up invalid and he couldn’t hand over the goods, I showed him through my phone that I was on my app refreshed my ID etc and he knew that it was valid he just couldn’t get his phone to work, he told me to contact customer support for a refund which I did only to be told I’m not getting a refund! I could not believe how in helpful support was, I sent a picture of my ID through to support and they still wouldn’t assist. On my first call to support the lady actually hung the phone up on me and I’m down nearly $50. Absolutely terrible service would not recommend and will never use again

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I basically solved my own issue they didn’t do anything for me. Couldn’t cancel my order, couldn’t process refund over the phone it had to be done after the phone call???? Huh??? Spoke over me when I was speaking. Didn’t listen to anything I said. This company won’t last. Bankruptcy is coming soon. No way they can stay afloat for much longer with employees like the ones I spoke with. I already posted on social media about this but wanted to also share my review here. I will NEVER order from door dash ever again. I am going to go off on a smear campaign whenever anyone brings up door dash. My company who I work for will not be using you anymore for delivery services either.

My grandson has this app and uses it all the time. He used it around 230pm on 9-14-2023, ordered Taco Bell placed his order and realized it was going to an address he wasn’t at so he cancelled it (less than 5minutes later) only to be told can’t refund your money!! Really!! He is 15 and works for his money and all ya had to do was change the address!! Wow!!

Door dash is the worse delivery company they stole people money .. I have more than one experience with their drivers they never bring my food and I give them proof and they still stay with my money that’s why I call a lawyer because is unfair that I work hard for my money and this companies steal from you ..I do not recommend this app to nobody they are a bunch of thieves with money🤮
